I am a costomer of mintra from past 6 years it used to be the best but after pandemic (2020)service is really bad. I will order min 5 items at a time but in that i will get only 2 to 3 products. I track my products from day 1 few items they say after reaching destiny it went back. I try to contact them but no use. I have faced this issue almost every time i place orders.

Useless customer service

Myntra is such a good site for finding good clothes but you better pray that your order is perfect the first time you order it because if anything goes wrong, they’re not going to care or help. The first time we ordered a pair of heels I got two left heels which meant that I couldn’t wear the expensive heels for prom. We recently had a kart worth 11k and even though we put in the right address, however somehow the address got messed up. When we called the customer service we were informed that they couldn’t do anything and we would have to cancel the order of each item manually and reorder all of them which is costing us valuable time (not that they care). Although the customer service agents were nice, they couldn’t do much except say sorry which really didn’t help us in any way, shape or form. This is just extremely disappointing and I am not sure how I’m supposed to order from this site again without feeling as though I’m taking a HUGE risk.

It is misleading to say that app is free because it charges a fee when you place an order

Everything else is really good. However, I did not like the newly introduced handling fee! If something is bought online it needs to be returnable aa you cannot physicall see/try like in regular store. You should not penalise customers for “many” returns. I have usually bought clothes and I cannot buy ill fitting clothes!! Myntra should also look at the total amount of orders instead of just comparing orders vs returns while deciding which accounts should have this handling fee! I saw this fee really late during billing, hence went ahead with the purchase but will need to look for other options due to this “handling fee”!

Love the variety and option to return if it doesn’t fit!

Myntra has been a boon especially when you are figuring out your size and malls are closed due to the lockdown. The no hassle shipping and returns allows customers to buy-try and keep what fits. They also carry a lot of brands so options are limitless. I love the feature of body type too. Thanks Myntra.

Using online shopping we would not be able to try, that’s where in we try clothes and wish to return if we didn’t like them, Myntra takes without questioning back and courier services are awesome because along with tracking number you message the person contact number which other sites won’t do, love Myntra, will shop more

Wonderful online shopping site

I have started using Myntra about a month ago. I am truly happy with their service and their return policy. I opt for my returns to be credited to my Myntra account and it takes just a day after collection for the money to be credited. Haven’t had any cause to complain.

Horrible delivery services.

Don’t trust the expected delivery dates that they mention in your order. It all depends on the “mood of the delivery guy” whether he would want to deliver a package or not. Customer service have no clue about the whereabouts of your package. And worst part, if you wish to raise a ticket you need to wait 72 hrs to have it generated. I wonders how many more days would they actually take to resolve it. Horrible experience with Myntra. FYI, still waiting to hear back if you guys actually decided to even file a ticket.. its been more than 72hrs now. And my package is still missing.

Worst

You give sale , then we order multiple products. At the end you give different product or cancel the order. When you give different product , we do return , for that you give credit. For that credit we end up buying something else what we do not want. If I raise a complaint , you just call and close it. Even if this rating not sure how it’s going to work but I am giving my grievance. I am your customer for many years. And this pattern continues. You can see the order I placed recently then you know what I am taking about

Shopping made so easy

There are plenty of online shopping apps and Myntra is my favorite! I’m not only talking about apps made in India, but by the world standards ... their app allows the user to refine their search making it easier to shop... so intuitive and they also have a good selection of products as well... love using myntra app!

Something went wrong please try again

I’m using Myntra app from years and so far no problems. But from past month I’m not able to add anything to my cart and getting this stupid error message “Something went wrong please try again ”. I’ve uninstalled the app reinstalled it. Now I’m not even able to login to my account. I’m not even able contact customer support about this issue. Myntra have to do something about this issue or else everyone will stop using Myntra app.

App is good but they have fake customer support

I am using Myntra since 2010, now they have a Fake return policy in which you can not return the product even if the correct size is not available with them. and if you do so they will block your free shipping even you purchase the product with higher value. They will cancel the product anytime they want but they don’t want to give the same privilege to there customers. Don’t buy from Myntra as the same products are available in same price or even in cheaper price with GOOD RETURN POLICY.

No good security and privacy policy for its customers

I had Myntra credits in my account and my account got hacked and my credits were used up ... on informing Myntra about it they were not at all helpful and the only thing they kept repeating was that they were sorry for the inconvenience. How Could any customer trust them when accounts with credits are hacked like this and they neglect it. We wouldn’t know if they have insider trading of account details of account holding credits . What good a customer care is for which can’t come to aid when a customer needs help .

