Pogo: Earn on Everything

I’ve only just downloaded this app earlier this week, but I am a seasoned “rewards” app user. This app is extremely user-friendly and hands down one of the easiest rewards apps to use. All you have to do is connect your debit card(s) and bam you're earning points, & earning points means you're making free money. Within 45 seconds of dowloading the app I had made 50¢, which I know doesn’t SOUND like a lot, but 50¢ a minute is Definitely a good deal. I’m also not seeing any penalties/exclusions for using other rewards apps in conjunction with this one, which is relieving, because those are the ones I use the least & often end up getting automatically offloaded from my phone. As of the time of posting, Pogo accepts most mainstream debit cards and legitimate online/mobile banks like Chime & Current, but does Not accept quick payment apps, like Venmo. I'm sure this will change over time, but it is something that could be a dealbreaker for some right now. However, most rewards apps have similar rules & regulations as well as penalties for using their competitor’s apps isn't uncommon with rewards apps, so if you're new to the game & don’t have a bank account, you should definitely use one of the mobile banking companies I listed above. I haven’t tried to Cash Out thru this app yet, but i’ll come update the review when I do :)

I had the Pogo app downloaded on my phone for quite awhile. However, I had not joined. One day Ivran out of surveys to complete on other apps and decided to give this app a try. And let me just say I love it. Let’s say a survey is not a right fit they will still compensate .7 cents as opposed to other cheap apps like “Eureka, Pop Survey & survey spin” that only compensate a pretty little penny. This app you don’t have a 5 or 10 requirement or more to reach before you can cash out. If you need to cash out a few cents to a measly dollar you can cash out ANYTIME! I look forward completing surveys on this app. Lately I have disregarded the other survey apps I use to do every day. I feel this app is respectable of your time. And there’s a lot of other ways you can make points and money. For instance they also reward you for your data, connecting your email and your other accounts. They also have games and promotions you can sign up for to get more points. If you haven’t checked this app YOU NEED TO! This is a great way to add a little hustle money on the side. And they also have the referral thing to. Pogo is my #1 survey app. And this is the God honest truth!!!!!

Finding an app like this has been a godsend for me! I’ve tried all the rewards and survey apps this is the best one yet. What is great about Pogo is that I can do as many surveys as I’d like and they have a very straightforward cash out to PayPal. It only takes $3 to cash out! Way better than trying to hit a $25 limit like other apps. The other thing Id like to highlight is getting rewards on every purchase. Just link your cards and start earning rewards for the past 2 weeks! I don’t have to remember to scan receipts like Fetch and everything is so smooth with this app. I’ve had no issues so far and already have cashed out multiple times in the last month! The people behind Pogo have clearly understood the pain of using clumsy and scammy rewards apps and have done something truly different. I don’t write many reviews for apps but for this one, I just had to make sure they knew how much I loved it!

The ads keep saying people are making $10 right away on this app, which is false advertising. It will vary for each person, but when I first downloaded the app and added the tons of transactions I had, I still couldn’t even get enough points to make $1. It was a little over 40 cents, including the bonus points and survey points. What a scam. I’ll stick with my receipt apps, because I actually do make a lot more money with those. That’s why I don’t mind having to take a pic of each receipt and upload it to the app, because I’m making more than the few cents I’m getting every time I open Pogo and claim points. I really wanted to like this app, but because of the false advertising and it being too good to be true by being stingy and not rewarding enough points per transaction, I’m deleting this app. *update after developer response: I’ve used almost every reward app out there and I know how to maximize my points earnings, even on this app. After using it consistently, I stand by my original review, this app is not worth my time. Since my original review I’ve barely made over $2. I even spent a lot of money recently because of a huge family event, and this app hardly gave me anything back. I guess I’ll cash out my $2 and delete this app so I can spend my time on the others that actually reward me.

