Yes, this from New York. But the entirety of the news is interesting and applicable to all readers. I can skip some of the nitty- gritty NY and NJ stories, if I want. The news seems to be refreshingly apolitical and not biased. Great! Good reporting and not the usual AP news service regurgitation. I’m reading this app daily. Try it!
Better grammar, no technical issues-Sure, there are ads, it’s a free app, what do you expect? I don’t find the ads/commercials excessive or overly obtrusive. I’ve tried a number of other news apps. This is the best one I’ve seen.
This app left much to be desired which is a shame bc I love pix on tv. Most of the screen was a big graphic which had little to do with the article. Now with this so-called update, the font on the article is so large that it doesn’t scroll & is unreadable. I deleted & reinstalled the app to no avail. Do something, or you lost me!!
Says you’re able to watch the mets games on the website, so I press the website from the app and it just loads forever and the Mets game never turns on !!!!!
This app is not ready for a full release. Lacking full iOS 13 support, dark mode support, and other major iOS features. Hope this gets updated quickly.
App works great on iPhone but nothing streams on AppleTV! Did hit do not track on AppleTV and not sure if that is why? Tried deleting and downloading again but it seems AppleTV remembers the selection and does not offer the option to track again. Really needs to be fixed, otherwise only option is use it on phone or iPad and stream it to your AppleTV.
I enjoy using this app to access PIX’s local new coverage. It is reliable and easy to use for both live coverage and VOD. My only criticism is that the ads shown in the livestream play at 2x volume from the broadcast. This should be looked into!
This new APP is useless, at least for. iPad with os13. Why did they eliminate the old APP when the new one is not usable yet. I guess we will have to watch Fox5 instead.
