It is really good application from Oman Air, but I'm looking that's it going to need more feature such like seven customer profile no need to type every single time details. And definitely need to special feature only for Sindbad with a good updating of how many miles And what he can exchange for?!!.
After Indigo Airlines app this is the 2nd worst airline app I have ever seen. Has many bugs in it. Even after login it says login again. Doesn’t shows the mileage accrual. There is no link to report the missing miles. Who ever created this app need to be FIRED on the spot.
I have tried to book through the app and every time your reach some booking stages, it gives error. So I have given up and decided to book my flights using computer. After the booked flight , now I have to try to add the booked flights in the app using the booking reference and last name, but did not work all. So I actually wonder if this app really works. Please fix it, otherwise this app is useless. It is really strange to see major airlines fail to develop an app that suppose to help costumer book flights that generate revenue to the company. Can the App developer give their feedback regarding if the app works ???
Poor design for the app , look like made by teenager , I try to book 2 time every time I finish butting all the information after i try for payment it give me error bad internet , it was 4g fast connection .and i have to make everything from the beginning second time same thing , BS Ill try by desktop
After updating the app my previous bookings disappeared, impossible to add new trip, complicated menu. I wonder, Oman Air can not find normal programmers?!
Rely its the wariest App i have try in my life More than 30 time I'm trying to book to Malaysia for me and my family To slow application and it stopped all the time Because it cheeper than calling oman air or going to travail agency