UPDATE: Pogo sent me a developer response with the claim, "The 'resolution' is being triggered by clicking on a recommended article[,] so it is not getting to a representative." Do you know how I know that is false? I received an email for each time that my follow-up support requests were merged and closed, and guess how that happened: the update was attached to a real person named "PJ" with "Pogo" in parentheses. I feel secondhand embarrassment for Pogo. Why is Pogo making up lies to cover up for poor customer service? Pogo cannot even own up to its mistakes. Beware Pogo when it comes to customer service. This is not only unprofessional but disrespectful! I cannot link my Walmart account to my Pogo account. When attempting to link my Walmart account, I am indefinitely left on a loading screen. I have tried waiting over fifteen (15) minutes to no avail. I contacted Pogo support about the issue, and each of my support requests keeps getting marked as solved with no responses. This is very unprofessional on Pogo's behalf. I do not understand why this issue is unaddressed. In the article "How do I link a retailer account," I was able to find three (3) other Pogo users who have experienced the same glitch as me. Pogo really needs to step it up. I do not understand its refusal to acknowledge such a fixable glitch.

Please fix the glitch. When I open the app lately it says "loading in your receipts, please don't exit app until complete". So I leave the app open all night long and still not done. Then I close it. No way it's doing anything effectively that takes all night! Must be a glitch. It seems like it's trying to open the previously glitchy weekly scan loyalty card e-receipts buttons. I was having a problem where multiple buttons were showing up each week and not disappearing by the next week so I had about 60 buttons to scroll past to see my progress on the weekly receipt bonus meter. Everything else works great with the app though. I might uninstall and then reinstall to see if that fixes it for me. I'll report back how that goes if I do. Very easy to get extra cash back on my linked card purchases plus the bonus for each receipt whether I used cash, a company card, or a linked card I already got some credit for. Payout for receipts is the same per receipt regardless of total charge but linked card bonus gives more for bigger totals.

Edit: I’ve changed the rating from 5 stars to 4 stars only because of the offers they provide as a secondary source of points. Everything in the original review below is still true, but if you want to get points faster, you have the option of doing certain tasks like surveys, downloading apps, etc. Pogo uses third parties to offer these secondary options and only some of the time do I actually receive any credit for them. Contacting the third parties directly is also a waste of time as they take a while to respond and aren’t very helpful anyway (I’m looking at you Revenue Universe). Overall, just link your card and you’ll slowly get points over time, but don’t waste any time on the other methods of accruing points besides maybe the surveys. Original Review: It’s super easy to link all of your cards/banks and every time you make an eligible purchase, the points appear in the app for you to claim some time that same or the next business day. 1000 points = $1, so how quickly you accrue points depends on how often you buy things. But overall, it’s exactly as described. Love it!

The app is great…when it works. It Will randomly log you out of the app& when you log back in you have to reconnect all your accounts again and then in the process of relinking, the app crashes. Also, it Will randomly unlink accounts or say there’s an error but yet you get your points for that linked account. Love getting points for everything..with a few minor exceptions. They’re tech support is pretty quick to respond but …their copy/paste response to what I assume are FAQs needs works as they don’t copy all of it and your left hanging with what the rest of the answer is. Their surveys are okay, some are way too long for some of the points you get. If you like games, you can get points for playing games as long as you access it first via their app & a new player. I do think it takes longer to build up points to to “cash” out compared to another scan receipt app I use but I think it’s because the other app offers big “bonus” points for certain products/stores. Fix the linking issues and constantly logging out and it will be 5 stars.

I love this app! I have searched for apps where I have to do minimum to earn rewards and this is by far the only one I’ve seen out there. It is basically a set-it-and-forget-it app. You earn rewards just by keeping your GPS on and completing regular everyday transactions with your connected card(s). It’s automatic. There is no need to go through the app to use your card at a retailer or submit receipts to earn rewards like other apps require. You can even earn more points for completing surveys that have high point value! Best part is you can cash out points to Paypal or Venmo instantly! The only thing that I have to check periodically is my linked retailers. This is just an extra way to earn weekly points and has to be manually re-synced every 7 days. Sometimes it un-syncs my retailers and I have to re-sync them but other than that everything is great & automatic!

