This watch is amazing watch and It has stylish look and been got lot of compliments having it on my wrist and it works really good when you at the meeting or busy at a function.i do love it 😊

I bought the beautiful wrist bracelet, with the delicate chain, because the jewelry I wear is important to me and fit bits never quite look right. I like the way this bracelet looks, and I love that you don’t need to charge it because it’s battery driven. It worked perfectly for a few weeks but suddenly there is no data when I sync the bracelet. That’s been the case for three days now. I was hoping for simple and reliable. I have two different iPhones (UK, US) and frequently switch countries, although I shouldn’t think that would matter. It’s a simple program that really only tracks steps and the number of hours in bed, which is fine for me. Such a simple program shouldn’t have any glitches though.

I have been using this watch with my iPhone 13 Pro Max for two years. A recent update on my iPhone made the watch not compatible for text messaging. So I am unable to receive text message notification on the watch only calls and other apps that are not as important. I am completely disgusted because I don't like Apple watches. I love the Michael Kors watch because it looks like a regular watch yet being a smart watch. Gotta find something else gotta move on.

I have only been using it for 2 days and I am impressed with all the features especially the sleep app because it lets me know how little sleep I am getting.

Not a problem but the watch doesn’t show up in the dark. Makes it different to find time until lights are turned on

I love the look of the watch, and the convenience of all its little gadgets without looking like a smart watch. I walk on a track and count my steps on my phone; usually in a leg pocket. And I’ve noticed the watch doesn’t accurately record my steps.

Love the watch and I really like the app. But recently the app says it can’t sync to my watch even though my Bluetooth is on and even showing I’m connected in my Bluetooth settings.

The watch is really beautiful but it never keeps the right time calibrated. It is always behind the right time in 15, 30 minutes and I do need to calibrate the watch trough the app 2,3 times a day. You need to fix that issue.

Still trying to figure out everything. Not use to a touch screen watch so still learning. Only reason I did a three star.

This is fashion watch and has nothing to do with real watch. This hybrid watch not sync with app and doesn’t work at all. Calling customers service is waste of time because this people know nothing. Michel Kors please focus on fashion not on watches because I have no idea about technology

I love everything I get

I love the watch. But the app is just Ok. Steps seem off compared to the phone when I have it in my pocket. Sleep doesn't sync with healthkit at all. That would be my biggest gripe. Would like to track sleep with all my health data.

If you’re planning to use this as a step counter you’re going to be disappointed. I just walked 3.4 miles my step counter shows 430 steps for the entire day

With the new IOS 13 update, my watch no longer notifies me of texts. I have notifications set up for calls, it alerts me when I call out, not when a call comes in 🤦🏽‍♀️

Had trouble at first setting it up, but totally worth it in the end! Awesome thanks

Doesn’t let my messages come to my watch iphone14 it’s only for androids. Overall it’s a nice watch.

Received the watch for a birthday gift, and to my surprise there was an app for the watch. It is more accurate for my steps than my Fitbit.

Love it but i will like the watch light up to see the world draw in the watch lol. but i love it anyway

I’ve had this activity tracker and for over a year now and feel steps are not accurately counted. More updates to enhance performance would be great!

I love the look of the watch. However, the watch will not sync properly at all. Never has from the day I received it, as a birthday gift. I love Michael Koran’s style of watches. Yet, this one with the app surely missed the mark

Does not work with latest Wear OS 3 update on iPhone 14!!! My MK Darci 5e is now a very pretty bracelet because it will no longer sync to iPhones. I tried my new iPhone 14, and my old iPhone 6s Plus. This is so wrong.

My step tracker quit working 32 days after I received it. When I tried to return it MK claimed it was too late because it was after the 30 days. Don’t waste your money.

Brand new battery double tap never works and now it won’t sync. This is my second day of using it.

I was considering purchasing a Fitbit or similar product but really hated how ugly they are. Then I stumbled on upon the MK Access. I was a little skeptical and the reviews weren't great, but I purchased it anyway. I love it. I love the look and it does exactly what I need it too. The reviews I read complained about silly things. After I had mine it made me wonder if anyone bothered to read (or even just skim and scan) the directions or even open all of the packaging. They complain about putting it on and adjusting the size. If you adjust it to your size before you put it on that works best and it's easy to put on by yourself. People also complained about the battery being difficult to put in - it comes with a battery and a tool to open the battery compartment, so again it's very easy as well.

