Gorgeous young staff, extremely talented, extremely attentive, extremely pleasant. It’s been a wonderful experience. I had the privilege of being able to celebrate three special occasions, birthday anniversary, and Mother’s Day here and they treated my wife like a queen. She’s in heaven.

Could be more user friendly

The app is pretty nice because it lists daily activities to show what is going on around the resort, but it could definitely be more user friendly. The activities could use better descriptions so people have a better understanding of what they are. The in-suite service menu could definitely use an overhaul. There needs to be a way to fine tune your selections, instead of pretty much having to re-write everything in the comment section due to lack of customization options in the selection process.

Awful experience

I arrived on the 12th, and been unable to use the app because my information was entered completely wrong in the system. I kept being told that I was doing something wrong. It wasn’t until the local concierge nicely helped me and discovered there was the wrong birthday. I lost 3 days of reservations at the restaurants I desired. Unable to order room service too because the app was not connected. The phone in room was broken so We were had limited resources there too. Don’t think I will be returning to this resort.

Worst

We are traveling with a group of 10 and they can’t accommodate a table of that size for dinner. They require a reservation a day in advance and everything is always booked. Reservations open at midnight and are full by 12:05, leaving only the buffet, which still won’t let us sit together as a group of 10. 6 is the max they will let dine together. We booked a family reunion trip and can’t even eat a mea with my 85 yr old mother . They are making her choice who she has to sit with . The service is sub par and the place is over due for a good cleaning.

Terrible, nearly useless app

This app is almost useless. Either the resort overbooks to the point where they don’t have enough tables to feed everyone dinner, or they purposely force you to use their inefficient human butlers for some dumb reason, but either way the app reservation system is an exercise in frustrating futility. The rest of the app is mostly incomplete and unresponsive, providing no detail into anything you might actually want to know (restaurant hours or where to rent paddle boards, for example).

Our stay

Over all a great experience but you will do a lot of walking. Carts will drive past you and not pick you up. The infinity pool staff are wonderful.

We were told we would receive VIP service; haven’t. Told that we weren’t going to be “sold” anything at the presentation; that was attempted. The food hasn’t been the greatest. Can’t get a washcloth to save our lives. And there’s no waitstaff offering drink service on the beach!

Can’t login during my stay

Have tried numerous times to login to the app to make reservations but every time it fails, only good thing is the map and info but reservations is no bueno

So far meh

While the service, scenery and drinks have been great, the food has sucked in the ala carte dinners, except for Boghali. The mosquitos and humidity in the room made it hard to sleep as well.

if you create an app that is supposed to download content from a server, you must ensure your server is working, otherwise you get this kind of review. content is not available, server is not working, I dont know, this app is worthless

Major upgrade

Who knows when this app was created because it’s giving information from me than two years ago. The resort Isla Mujeres otra been running since last March and here they’re talking about construction of the place... UPDATED ALREADY!!!

El staff es muy amable Y servicial Los restaurantes (Bogali y Bamboo) muy buen servicio y la comida muy buena. Una observación para los baños de las habitaciones deberían ser más modernos ya que la tina es muy resvaladiza y peligrosa. El spa Zentropia es espectacular excelente atenciones de las masajistas y personal, los saunas y jacuzzi caliente muy bueno y relajante.

Comida eh muito ruim. Pissa no restaurante Mediterraneo completamente crua. Minestrone nao passa de uma sopa batida Atendimento precario. Tivemos que pedir para 3 pessoas diferentes no cafe da manha para trazer leite e cafe. Compreendo que devem ter contratado mao obra extra pro feriado. Mas, treinar eh essencial. A se sacao que tenho que as pessoas têm “comprometimento fake”, ou seja, so vêmmpara cumprir normas, sem qualidade nos servicos. Prefiro avaliar aqui e dizer isso, ok?

Terrible check in

Did not have rooms right. Keys did not work no blankets in room. This is for my family in colonial. Needed ground floor for child in wheel chair and adjacent room for grandparent.