I try to find help and no place on the app can I find help . It says I have snapped my receipt twice when I didn’t even do it one time yet I’ve had this problem two times now it won’t let me snap the receipt and put it and log it in. it says I already have done it when I never did just because of the store is the same as same store but different receipt and the other time it kept saying there was no store name when there was clearly a store name at the top of the receipt and so your app is kind of sucking for this not taking my receipt when I was trying to get to seven receipts and one week and it wouldn’t let me know twice now so fix this problem or i’ll just delete the app because it’s no good then for me if it’s saying, I’m lying when I’m not lying saying I put the receipt in already when I never did and so what’s the point of it if you were supposed to be a receipt collector scanner and you can’t even do that what’s the point? And he keeps telling me to update it when I’ve updated it three times now and it keeps saying update the app so somethings wrong here.

I had several issues with this app. My main purchases weren't giving me credit and I had to keep sending stuff to customer service to fix it. They never credited me the correct amount and when I would ask them to explain how they got their figures, I would get a link to their rules etc. This happened several times. Apparently they couldn't be bothered to explain it. It could be a great app if it works correctly and you don't have to deal with their awful customer service. I decided recently to give the app another chance. Apparently when you delete your account, you have to message their customer service to request approval to reactivate it. I've sent 4 requests and not 1 single request has been acknowledged.

I get the surveys being the big earner. What baffles me is receipts vs. transactions with your linked accounts. You get more points from receipts then you do from transactions which seems to fly in the face of the point of the app. 10pnts for any receipt I scan, but only 8pnts for a $60 bill? Come on! Meanwhile it says linked receipts over $10 get you 20pnts, but I have yet to get more then 10pnts for any receipt scanned. Perhaps most frustrating, I cannot link Cash App even though it uses Plaid because there is no manual linking option. Cash App doesn't have log in information with the bank it uses as I understand, but you CAN link to Plaid manually with your routing information. The option is not available at all through Plaid in Pogo however. Enough of my spending is through Cash App to make this have a HUGE impact on my earning through Pogo. I'd also really like if a future update would allow cash out to Cash App.

I’ve used this app on and off again for the last year and up until this last month it’s been great. I’ve cashed out to PayPal about 15-20 times, always instant, always non issue. However, I recently encountered a hold on my “instant” PayPal withdraw attempt, for “security reasons.” 3 days later pogo didn’t complete my requested PayPal cash-out, instead they put my points back in my balance. Again, I try to cash out to PayPal and get the same exact 3 day hold due to security reasons. I decided to delete the app and download again, and conveniently now am unable to sign in because it requires the phone # I verified to my account, only when I try to sign in with said verified phone #, the app tells me they “don’t accept voip or landline” neither of which my phone # is. I added and verified my phone # to my account when I signed up and it has not changed but even though Pogo verified and allowed me to add it to my account they’re now denying that they can accept it to sign in?? Sent TWO customer service requests, NO response.

As soon as I started signing up, the app asked for my banking PASSWORDS - yes, actual banking passwords - the same info you would sign into your own online banking with. NO!!! That should be a huge RED FLAG to anyone thinking about using this app. You don’t need my passwords to connect to my bank account!!! If I were to do that, it would allow for the app developers (and anyone else) to access my personal banking account, using my information to steal every cent I have. Asking for a debit card number to link is bad enough - but is what this app SHOULD ask for instead of asking for PRIVATE passwords. At least with linking a debit card I can report unauthorized activity if anyone did try to steal my money (a debit card is ALL this app needs to ask for). I have signed up for other shopping rewards similar to this app and NEVER - NEVER - NEVER have I been asked to enter my PASSWORDS to my online banking account. Maybe others have successfully used this app, but for the reasons above, I will not be taking any chances.

