Ever since the update, I have been unable to access my account. It’s like my account has completely disappeared even though I have an active subscription that still charges me. I’ve reached out over 10 times in 3 different ways (email, instagram, and phone) none of these methods I have gotten a response back to. The customer support is terrible. It should not be so difficult to find their “contact us” information. I literally had to google their information and still couldn’t find anything. The weekly emails they send that shows the new episodes that are being released has a link at the bottom that says “contact us” and it doesn’t even work (I think the link is expired or is not active). When I was able to use the app, it wasn’t that great anyway. The shows and production is just really poor quality and low grade. They have nothing compared to Zeus.
NowThatTv is an amazing streaming service to use especially if you’re into action or fighting! My only complaint is how they put the shows backwards on the listing. Meaning, the first episode is at the bottom of the listing instead of the top. The oldest episode is on the bottom while the newest is on the top. I would also wish they would separate the seasons of each show. For example, South Central Baddies is a popular show on NowThatsTv! The company though puts all seasons together in the backwards listing meaning they put the first episode of the first season at the very bottom and continue it by not splitting up seasons and leaving them lumped together. Great service though!
The shows have great content, but it would be nice to see then outside of these houses that their living in, and doing something fun besides fighting and getting High all day. I love how this streaming platform has a variety of shows with different themes. Overall I am happy with my subscription. As a black man supporting a black business, I want to see you guys with a diverse audience. Not just people that want to see fighting. There is a time and place for everything. The drama is GREAT, but it should be the main focus point ever.
I just opened an account a few days ago. Yesterday I was watching an episode and then 20 minutes later the app logs me out. The website isn’t working. And then I used my MacBook to log into it and again the website wouldn’t load. When it did it is saying “welcome back! Your account has been locked for security reasons and your password needs to be reset. Check your email for further instructions. I have received zero email. Not even in the spam. At this point I am feeling robbed of my $5.99. Because when I search for their contact information or some typa help me page it won’t load. I want my money back! Or at least some typa free service for at least a month or two AFTER the issue is fixed.
Y’all need to fix the app. I love the new look to it cause the old one definitely gave Zeus. But y’all still aint fix the full screen glitch, gotta hit the back or close the app altogether just to leave the screen instead of minimizing it to view comments . Once the episode ends it should automatically give you the option to go the next one. Not the previous one and I shouldn’t have to search the show im watching over and over just to keep playing episodes. The playlist cool too but thats too much work. Would work good if the episodes automatically deleted itself after completing it. Y’all need to do alot more than change the look.
I’ve been following Jessica Dime’s work since “Love and Hip-Hop” and let me just say, I’m so proud and happy for her. She’s always been one of my favorites from the show and to see her thriving and in her element with having her own show is just truly amazing!! I have about two more episodes of The Mint left to watch and I’m just hoping for more seasons of the show to come because I’m definitely invested in watching more and seeing the ladies from this season thrive in their own greatness!!
The shows are awesome but in my personal opinion instead of running multiple shows at once and then the seasons end , there is a couple of weeks of no new shows airing. Y’all should air two to three shows at a time so that your customers don’t have to wait so long for other seasons or shows to come out. I love NowThatsTv but I’m being honest because of the wait for the new shows I almost canceled but I love BigLex and she is pretty much the only reason I even still have the app . This is just my personal opinion as a loyal customer who recommended a lot of ppl to download this app . But the shows are amazing and keep up the great work
I think it really has good qualities I love how do you like how to do stuff do you fashion like the Academy how she gives like speeches and stuff you know that there’s been a lot of fights in Now Thats TV but it’s really good and tell me why Ashely to only watch it for other fights and stuff. I’m not show me rude nothing but Zues it’s not going down because they only give three seconds of the fight but now that’s TV you like three minutes of a white it’s really good this year
Amazing app, and shows. Only thing to work on is making sure the shows are in the correct order when watching. (Big Lex season 1 for example.) Also when binge watching a tv show, instead of the next video being the new episode it plays the episode from before. I hate having to keep swiping down or having to look for the next episode each time. But besides that I never had any loading problems etc or actual app problems. Great shows!!
