Worst travel experience

This is the absolute worst travel experience I've ever encountered using this app and I will never use it again. They canceled my ticket just 24 hours before my trip, leaving me stranded despite having already booked my airline tickets and hotel. I should have gone with SNTF instead. Even though it might have cost more, at least they kept my schedule intact. The app canceled my ticket while the train was ready to depart on time. At the station, I found out they canceled my ticket to give it to someone else. This is utterly disgraceful and unacceptable!

Luggage charge bad app but cheap

The app is very buggy, and always needs updates. They charge you for everything, but the starting price is cheap. I will go inouï next year

Screen goes blank on login attempts

And this has been happening for months now. Impossible to access my account. So I end up having to use a web browser. Also, what’s up with not taking AmEx? The SNCF app accepts it. Other bugs like showing trains that are available when in fact they are full. So the app lets you buy a ticket, and when it comes time to choosing a seat, literally every carriage and every seat is greyed out and unavailable. Bottom line, this thing doesn’t work.

Only the french can ruin the train

Appalling use of technology to bring all the hassle from airport into the train station. Nobody wanted this. Nobody wanted the long lines, fees for breathing, sitting or an hilarious 5€ to bring a bag. This is disgusting! App is non functional and forces you to update it all the time for features nobody needs or cares about, when the core functionality is not there…

Frustrating and unpragmatic.

The app doesn't let you book or alter any trips that go outside of Metropolitan France. If you use their service to leave the country (i.e. to the U.K. or Belgium), you can only modify your booking online or with the customer service line.

Impossible de mettre l‘appli en français

Si tu n‘utilises pas ton portable en français (par exemple, le mien est en allemand), l’appli est automatiquement affichée dans un anglais de très mauvaise qualité. Impossible de choisir la langue, il faut carrément changer la langue de ton portable pour ne pas être forcé d’utiliser cette appli dans une espèce de globish. Épouvantable.

Opción de idioma español

Es muy difícil poder reservar desde la aplicación móvil (App) ya que no tiene la opción de idioma español o castellano y por ello siempre termino reservando desde otra app con otra compañía Sería muy útil poder ponerle la opción de español y poder entender cada palabra de la app Saludos Crítica constructiva