The app was great and everything was going well, I’ve had it for a while. BUT recently the app, out of nowhere for seemingly no reason, logged me out. I have changed my phone number since I’ve had the app and it won’t allow me to log in with the new one to my old account, despite having the same email. I don’t have access to the original number. I thought I had changed my number for my account but I guess it didn’t save. For some stupid reason, there doesn’t seem to be any way to contact any kind of customer support outside of the app. The points have a time limit before they disappear, but it’s weird because I’m still getting notifications for when I earn points, although I can’t claim them. I can’t even delete the account if I wanted to because I can’t log in. My bank info is linked to that account and I don’t know any way to disconnect it or delete the account. I’d love to have access again and keep using the app but this is hard to overlook.

I like the idea of being able to connect my cards/accounts and it automatically giving me points for my data. It’s a good switch from manually scanning receipts. However, a lot of apps allow you to connect your accounts nowadays. Something new about this app is that you can turn on location tracking to receive location rewards for their partners as well as taking surveys. These are the ones that give you the most points, otherwise you’re only getting fractions of a penny or two for each transaction. Whereas you get 70 points or 7 cents per location reward. I like the concept and the interface is great. It’s always a good thing to have things automated to improve your quality of life. I’m looking to see what other improvements they can make, so I can change my review to 5 stars.

I absolutely love this app! I’ve made over $34 now and I have had this app for about 3 months. It may not seem like much to some people but I look at as the fact of I would have gotten nothing back if I didn’t have this app. I love that they are allowing people to scan receipts now as well so that quick and easy. I’ve gotten a few new people to start using this app recently and they love it as well! Only thing I wish for the app is that they add a timer for when to scan online receipts since we get points for scanning after 7 days instead of have to look at the dates. And I love how they do the points to cash ratio- 50 points is $0.05 for example. So the points are much easier than other apps of figuring out how much you with get per receipts.

I once thought about something like this before, but I wouldn’t have known that it was already invented. My younger sister had mentioned to me one day. When she saw me photo taking a bunch of receipts onto my fetch app. She said… “ You know…There’s an app that you don’t even have to waste your time doing that.” Then she explained this app to me. I was sooooo blown away …??😮. I enjoy this app so much and I don’t have to save my receipts or take photos anymore. Only unless I still want to get points for my fetch app. I shall see how good the downloads of these rewards go through for this app. Since I just started earning points for this app and haven’t tried a rewards card yet. But so far so good that I see for now. I’m sure it’s going to turn out 😊 Great!

I was told to reach out to management, explained that I tried to submit multiple tickets, and they manually added points and made it right. I’ll start checking after the first checkpoint from now on so I don’t get invested in a game that isn’t paying out bc I know manually adding them is a hassle. Original Review (1 star) I reviewed this once already but I guess they took it down. They say they will pay you all of this money to play games, but it is a lie. It stops tracking your progress after a certain point so they can get money off of the ad revenue without having to pay you the pittance they promise you for it. I have submitted DOZENS OF SUPPORT TICKETS for the games I’ve had this problem with, which they continue to IGNORE.

As a stay at home mom and someone who has always been big on saving money this app has been a game changer! There’s no need to scan receipts like other apps and takes minutes, however scanning receipts give you more points. I’ve only been using it for a few months and already cashed out $7. I don’t use the app daily but any amount cash back is better than none. I recommend this app to family, friends and neighbors as it’s easy, non time consuming, and is definitely rewarding for how little time you spend using the app. Thank you Pogo for making a cash back app that does take over an hour to get cash back on a single shopping trip!

I have just received my first $5 payout, which was nice, though it took longer than other apps I use. However, I am not receiving the points I have earned on Wizard of Oz Slots. I noticed that the game app does not show in the ‘Background Apps Refresh’ list on my IPad - maybe that has something to do with it? So far no reply to two messages. Will update if this is sorted out. Update: Received points this morning. Thank you! I like Wizard of Oz Slots and I’m hoping future points post as they should. I would try downloading the app though POGO again to refresh it to see if that solves the problem but it’s no longer offered (at least at this time). 5 stars!

