Gorgeous young staff, extremely talented, extremely attentive, extremely pleasant. It’s been a wonderful experience. I had the privilege of being able to celebrate three special occasions, birthday anniversary, and Mother’s Day here and they treated my wife like a queen. She’s in heaven.
The app has some useful information but far too much missing or incorrect information. If this is what you want your clients to use to navigate the hotel and services, then make it accurate. Having incorrect hours, showing restaurants open when closed, not showing hours , not showing menus, no detail on the map is not good. Also, finding restaurants is sometimes trial and error. I I was looking for the large buffet and it only will show on the map if you select “show cooking”. Having filters to show what is open for breakfast, or lunch, or dinner would be a useful feature rather than having to open each restaurant individually. Overall it is an ok start/version one app but needs a lot of improvement for usability features and accuracy.
The app is pretty nice because it lists daily activities to show what is going on around the resort, but it could definitely be more user friendly. The activities could use better descriptions so people have a better understanding of what they are. The in-suite service menu could definitely use an overhaul. There needs to be a way to fine tune your selections, instead of pretty much having to re-write everything in the comment section due to lack of customization options in the selection process.
I arrived on the 12th, and been unable to use the app because my information was entered completely wrong in the system. I kept being told that I was doing something wrong. It wasn’t until the local concierge nicely helped me and discovered there was the wrong birthday. I lost 3 days of reservations at the restaurants I desired. Unable to order room service too because the app was not connected. The phone in room was broken so We were had limited resources there too. Don’t think I will be returning to this resort.
We are traveling with a group of 10 and they can’t accommodate a table of that size for dinner. They require a reservation a day in advance and everything is always booked. Reservations open at midnight and are full by 12:05, leaving only the buffet, which still won’t let us sit together as a group of 10. 6 is the max they will let dine together. We booked a family reunion trip and can’t even eat a mea with my 85 yr old mother . They are making her choice who she has to sit with . The service is sub par and the place is over due for a good cleaning.
This app is almost useless. Either the resort overbooks to the point where they don’t have enough tables to feed everyone dinner, or they purposely force you to use their inefficient human butlers for some dumb reason, but either way the app reservation system is an exercise in frustrating futility. The rest of the app is mostly incomplete and unresponsive, providing no detail into anything you might actually want to know (restaurant hours or where to rent paddle boards, for example).
This app isn’t great for parties with adjoining rooms as they are considered two rooms. This means you have to have the app downloaded on two different devices, one signed into each room in order to reserve dinner reservations. Otherwise you get an error saying you can’t book more than the people assigned to the room. For 2 adults and 3 children, this app isn’t user friendly with the required dinner reservations
I was told to download the app due to being able to access menus, activities, etc. However, it doesn’t allow or display those options. I am not sure why. Any help? It gives an error message 404

My husband and i had a great experience. The customer service has been top tier, extremely accommodating. TSR resort and this app has made this a great experience!
We were told we would receive VIP service; haven’t. Told that we weren’t going to be “sold” anything at the presentation; that was attempted. The food hasn’t been the greatest. Can’t get a washcloth to save our lives. And there’s no waitstaff offering drink service on the beach!
Have tried numerous times to login to the app to make reservations but every time it fails, only good thing is the map and info but reservations is no bueno

While the service, scenery and drinks have been great, the food has sucked in the ala carte dinners, except for Boghali. The mosquitos and humidity in the room made it hard to sleep as well.
if you create an app that is supposed to download content from a server, you must ensure your server is working, otherwise you get this kind of review. content is not available, server is not working, I dont know, this app is worthless
Who knows when this app was created because it’s giving information from me than two years ago. The resort Isla Mujeres otra been running since last March and here they’re talking about construction of the place... UPDATED ALREADY!!!
It frequently will not open, or cycling through the menus will cause it to break until I restart my phone. They clearly spent very little money to develop this.
The food has been inedible. Even basic dishes taste disgusting -peas stew was sour, garlic bread was small, burnt and cheese tasted like cheese wiz, pepperoni on pizza had a weird smell. I would not recommend and I regret spending my money to stay here.