I think the tv network is pretty good but it could be better. The fights are cool but they’d be even more entertaining if I knew why they were fighting and if the production was thought out a little more. First episode I saw was season 1 south central baddies and it was all over the place. It got better by the end of the season and I believe this will be an amazing 5 star network in the future! The volume is a little weird sometimes but that could be fixed with the production, overall subscribe you won’t regret it!
This is the best network to watch when it comes to fights. Sometimes the audio quality can become low but I don’t think it is enough that it takes away from the experience. I believe that comes from people who try to pair Zeus against Now That’s Tv and I can say that I do watch and enjoy both. However, Zeus fights cannot compare to this network. I do wish there were more series! 👍
The network itself has really good shows on it, but the app is so trash after the update. There’s no reason that you guys took away the mini player. I’m trying to watch south-central baddies somebody text me and I show stops just when I’m responding to the text cause you took away the mini mini player feature. also, when commenting it always scrolls to the part in the show where you at when reading the comments, I should be able to see any comment that I want not just a comment dealing to the part that I’m watching in that moment and the app is always crashing.
WHY is it that these shows are not in chronological order? WHY if I have this app can’t I watch the episodes of EVERYTHING in the order that they came out . Every time I’m watching an episode of ANYTHING I have to go back and search. This doesn’t not always guarantee that I see the next episode. Some are labeled so you can read the caption. Others are just a stab in the dark. You can’t hit the 3 buttons on the side to give up ANY INFI OR DATES when the show aired. At the very beginning of the year, you guys locked a lot of us out of our current paid accounts and require for us to create new account and we had to pay for access two times in one month we have to make payments here we are going through the same process again I happen to login on my account this morning and guess what is asking me to subscribe, however i’m on Apple subscription and paid all the way to July 11 and guess who has zero access this guy here on top of that you email them you never get a reply. Let’s get this together because honestly this is becoming ridiculous.
I love the shows on this app, but I wish the “continue watching” section was at the very top like other streaming services instead of having to scroll all the way to the bottom. It took me days to even notice there was a “continue watching” section because I never scrolled to the bottom. Auto play (where the next episode automatically plays instead of me having to do it manually,) captions, and a “recommended for you” section would also be nice features to have.
I would give a 5/5 but of course everyone has some work to do. Definitely need to do more activities like challenges so it’s not just fighting. They are coming up so some stuff is low budget but it’s better than what they started with. Very entertaining and I would recommend this over zues any day. And they are constantly dropping new and more shows every month or so. So congratulations to them for coming up and coming out with all these bangers!!!
The app is very confusing. The episodes are lined up from bottom to top(10,9,8 etc) instead of top to bottom( 1,2,3, etc). I have the settings set up to play the next episode and it goes backwards. For example if I’m watching episode 2, it will go back down to episode 1 instead of going to 3. It’s so confusing. They need to fix it. It’s extremely irritating. If the app was up to par, they’d have many more subscribers. But all in all, good network and it’s entertaining
Tbh i don’t even get hype for Zeus on sundays no more. NTTV (Now That’s TV) has a lot of drama but it’s jus entertaining if u ask me. Best part of all they gone let them fight and not gone end the episode in the middle of a juicy fight. The people they bring on here either have a platform or don’t but everybody always bring personality and bring hands👊🏽. Im in the mist of binge watching almost every show on here
I pay monthly and now I can watch certain shows. I tried to restore purchases but the error states "No bundles available!" Why do I have to purchase a subscription that I've already been paying for?! I demand a refund for charging my card 7 times! We can't check out the comments or reply to them anymore, can't watch the show and have it playing in the background as you scroll on other apps and it closes automatically. I'm going to have to unsubscribe if they don't fix this. I want my money back that NOW THATS TV STOLE! I don't watch Zeus, never have and never will but I'm about to never watch both apps.
When watching a show its very convenient when the next episode comes on right after . My experience on now that’s tv is I have to go back to the listed episodes and play the following episode manually. Where it is on most other networks I don’t have to do that . The list always plays backwards so I’ll watch episode 5 and then 4 will come back on instead of 6 . The flow of the episodes on majority of the shows are inconsistent with the correct flow in my experience of watching .