I have to say so far i am liking the app, but there is a couple of issues. 1 the accessibility. The accessibility is almost perfect, but when you want feedback on something the submit button is not there to submit your feedback! Also, it is doable to find the support and help button it would be a little bit easier when you double tap on support help it goes straight to it! 2 I wish the digital receipts would come a little bit faster. For example, I paid my phone bill back on Tuesday, and the receipt did not come in till Friday. Also I did a survey when I first downloaded the app which I believe was on Sunday, and that did not come in till today! That is why I’m giving this app a three star rating for now. But I hope these issues can be fixed so I can change my rating

I don’t get why apps like these put a time limit restriction to games that can take months to get to certain higher levels. Like they expect us to play 24/7 so you can get your measly 2 cent. No one has that time. It’s not a relaxing app when they force a time restriction on all their games and why can’t they offer more variety of games; not the same 20 games other apps with similar mechanics to this one but with no restrictions. So once you start a game before you came across this app, you can’t play it anymore because “you’re not a new player”. It’s so stupid. And it’s always these cash grab games that completely forces players to pay up if they wanna move on. Not only do you have a month to get your max earnings, but you also have to make in game purchases if you wanna beat the level. The time restrictions is what really sets my mind that there are better apps out there for less stress.

Edit: Just cashed out at $3 and deleted the app. I had the app for about 2 months and made $3. Not worth it to me. But may be to you. Usually I’m a person that is like “but $3 bucks is more than I had 2 seconds ago..” and while that’s true.. I had to work super for it in the amount of 2 months when I can do the same thing on IBD for less time. Just not worth it to me. Original review: It’s a good app.. and yes you actually earn $$ but.. not a lot. You can scan literally ANY receipt and get points for it that will turn into money. In about 1 1/2 months, I’ve received 2,400+ points which equals out to $2.40 something. I’m cashing out at $3 and deleting the app because it’s not efficient enough for me. I need something more and also it is taking up space on my phone. But good luck to others!

I have had my Pogo Account for well over a year. All of a sudden I have problems with losing the survey I was working on. Today took the cake. I was doing a survey fo over 2000 coins. I was almost done and suddenly the screen went blank and my survey was gone!! WHY IS THERE NOT A CONTACT PHONE NUMBER OR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER OR EMAIL ON THE WEBSITE?? Why all of a sudden Pogo runs Ads for points?? I am really upset. I like the App so much and it's given me a chance to earn a little bit of money. Please someone tell me how to contact Pogo. Also I always had my Walmart account on the App for points and now when I sit and wait for downloading. It goes for 30 minutes and the just drops.

This app seems good and all, but its not worth the download. I downloaded this app last month and I have already noticed a couple of bugs. When I went to play some of the games they had to offer for points, the app redirected me to a webpage that was just blank. Their support told me to redownload the app which did not work at all. However, it’s been fixed. Also, I’ve downloaded an app on their “powerplay games” ,but it never said I downloaded it at all after playing it for an hour, even after I followed their instructions. I connected my email for a few hundred points which still hasn’t processed after 30 days. They constantly track you every single second of the day which drains a lot of my battery and they only give you 10 points in exchange per day. Earnings aren’t as good as other apps. Wouldn’t recommend downloading this app.

This app is wonderful because you can literally make money doing anything on a daily basis. The only little problem I’ve noticed with the is that I have a message saying it’s trying to upload receipts and not to close the app but I’ve left it open for hours and it never stops. besides that everything is legit, you can definitely make money it will be slow, but can definitely keep earning then you get gift cards or however, you wanna cash out with it thank you Pogo keep killing it and helping us citizens of the US make any extra money we can.

I recently downloaded the Pogo app. When I reached a little over 5000 points, I decided to try to cash out to my Venmo account. This was before I read comments that there was a problem with Venmo. However I was assuming that was fixed. I tried to message customer service two times since then which was October 12 and I have yet to hear anything back from customer service whether they checked into why I have not gotten my big five dollars. They asked me for my PayPal handle but I did not receive it in PayPal either. I am wondering if I’m going to be totally ignored and lose my reward. This was supposed to be easier than taking pictures of receipts but when I cash in my points for the gift cards I get them immediately.

