No Contact Rule

When in time of need, the advice and realistic reminders are helpful... But seriously there needs to be more then that... Something interactive...

I don’t usually pay for apps but I decided to give this a try. Sometimes I’ll have my Instagram open just seconds away from checking on my ex. It’ll be late night when I miss them, and my selfish wants convincing me to press on their profile... I always press Home, click this app and then go through the reminders. They really help give me lots of relief where previously I was just anxious over what my ex might be doing. The reminders and affirmations are exactly what I need to help me put the phone down, save me so much grief and humiliation. Thank you for making this app!

I was looking for an app that would give me these reminders if I was sending a text. This is just a cute app with great reminders. But you have to manually go to this app to read the reminders. Not something I would pay for. You can get the same thing on Google for free.

IOk. How about a calendar for you to record your No Contact progress? Or a place to enter text to describe what triggered you to want to break No Contact? Or anything besides the 10 lame quotes your grandma has already told you about staying away from your ex? This app is just a small card deck of super cliches and platitudes - “How many times have they done this before?” I think this advice may be the stupidest of all: “Ryan Gosling :)” And for a hopelessly simple app, the use of decent and consistent writing isn’t even there. NC, no contact, No Contact, extra spaces, annoying and unnecessary multiple exclamation points!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Save yourself the .99 cents!

This is great when I get an intrusive thought about my ex. I just pick up the phone, and open this app for a quote. This has helped a lot.

I don't agree with the previous review about the negative comments about the ex. I need to have every single one of these! Do not remove any. Add more thoughts/cards!!!

I liked this app. It was empowering. It would be cool if there was a way to send in words of wisdom for no contact and maybe they could be used!

I actually love this app. I put this where my text app used to be, bumping the text app over one spot. Works like a charm.

Some words are spelled wrong and I wish they could add more slides saying different things.

I think that this app can be a good start but it includes some negative thoughts towards the ex, and should focus on self love and rebuilding yourself. I also think that a 30 day countdown of when NC is over would be great!

Helpful app but a thorough spellcheck should have been performed prior to release. (Your vs. You're, etc.)

I expected more from this app then what I got , I guess you can say I’m disappointed. I bought this app and all I got was sayings and sometimes it’s redundant.

and blaming the other person constantly. Not actually helpful when the reminders don’t relate to you at all

Im doing a no contact with my heartless ex now and this app is very helpful. Everytime i get tempted to text him again i just open this app and just read inspiring messages that they have there. It motivates me to continue the no contact rule. I need to do it for myself cos in order to be truly happy in life i need to learn how to get rid of those people thats continuously making me sad and thats my ex. To the creator of this app please dont ever get tired of uploading new inspirational messages. We need it a lot. Tnx 💜✌️