Keeps asking for payment after the subscription is paid
I had already paid for my subscription 2 weeks later y’all do an update & then it makes me pay AGAIN! So I pay the subscription again even though it hasn’t been a whole month. I watch one show the. Go back to the home screen to pick the next episode, & again they want me to pay the subscription again. I have my apple receipts to show I paid, the money has come off my card & in my payment history on the site it says I paid, but yet the app still wants me to pay!!!! I’m not understanding at this point.
Not since MTV’Sa real world season one has reality TV programming this REAL!!!!There aren’t any make up artist, body guards or do-overs here, thats for sure!It’s actually the low brow (FIGHTS GALORE!🫣😮)& budget(air bnb evictions 😳)quality of some of their Shows and it’s talent (Looks and intelligence were NOT requirements)that actually gives the network overall, the authenticity that is missing from Reality tv nowadays. There is no “forgot password” section . Theres no “change password” section. They hardly have anything in their settings option at all. Iv had this app and loved it for about 2 months and they recently updated their roku app to “now thats tv plus” when i went to watch my weekly show is said i was logged out and now my password is incorrect. When i log in on mobile app it still works but there NO way on the roku app to sink it back with my account so if i wanted to watch it on rolu i would then have to pay for ANOTHER subscription. Tuhhh ,, do better this update was b ! S !
I love the programs I just wish I can find out more when they go to describe new programs. That’s why I saying how can I find new things the shows are great I love them I just wanna be notified when you guys have more new things and is it a whole week that we have to wait or two weeks that’s what I wanna know like Zeus TV
The update makes it so difficult for people to log in , for people who have just recently paid it’s trying to make us pay again , some say we should use the origink login info under the “sign up” section that doesn’t work neither . I tried to send a reset email Password that didn’t work neither because it’s not seeing to my email , please get this fixed and please try when to update , make it user friendly . Because this is absolutely horrible and a lot of people are actually not subscribing anymore because of this
I do like watching the different shows they are very entertaining but I do think that the sounding on Now Thats TV app is not that great at all it goes up and down a lot you can barely hear the people like in the interviews or the green room it’s very low and then when they start to yell it just sounds like very echoey so maybe that’s one thing that they should fix is their sound and sometimes the camera gets a little blurry other than that I love watching the shows
Soooo now that’s tv updated their app. Tried to log in multiple times and it’s saying my password is unable to map. Then when I try to reset my password the email to reset never sends. I have checked in my spam and other categories of my email. Nothing. I’ve been trying since it updated and can’t get in. It’s Sunday and I’m still not in my account! This is the day the new shows drop. Will have to call my bank to get my money back and won’t be able to watch these shows any longer. Very disappointing.
I like how they’re starting out China to give these people TV shows on what not what I don’t like is how you can’t really comment on any of the videos another thing I don’t like is the freaking audio I only subscribe for big Lex baddies collection in the audio is horrible I can barely hear it half the time and when I have my volume up it screams through my phone when the girls start yelling or talking all together that’s my only issue besides that I enjoy the app
I’ve watching this network for a while now, since the beginning. I could honestly say I like that the network is evolving. I’ve seen beautiful young women and men handle their differences and not harm each other. We don’t need no more of that in our society, and I’m glad this network has provided and opportunity for that to be done successfully.
I really was sleeping on now that’s tv. But honestly my sister kept pushing it on me and ever since I started watching big lex baddie collection Iv been hooked ever since. It’s constant entertainment, and I love how we can voice our thoughts and opinions after watching an episode. Y’all keep it coming, I’m here for it all. I actually have 3 shoes to watch every Sunday night….I love it.
They changed to “plus” and now I can now login. My password never changed, tried to reset my password but they still haven’t sent the email. I’ve been trying for three days now and still nothing. I wouldn’t be upset but I paid for the month already. They don’t forget to get the $5.99 from my account every month. The website won’t load either. I don’t know what to do at this point. Can’t even go on there to cancel my subscription. It’s irritating. Really.
Nowthatstv is an amazing network!! But the “plus” update has made the app so bad. It continuously signs me out, the time stamp comment feature is trash, and why is the continue watching section all the way at the bottom? The only plus about the new update is how the shows are categorized by year and they finally put the episodes in chronological order. Honestly, just bring back the old comment section!! PLEASE!