I love the app I just wish you would get all the features working. I claim location rewards daily but the last time that it actually gave me the points for it was August 11 I get 3 to 4 location rewards a day that’s a lot of points that I’ve been cheated out of because I never credits to my account I have emails customer service multiple times and I’ve gotten credit for one or two I’ve sent screenshots of four location rewards that I claimed in one day the time that I got them, what location reward it was for showing the claiming of the points and showing the screen did the points were never awarded I never heard back from customer service. I really wish you would get this app fixed.

I have had this app for less than 6 months now and for me it’s the best thing. It’s very easy to earn points and the cash out system is instant and flawless! I have cumulated 33,039 ($33) total by far and plan to continue using. When you complete offer from games, surveys, or simple offers and follow the directions as stated you get exactly that many points. I think it is well worth it. You need a minimum of $3 to cash out but it’s easy to make. The only knit-pick I have is to please add more offers and app offers to your RevU. I absolutely love completing things through this section.

I am a single parent in my 50’s who is desperately struggling financially with the current financial system being so unstable, in my opinion and how incredibly high inflation is going up at a breaking rate yet salaries are still low or even at best. So to come across this App was truly such a blessing! It was recommended to me by a woman who has extensive knowledge of passive income and she recommended me to download it and I am so GRATEFUL I DID!!! You earn money by FAR so much faster here than ANY other in it’s gene . The ease of access and use amazed me! With me being older I am not that great at today’s technology so I was a bit nervous but I had ZERO issues and actually have found it fun to interact with! So it I have not bored you too much with my verbose post yet 🤦🏼‍♀️.. my point is that you.. my friends out there, DONT DELAY & do yourself a favor by getting this app now! I’m a first time user of this app and it’s pretty good. Love that it’s actually legit, that you get points from scanning receipts or taking surveys, or even linking shopping apps. However I scanned a receipt a week ago and now have another receipt from the same place I’d gotten the first one, but I got this one just today and it says it’s a duplicate and it isn’t. I’m kinda confused. Many of the surveys I’m not eligible for and I get kicked out of halfway through, so I’d just say for any first timers you kinda just gotta be patient (or just lie 😉). You can cash out at 5,000+ pts which is equivalent to $5. It’s not bad I’ve made $10 so far. But I need help figuring out this duplicated receipt 🧾 thing.

Update: i got my number switched but all my stuff reset, so now I have to reconnect everything… Its not the easiest receipt app to make decent money on but its still alright. 10 points for each, plus 75 points for location rewards plus if you do surveys and others offers (i personally only do them occasionally). The one problem I do have though is I get randomly signed out before I could switch over my phone number so Im thinking I lost my account (which I recently turned in my points for rewards so its not too big of a deal, but still kinda irritating that I might need to make a new account lol). I do wish it was easier to cash out though so im only giving 3/5 stars.

Ok I have had this app for a couple of months it’s been good until I download games to get points. I have had 3 of the games that give me all but the last level which of course is the most points. I don’t no if it a glitch in your system or what. It needs to be fixed. I have put in multiple tickets if not getting my reward for those 3 games and heard nothing so I give you 3 stars for not contacting me!!! If I hear something back a receive my missing points that I will change my stars until then it will stay and if you don’t contact me I will lower my score and delete your app. Because that is not right to promise points and not give them to you. I'm incredibly impressed with the Pogo app! It's truly a game-changer in how I manage my finances while getting rewarded. The feature where Pogo pulls charges directly from my bank accounts and awards me points is fantastic. As someone with ADHD, I sometimes forget to scan my receipts, but Pogo ensures I still get the points I deserve, which is so thoughtful and efficient. Additionally, Pogo has motivated me to scan my receipts, adding an enjoyable aspect to my routine. For anyone seeking a reliable and rewarding cashback app, I highly recommend Pogo. I’ve been using this app for a few weeks now, you can gain lots of points through surveys, games and scanning receipts, I have already been able to rack up a bit of points, but when it comes to there customer service it’s not very great, they take ages to respond and generally aren’t that helpfully, typically there answer is “sorry nothing we can do”. Also I’ve had a lot of issues with the arcade where you can play games to get points, a lot of the times it never works and I never receive the points. Other then that, when of the better receipts apps out there.