I have both the Bradshaw smart watch and the Crosby tracking device from Michael Kors. They require different software and don't interact in any way. The Crosby device, which uses this Michael Kors Access app, has been on my wrist since day 1. I wanted the sleep data as well as the activity tracker, so I rarely take it off. The daily step count is always at least 1500 steps less than my Bradshaw watch (same Michael Kors brand, remember?) and any other devices I wear/use for activity tracking. In addition, the app seems to have lost data for sleep nights that synced at some point but now show as though I wasn't even wearing the tracker ("no data"). It used to have a feature that allowed you to add activity in the app, but that stopped working after the first couple of weeks. There's no way to tell the app when you've worked out, so the count for activity is always at zero. I do like that I can set up a triple-tap option from several choices, and I use mine to fast forward my phone to the next song. I also like that it stores data for 5 days so I'm not required to sync the app every day, but I don't trust it so I do sync daily. It's silly that I have multiple devices from Michael Kors and have to have 2 separate apps to monitor them. The Crosby is unreliable as far as counting steps, so I'm not sure I'll keep it or continue using it since even the sleep data randomly disappears.

I just bought this watch and within 5 hrs it said it was at 50%. I contacted mk support and they said my watch maybe defective. So I did that. Revived it back very quickly. They did a whole module replacement. So I deleted app deleted from blu tooth and started all over like new. My phone came up on app and said my battery was 100%. Literally 5-6 hrs later at 50%. Same thing. I think there is a default in the app. My watch acts totally fine and fab. So I don't get why the battery says this ? Maybe something to look into app programers. Thank you

I purchased this mostly because I liked the look. I have to say I was disappointed that it didn't have a readout on it. I guess I expected it to have it right on the watch as well as in the app. Have not been able to figure out the photo part of it. If there is an app I'm supposed to download, please advise. Overall, it's working okay. Please add the readout on the bracelet and it will make me very happy. Lol My friend has one with a readout (different brand.) In my opinion, Michael Kors is a much better product than any other and so it should be able to add a readout function on the bracelet.

I chose this over the Fitbit or jawbone because it's looks more like a bracelet, but the battery was really hard to get in. When I called support the guy on the phone, though very nice and helpful, said it was a common problem. I ended up scratching the back of mine because it was was so difficult to take off. The man suggested using a nickel next time, just a hint if that helps anyone else. Mine syncs well and haven't had any problems yet. Though the app doesn't give you super detailed information, for the price and design I think it's worth it.

I am very please with my fitness tracker. It looks very fashionable stacked with my other bracelets at work. It does not look like a typical fitness tracker. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because I need to go to the app on my phone to track my data. A plus is that it functions on a watch battery so I do not have to worry about charging it. Plus, this is cheaper than a Fitbit. I am very pleased with this product.

Sometimes the app will not stop syncing to tell me how many steps I have taken or show my sleep patterns or it will just state "no data." I have had to delete and re download multiple times because of this issue. The actual device will still tell me my steps via the lights, though. I also wish this device could sync up with MyFitnessPal. I use that app everyday and cannot track my steps automatically through the MK tracker. When it is working, I love it. If only it actually showed me the information more often than it doesn't.

Loved the style and price of the activity tracker. But it seems like the data isn't reliable. Every night it shows the same amount of awake time (2 minutes) and my steps are on average 25% less than when I used another device. There was no way to enter a stride length and I have very short legs so maybe that is an issue? Also I have the silver and crystal version and the slide mechanism is difficult to tighten by yourself- I usually have to hold the mechanism and pull the chain with my teeth if hubby isn't around.

I really love the look of the tracker. It’s everything I wanted. Very elegant, it doesn’t look like the typical plastic band to track your steps, it’s just beautiful!!!! But it’s very sad they didn’t invest on a good reliable application. I got it for Santa and I was in love until it stopped syncing, I had to troubleshoot until the last resource was to remove the battery and star over loosing all the history. It has a lot of room for improvement. I still love it, just hoping they get some money into the IT side.

count my daily activity etc but I would suggest for future versions adding a way to manually add any activity you did while not wearing the watch. For example when I go to the gym I'm not wearing my watch because I don't want to scuff it up and it would be nice to add the miles and calories burned off through the treadmill or other calorie counter technology on to the MK app myself

I bought this activity tracker because of its style and with the intention of connecting with coworkers for weekly challenges. It fulfills the first part well with its sleek style, unfortunately it does not link to The platform which everyone uses to compare progress/steps. It instead uses its own Michael Kors app that does not link to the challenges. It performs well though and is better than having to charge it every night.