Not sure what is going on but since this new “update” has launched I cannot access my account… when try to reset password i get a message stating my email is not found. That’s insane because the subscription is was taken out of my account and the email provided is the email linked to the account. I have reached out and have hear nothing from nobody… this not cool. I support this network and hope this issue can be resolved in a timely manner.
I like shows with drama & that’s what it gives it also gives you a deeper understanding of how ppl become who they because not everyone has the same opportunities growing up & how badly a person can be affected long term because of how they’ve been raised or not raised at all.
I have recently been using Now that’s TV and let me tell you the drama on all the shows is so crazy. It’s “trashy” reality tv and I love it. I had to see Big Lex 💕 I loved all her shows ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The sound quality and camera quality needs to be improved because right now it’s very low quality. I also would like to see better reunion set ups it’s giving do better 🤷🏾♀️.

Low dumb ghetto low budgeted app. I tried to log into my account on my TV, but they kept logging me in with another random account with my iCloud which I did not use when I made my account originally and it kept doing it after 5 to 10 times fix this app. YALL GHETTO AND LOW BUDGET and by the way season three of South Central baddies was horrible. I couldn’t even make it past the first episode because of how nobody even introduced their selves because the app was too low budgeted for confessionals a bunch of MARKYITTEA (i don’t feel like spelling it right )
The shows are very interesting. The movie plays well it’s just some of them their volume is no good. I hate the fact that every season and episode is all over the place and that you have to always search for it. The volume also goes from low to too high. But otherwise the app is good. There are some good shows on the app.
I like the app & I like all of the shows. I was just starting to get caught up. I guess the app updated over night but it completely logged me out and won’t allow me to log back in. I entered my email and password but it said incorrect so I tried resetting it but it never sends a link. Or when I try to sign up it’s saying my email is already in use.
Worst app ever, I made an account w them and for some reason it will not let my watch any shows but it’s constantly charging my card and I’ve been tryin to cancel for the last year and yes I know I can get a new card but I have a lot of automatic payments set up so it would be such an inconvenience for me , I just don’t understand why my card keeps getting charged but I cannot access my account and tryin to get ahold of someone is absolutely the worst, this app is just as ghetto as the girls they have on here
After seeing the clips all over social media of their shows I downloaded the app and started my subscription. Not even a week later I was logged out. I went to log back in and seen that they had updated it but now when I go to sign in my email cant be found. I don't see a legit way to get help from customer service either. I came here to see that if in any of the reviews they were having the same problem AND IS. So I am going to just chalk it and stick to ZEUS.
Definitely need to fix the app. This update is makin watching my shows a terrible experience. I’ve been watchin for months now I can’t log back in. When I try to say “forgot password” it says email not found. The links on the emails that NowthatsTv sent me aren’t even loading. And the original website is down. I’m trying to prevent myself from signing up AGAIN. I feel like I’m being charged twice because I literally just paid right b4 they updated the app.
Before I was able to connect to my tv and use my phone white no problems while NTTV is playing but now with this new update it don’t even show up on my phone as connected or playing, it stops playing and restarts if I use my phone before that wasn’t a problem but other than those few things I love the app…..update this is horrible now can’t even use apple play with it now go back to the old version of the app PLEASE
I updated to plus and it keeps telling me I don’t have a subscription! Even after I press “restore purchase items” still doesn’t work. Please fix this (I know I’m not the only one) for everyone who already purchased and has auto pay. Or let us know if we need to cancel our preexisting accounts and make a new one? Also, if this is a itune purchase is it going to work on smart tvs that already have the app?
I love now that TV for the real life drama it offers along with the opportunities for the individuals to better themselves as far as content. The only thing I don’t like about the app or network is when watching it plays backwards. So you have to double back to go forward. That’s annoying, but overall I’m messing with it!
There’s not many shows on there but the ones that are on there are good ones I would say, save your money don’t do the year and pay for two months because there’s not many shows at all but they are good so is worth the five dollars a month
It’s very interesting I enjoy it, the only thing I despise is how LOUD the background music is that you all put in during confessionals or when ppl are having conversations. I can barely hear what’s being said when the background music is playing so I’d just recommend turning down the music that y’all add in.