As you get Close to cash out this app stop letting you get the correct amount of coins then we Have to look At Thousands of Videos. Then when you get to like $20 that’s When it Stop Given To Cash Out the Developer Won’t Correct this or Pay out. I’ve been trying since May 2024 and now it’s September and still can’t cash out. Because you Must Look at 20 Videos for a Penny and sometimes it don’t give anything so. That’s that. Just Play has been the only True Game that Don’t lie to get us to try and I’ll say. This. Try this you’ll be upset

I have been using Pogo for a few months now. And I have no complaints. I have already cash out and made over $100. This app is awesome. I especially love how you can get points without even going in a store. And do the surveys on here is awesome too. Making money both ways is good. It helps me with bills this way. You can used Vermo or PayPal to cash out. So it legit. It’s worth getting. I have my husband on pogo now. He was shocked to see how much money he made from all his purchases. He made $300 in few days of just downloaded this app.

As mentioned earlier if it did published on review but had to re-clarify with our situation that it ain’t letting us log in to our accounts so we earn more with our claims which it doesn’t go up from 769 points which is $0.77 it ain’t fair to everyone we keep claiming but we ain’t earning as advertised are just scams with so much apps on App Store that don’t even function as it should is a bummer to everyone so unfair waste of time also energy we keep spending but we ain’t getting rewarded as should as advertised so please fix issues of app so we can actually claim points so it goes up as we actually earning so we can cash out to our PayPal or even bank account, thank you very much many issues in app that has to be updated

I just cashed out to my PayPal and I was impressed that my $5.40 was sent to my account in lease than a minute! The only complaint is that the receipt uploads and cash backs are only a few points like 2-6 or something. So unless you do a ton of surveys it’s gonna take a while (took me 3 months to make $5 by just uploading receipts and earning cash back) to earn the minimum payout. I don’t really like doing too many surveys but I’ll see how long it will take me to earn another $5 if I do more surveys and then I’ll probably delete the app cuz I have other money making apps that are quicker to earn.

Pogo is a pretty cool app that tracks purchases so you can earn points from the purchases you make. On the other hand, it takes a while for these points to accumulate to anything worthwhile. I have had the app for just about 3-4 months now and I haven't even accumulated 1,000 points yet, which only accumulates to $1 in real money.. The worst part about Pogo is after a little while, Pogo requires you to take short surveys before you can collect the points you have rightfully earned from shopping. May not sound too bad but these short surveys require very intimate information about your household, demographics, and lifestyle choices - which makes me uncomfortable. For that reason, I do not recommend Pogo.

I have been using pogo for about 3 months and would like to warn users regarding taking surveys especially bitlab surveys. There is a 60% chance that you will have wasted your time taking the survey and you will not be awarded points . The survey will kick you out in the middle or the very end. Do not bother contacting either bitlabs or pogo as they will not help you. They claim it is a technical issue on their end and can’t be helped. Pogo will not award points even after you email them with screenshots of the surveys that were attempted and not awarded points and quite frankly they will become annoyed if you ask for help. Also I linked my banking and almost immediately my account was hacked so for the love of god DO NOT LINK YOUR BANKING INFORMATION WITH THIS APP .

I read through reviews and found that the critical reviews stand true. I’ve only had the app a few days which is all I needed. Because it’s a new app to me I am extremely hesitant about linking many of my accounts. I tried to link just a few. My target account was successfully added. Yet when I did three more it claimed to be successful yet it showed an error and needed to be fixed. I tried three times with just one of those accounts and still showed error needs to be fixed. I’m sorry but it appears that all the critical reviews that state that they can’t get linked accounts to work, are true to the fact. If the app creators don’t listen to the people that have issues they will never be as successful as other apps I use. I also tried to get company to not sell my information. After clicking submit it never did anything, like a pop up saying request was successfully submitted. So I deleted my account information with hopes that I will never be bothered by them or whoever gets my information from them (even though I sign a do not sell). DON’T DOWNLOAD THIS APP BECAUSE OF ONGOING ISSUES THEY WON’T ADMIT TO HAVING!