Don’t buy from Myntra 😡😡😡 I am staying in usa and I ordered it to my mom who was coming to USA but they sent wrong size as I ordered size medium but they sent Small which is not even wearable for me, my mom is very old lady she couldn’t understand that and now I can’t return because my Mom already came to me USA.. There is difficulty while booking

I never had chance to use the coupon. There is NO connection between coupon and item to validate which coupon works for which item.. so all coupon they given are not validate at some point! Now I faced lot of issue with booking, as the confirmation page says some item is out of stock but doesn’t show which item is out of stock.. this is again a lot of time consuming…!!

Horrible customer service

I ordered a product looking at the picture shown in the app. They delivered something totally different . When I tried to raise a ticket to return the product they told me the quality of the product was good and that i had to keep it. They refused to take the product back. Now I an stuck with a product I dont even want! And according to their customer support agents its not their fault! Very unreliable, not at all customer friendly

Have to improve payment and coupon applying process

All over products are good but you guys have to do improvement in payment and coupon apply process of person apply the coupon and during payment process the same coupon is not available but have to go for other less amount coupon I think that is your aap trick

Your queries will never be resolved

If you think being a e-commerce company they would be obsessed with their customers then you’re wrong. I have been trying to get a issue resolved for the last 2 months now but still no resolution. Forget about resolution, they would just close the issue without any solution and I have to reopen the issue just to get in touch with them. I have been requesting for a call back but I have never got one.

Worst service ever! Do not order! SCAM!!

Couldn’t rate minus star MYNTRA is a BIG SCAM and FRAUD! It delivers USED products. I ordered a pair of shoe and myntra delivered a USED and torn product. When I returned the product, they refused my return saying “Product looks used”, hence we cannot accept your return. On complaining the customer agents, they ignore the concern by saying “this is our process, we cannot do anything, is there anything else we can help with.” Myntra scams customers by taking their money and not returning it.

Nice shopping experience

All in all it went smooth. Payment options are excellent. The choice of apparel is also fantastic. Prices are quite competitive! UI leaves much to be desired. Blank or Slow loading images. Some do not respond to touch. The navigation is not so intuitive. Filters are mediocre. Thanks Myntra!

Terrible!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The least user friendly app I have ever used. Does not let me log in. Keeps giving me an error saying “Something went wrong. Please try again”. The Contact Us link on the app doesn’t work. The customer care number is always busy. There is no email to reach them. The only reason why I installed it is because they took over Jabong and I can’t order from there anymore. Never coming back or ordering from here again.

It’s always easy to shop from this app. Been using myntra since 2013 and have no regrets whatsoever!! Would definitely recommend this app if you are okay shopping online.

I am using latest version of app and I clear cache also. Still the app doesn’t open the items page or the page is blank white screen and app is hung up. Connection to bank is also not fast enough

Scam scam

So frnds this is something very important about this shopping site myntra. I have ordered this on 10th Oct ND the size was small so i told them to refund. They came for the quality check ND they saw one red spot inside the pocket ND they refused to take the product back. I called them ND told them about the whole thing then also they refused. I told them that I will tell my Frnds ND make sure that no one should buy from your site. That is why I am uploading this. Thank you.

Really bad customer service

I wish I could rate it less than a star . I'm devastated with apparently their brand Roadster's quality of products and plus it turned out to be such a hassle for me to get a return order for them and believe me I tried everything I COULD . however their lack of support and so called customer care left me no choice but to keep those useless tshirts . Never using myntra again 🙁

Customer care services are poor.

Difficult to connect with the customer care executive. Call keeps getting dropped. Sometimes the address shows not available for return pickup. If the payment doesn’t go through the app doesn’t even send a notification. Lots of technical glitches. Quite dissatisfied.

Little disappointed

Very good but few minute checks needed

The coupon codes are given but doesn't get applied while check out (for example - MYNSN82FL was given to apply for purchase above 2222 but though my purchase was above 2600, was unable to apply this coupon), T&C of the coupons are not viewable.

App keeps hanging all the time

I’m trying to place an order and app keep giving some message like “items out of stock” or “prices have changed”. Even after I’ve acknowledged the message and removed said items, the app kept giving the same message on and on. I restarted the app more than twice and it didn’t make a difference. I gave up trying and placed order on browser.

Not a iOS friendly application

Customer care support has lots of issues on iPhone. Also Myntra should have toll free customer care number. I live overseas and I usually order just before I arrive in India but if there is any issue I only have chat option to contact customer care.

App stopped working

I reside in the US. Myntra app was working fine until couple of months back the search results stopped loading. Only the home page works. Anything else I click gives an error message saying ‘ something went wrong’. I don’t make payments from here, I just browse and save to bought later. How can I resolve this? Do I need to change any settings?

Third class service

Very first time i bought undergarments online and I ordered 3 underwear after receiving the product I realised that I ordered wrong size. See I haven’t opened the packets yet and requested for size issue and they said we can’t do anything. Seriously this guys are out of their mind. I haven’t opened the packets yet.
