I used to dislike the old interface - the video autostarts were annoying to say the least but it was easier to navigate. Now the left hand NAV is so annoying. If I am just looking for a particular type of holiday be it by location or by price or by length of stay it is hard to find. And why the reduction in the number of photos - it means I have to go to another website to check out any location I am interested in.
If you want to change your dates, you have to call them just for a quote and when they send you a quote you have to again call them to confirm and again pay $50 extra for luxury escape + change fees and again call them to confirm it 😂 Please save yourself the headache and book it from google flights or Expedia. Had the worst experience ever!
This app/ site does not really find things you look for. If you type “U.S. Virgin Islands”, you get results for British Virgin Islands. Things like that make the search useless and annoying. It’s on par with Groupon, it has some specific deals it wants to sell you, it doesn’t have very many locations or specific things you may be looking for.
I downloaded this, haven’t gotten very far in it bc this just happened but I went in as a guest and clicked on the first advertised trip & the app crashed lol sooo I went back to this page that was still open & here we are
- slow response time - screen freeze, can’t scroll Luxury escapes is a great service but my god… this is one of the most frustrating apps. The response time on the app has caused endless double taps on items. Randomly, scrolling will freeze.
Cant seem to find flights with trip tried 3 separate times. App seems to glitch back to main home. Not going to book. I even tried to cLl, hold time exceeded 8mon. I hung up!
Bali 8 days, Phuket 4 days, Phi Phi 3 days.no point system? Be nice if so, will review once d in November. Over all great app, few glitches but overall very friendly.
Travelocity has much better prices including the flights I recently did Honolulu 7 days & 6 nights including flight a little over $1,600.00….. The only reason you got a 2 was because you do have some beautiful location.