If you do NOT value your privacy this app is for you. If you attempt to protect yourself they prevent you/us from earning max rewards. We are FORCED to link your bank and credit cards, FORCED to give permission for our data to be used for advertising on other sites (without residual income for the advertisements being ran), and if you want do NOT want to link your cards, but use receipts then again you are FORCED to turn on data dividends or you cannot not earn anything. They say along the lines of: we do not earn if you do not earn (paraphrasing). So if you do not agree with data dividends (where we allow them to take our personal information and sell it) then no money for you/us. Me ranting this is NOT what they outright say! (However we will still access all your information that is allowed as we pay off Apple to give us information so we can still sell it and make money off you without having to share it with you). App creators if you reply make sure you also send me a email or I’ll not see it. I do not waste time coming back to hoping to see a response. As you have my email I thank you.

I opened my app one morning logged into someone else’s account and I was able to see the bank they were linked up to, all their purchases. And their e-mail and phone number. I logged out of their account tried to log back into mine and it said I had the wrong password. I reset my password which went to my correct email and when I did at first they told me I needed a different password because the one I entered was found in a DATA BREACH. I then reset my password linked up to my email to something else and went to log back into the app. After successfully changing my password it still said I had the wrong password when trying to log back in.... still no idea how to get Into my account snd make sure all my bank data is DELETED.

This app is pretty cool every purchase you get points I do wish the point where based on the size of purchase meaning if you buy 34 $ worth of stuff then maybe 10 or 15 points is better. It will take almost no time to be able to stack up points but still like the app I do hope as the company gets bigger that points go up We thanks you all for your time in creating the app. Now let help them improve the app

I’ve been using this app for a few months now. I connected my debit card and started gaining points on every purchase I was making.. until I realized about a month ago you can gain points from playing games. Within the past month just from playing the games they have available during my free time, I’ve received over 50$. I highly recommend this app if you’re into games and want to make some extra money doing it. This app is legit and I’m glad I came across it.

I started using this app about a year ago. I stopped for a few months & now that I’m using it again I definitely don’t recommend with this new update. I have to continuously email support about missing points, this new survey page they have Bitlabs is usually the surveys I don’t get my points for. I say here for an hour & all the surveys I tried to do would say I’m not qualified so I only get 7 points which doesn’t even add up to 7 cents. I use to have no problem with this app & now it’s nothing but problems & make it impossible to even reach $3 to cashout! My location is enabled & I still don’t get my points for that, which I use to everytime I would pass sprouts right up the street from me. I would not recommend at all!

Spent so much time on the arcade games for points even spent money on some of them and they don’t give you points. The first time it happened they manually gave me the points but when it happened the second time they basically told me oh well so don’t waste your time on the games for points! I even made sure that the games I downloaded had “allow tracking” turned on but that still did not work. In my opinion they are false leading you into spending money on their games so that you can reach levels by the deadline but then they don’t pay out the points. I was supposed to get $50 (50,000 points) on the merge dragons game and made the level by deadline but they refuse to pay out points, total scam

I have used this app for about 5 months. Because I bank locally, Plaid doesn’t connect with my card which makes me lose oodles of points. I shop Walmart weekly but the app keeps telling me that my credentials don’t work. It worked a couple of times and suddenly quit. I disconnected and reconnected, then changed my password but still will not connect so again losing oodles of points. I can scan receipts, link a couple of credit cards and connect a few websites but most stores are not in my area. Way too much effort for such a small amount of savings. Deleting my app for others that are designed for use everywhere and not just for metropolis and urban areas.
