Unbelievable bad for an Hotel app 2023… I’m using more or less all the different Hotel booking and locality apps, but a hotel app which is not able to transfer a booking to the calendar, an app which is not showing the booking in the app, or where you are not able to to change profile data is completely useless.
You choose day of tomorrow to make a reservation and it confirms today !!! If one wants a school case how not to write an app this is no 1 on my list . You have to put in country prefix of your phone number and it’s sorted by flag icon !! Or who knows what . After 4 min still unable to find my country . How can an international company come out with an app like this . Embarrassing ….
I can’t believe this app keeps errors from looking up booming numbers. This is been going on forever so I don’t think this app is getting any kind of support. invalid parameters mi: Reservation: *******5314 cannot be processed, user does not have partyld invalid parameters were send in the request
Having used the app I came to realize how bad it truly is when trying to make a booking: submitting payment was impossible, trying several times with somekind of server error. Had to book with same info on webpage. Managing booking also impossible, server error again, upps what a coincidence. Finally tried to submit app feedback through the feature from the app menu, arrived at a 404 page not found...what an embarrassment for this lousy webapp!
Lovey stays at NH Hotels, but app is not at the same hotel standard. This app does not provide the same account information as the website. Past reservations can't be removed from my reservation list, future reservation aren't listed (website has same problem), and rewards activity isn't always accurate this requiring an email to customer care to correct the issue.
IPhone 7+, loaded app to perform hotel pre-check in for NH Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. App required a reset of my password three times, finally get to room selection and error message when entering payment info. Wish it worked, we wanted to drop our bags and get to the city as quickly as we can. We only have 24 hrs before our next destination.
I tried to use both the iphone X and ipad platforms and just waisted my time. All you get is a “local error” message and when I tried to contact “NH Rewards” option in the contact us section it indicates “null”. Way to go if you want to have “loyal customers”...
App will not allow previously made reservations for future stays to be added or saved to “My Bookings”despite being logged into a user account. It pulls the information, but gives the error code, “language parameter not found” when selecting “Add To My Bookings”. It’s inefficient to have to reenter all the information every time to see any detail of your trip.
