Easy to use, and always seem to have some kind of sale going on. Even if the fees are just built into the ticket price you still pay way less than on other sites. You don’t see 5 different lines of fees on your bill, what you see is what you get.
They list tickets with a low price but when you go to buy the ticket the price you get is a lot higher…. I went to buy 2 tickets and the final price was $1000 higher… after their discount
This app is confusing and not user friendly. Keeps telling me to use a different email. Why? I’m registered and sign in but forgot password. Followed instructions and still rejected.

To make matters worse, I didn't receive the QR code for the tickets, causing significant delays when entering the venue. Initially, the ticket personnel couldn't locate my information.
