When you can’t go to the Casino but want to play the casino games/gamble. This is the best way to do it. Wish this application has some of my favorite slots on it though. Don’t get me wrong I love the bonuses and all the fun things and the games, but if the slots that I would normally play when I’m at Mystic Lake were on the app it would be even better. Other than that I love it!!!!!!
Well, maybe not the app, but I can’t get into it so I really don’t know. I’ve been using it for a long time without issues, but for whatever reason they decided to do something with the account requiring a reset or something. There’s a reset link, but nothing happens. Been waiting 3 days for my reset link. I contacted their support, but they have no way to send a link manually or reset a password. The only solution at this point is to go to the casino and reset it there, which for an IT guy is hard to understand. Pretty easy to set up a reset routine. Honestly there never was much that was useful, so I just deleted it and will enjoy the casino without it. Anything I need I can find on the web.
The new update is great! Makes it much easier to view my information and bonus points. Love the slot finder too, makes it easy to find my favorite machines.
I’ve tried numerous times to sign in my info and it continues to say invalid. I’ve been to M club twice to update or try and fix whatever the issue and still nothing. They just tell me to keep trying or uninstall and reinstall the app because it’s the internets fault that it’s not connecting. Epic fail!
So hers the problem I downloaded the new app and it was slow I logged in with the mystic lake takes me to a blank page and I click my account it wants me to log in agin. Fix the bug and yes I want the ability to delete my mail in the app
Tried using the slot finder feature of the app and it was completely inaccurate. Tried finding 3 different slots and the location it claimed they were in was not correct.
Downloaded the first day it was available. Still haven’t gotten my info in. Totally worthless update. I no longer have access to my account or information.
Every single time I request a reset link for my accounts password, I don’t get nothing at all worst app ever! I liked the old update way better it was more simpler!
I’ve had the Mystic app for a few years now and updates from play can take a few minutes sometimes. I’m able to book a hotel room if I like, check upcoming promos, see the menus of restaurants and hours they are open. The Slot Finder works correctly, you just need to look for the slot in the area shown, it’s not exactly where you might think it is, but around the other side of that bank of slots. I open the app daily, I’m not sure why because I only go to the casino once or twice a week and my points don’t change if I’m not playing.. I guess I like to verify where I am 😂! I check the Tier benefits… and the bug I complained about in 3/2022 has been fixed 4/2022. I’m very happy with all the information I can find and link to from the Mystic Lake app.
