I normally can maneuver through most websites but MyCCSF can be challenging. If tasked to do something with my schedule, I had to try, try, and try clicking about trying to find my way around the website. High learning curve, not much explanation as to how to find items for my course. Got there finally..,but I feel it’s a rough website.
Yeah, this application is just another application like any other one…. Only it’s specifically for CCSF! Are you a student here too?? Well- don’t know if getting this app is mandatory, but I really really like it- I was taught before hand how exactly to use it- how to send CCSF information about your vaccine shots and what not, so it is really enjoyable for me since I know how to use it now( if you get it and DON’T know how to use it- GO STRAIGHT TO CITY COLLEGE AND HAVE AN EMPLOYEE TEACH YOU HOW TO USE IT), if you don’t know how to use it: it may be frustrating or overwhelming. This app is easy to use, and easy to read on the phone. It has a prettier design than the website of CCSF. I like this one. Also, they get the app connect to my calendar then all my classes are on my calendar already. I don't have to add the classes on the phone calendar by myself. It makes life easier. I just have to just same wordings in the class titles so it will be more readable. Thanks!
As the app is reintroduced, many improvements have been made. However, some items are not current, such as Civic Center location, which isn’t currently open. Helpful items, such as enrollment, course catalog, and student services are front and center which is helpful for new and returning students.

It’s a very helpful app to help me be aware of everything that’s going on at city College. I’m grateful for the app. It really helps a lot. It also is full of information of programs and little things things that can help you on your journey through college and it’s just very insightful.
This app is one of the most easiest apps I have ever used to get notifications from school about events and other things. I highly suggest getting this app if you want to get information about upcoming events and get involved with the school!
This app is definitely going to help me a lot. Although the app is still developing and being added to, it already takes away some of the anxiety I have about being organized with everything school related.
When I first started on my application for school, i wondered if I would follow through with it because the forms on line could get intensive at times, but then I found the app and thing got so much faster and easily I accomplished my goal of getting into college this year
Except it's my phone and it updates every event onto my calendar. It gives us alerts for all sorts of things which you can turn off and what not. Cool and a must have app as a student attendee. 👍
I love the app -- super helpful, great planner, really convenient. BUT it doesn't show me who my instructors are for my classes, meaning I have to login to the website if I need to contact them.
The app makes it too easy! I have social anxiety so being able to get my degree at a great community college is amazing. This app and canvas are awesome and easy to use
This new CCSF app is much more user friendly and the layout is neat and organized. All the information I ever need is right here and I don’t have to log into web4 as much.
This is my third year and I applied for most of my classes before I learned about the app. Just applied for ballroom dancing, and worked like charm... keeping my fingers crossed for future CCSF usage 🤞🏽
I think the student portal app is easy to navigate. The design is neat and all the detail is marvelous. It is a great show of app design and photography.
The app dead-names me and will not allow me to alter my first name, this is pretty disappointing and shows how little the school has considered people who go by chosen names. Will be deleting the app and closing my account until this issue is sufficiently addressed.
1) it’s not allowing me to log in with the SAME user name and password which is working for me on desktop 2) the catalogue can’t find what I’m looking for, and when it finally does, will not show any details about the class. “Not Found.” 3) the only reason I am using the app is that the website (multiple browsers) will not work; I cannot access the student portal. This is FULL OF BUGS. You offer classes on this stuff. You’d think you could make fixing this a class project or something. Ridiculous!
This App needs a User Experience designer to improve the information hierarchy, the navigation, the prompts, the call to actions, warnings, and notifications. I really don’t like using this app, but at least it’s better then using the web site.
This App needs major work. I bet the person who designed the app was way over paid as well. There needs to be a lot more UX designing, functionality, User stories, etc. App is not complete whatsoever.
Type in correct user and password but doesn’t let me in just clears the user and password fields. Use same password on safari on same Device and it lets me in.
