Nice App

Easy to use. Would be nice to view the weekly ad from the app.

Unable to login into the Credit Card Account

I had this app for awhile, but some time last year, the feature to login into your PC Richard CC account stop working. The login page would load but after entering your login info, and selecting to login, nothing happens. I have to use my web browser to access the account for payments. I just deleted the app today because there was an update a month ago but it didn’t fix the issue

I was greeted by a well dress man! Who was extremely knowledgeable about his craft. He answered all my questions and also the ones I didn’t think of. He made the process felt like we knew each other and I felt comfortable, I left a happy customer. His name is Links!

GREAT APP

All of the current sale items are listed first. Once you enter the app, you’re able to sort by best selling, highest rated, price, color, size and features such as gas or electric for a range top.

3rd update

This app updated 2-3 times in 1 month. Not allowing me to login to review my statement. First download allowed face I.d recognition. Second one didn’t, but still able to login. Can’t even login with 3rd update. I thought updates make things better?? Guess not on this app.

Your app just keeps glitching

Won’t let me type more than 2 characters before page reloads. Tried several times and closed and relaunched app to no avail. Fix it if you want my business

Can’t log in into the account

You can’t log in into the credit card account at all. You put your credentials but nothing happens. What’s the point of an app if you can’t access it and make payments.

I never give them even one star because when I tried to order my stuff, they asked me for my ID and I have to take a picture and then after that, they never send me my stuff

I’ve been unable to login the credit card portion of this app. Very inconvenient. Will pay of and will not do business with pc Richard anymore

Never shop from p.c richard & son

I am suggesting never shop from this store or online. Trash service.. you have to pay more even the product has same price on other stor at the end.🤬🤬🤬

App issues

My issue with the app is that when I click on a picture of a piece of furniture it won’t load so I can see the demensions or product review

Major Glitch

The app reloads and clears everything every few seconds. Can’t even browse. Too bad

The best

This is the best app ever now I can view prices n go to my salesmen in college point and get a better deal or reserve something for me .. I recommend it ask for Yodanny .. He's the best!!

I recently went to my local PC Richard store in Eatontown NJ and spoke with Joey; A intelligent young salesman who definitely knew what he was talking about. He made my experience pleasant and I will go there to buy all my appliances and electronics!

Great Company

Went to the Bay Plaza showroom to purchase a kitchen and the sales were great! My salesperson Dan H. was knowledgable in all depts! If you go there, make sure you buy from him!

Great Company Poor App

Love PC Richards and have used them for years. App is slow to update products. Hard to view items on bottom of lists. Obviously done on the cheap.

Not sure if all the other reviews were written by employees. This app was absolutely useless.

Help

App used to work and was great for hot deals. Main website got an overhaul so I guess that screwed up AppStore app. Please fix ASAP.

nice start

Easy and simple to use app. a little slow on the response but I am sure dice it is new ad people catch on to it it will improve. def a good app to have with the other tech store apps.
