You can tell that this app is made as a function to use tickets only. They don't want you to use tickets since it’s lost revenue and this app shows it. Two thing would make this app more user friendly: 1) Addresses to the businesses in the app 2) Map showing all businesses so I can tell if I’m nearby
Pogo Pass has a lot of places my family was already frequently visiting and paying full price. In most cases, if you use it twice then it’s already paid for itself. Great selection of family entertainment like the zoo, museum or aquarium or a night out with friends at a basketball game. Excited to take my 4 year old to the zoo this weekend!
I heard about the pogo pass and thought it sounded like a great deal I purchased one for myself and one for my son. As instructed, I downloaded the app to manage our events. App doesn’t work at all. Instruction say to go through the events section to set your reservations/ get your ticket etc. when you go to the events tab it is blank. You can’t use the app for anything except to scan you pass, for the events that you can’t schedule 😔.
Why not include a menu of local venues that accept the passes? I suppose it's a nice handy feature to have your passes available to scan but this App literally does nothing else. I was hoping to use the app to scout fun things to do without having to go to the website.
We've lived in San Antonio for a decade and have a limited experienced of everything there is in the city on our six member family budget. Pogo Pass has allowed my family and I to experience the true beauty and wonder of San Antonio with a cost that is affordable.
I’ve been a pass holder for a few years now. We love this more than old school passes. I give login to my parents so they can take their grand kids out. It’s awesome.
Love the pogo pass and the app makes it super easy to use!! Just follow the instructions in your email then open the app at least venue to scan your pass.
We love our pogo passes! We have a family of 6 and love the family time we get with it! Plus if you go to at least a couple things on there it pays for itself!! Well worth the money😍
After updating my iPhone last week I have not been able to use the app!!! Horrible! Spoke with customer service and they could only tell me to login online- which worked fine to use my passes, but renders the app useless!!! PLEASE FIX and I’ll consider purchasing in the future, the convenience of the app would make me want to continue my business with you!
This was my first time purchasing this pass. I downloaded the app and it won’t work with my iPhone X. Support said to wait a couple days because they are putting out a new app that can support newer IOS phones. It’s been more than a couple days. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app each day with no luck. It won’t even open.
The app has been fine for the past couple of years. All of a sudden, it won’t even open. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it again more than once. It STILL doesn’t work. Did all the programmers quit? I wrote this review several months ago and NOTHING has changed. The app has been uninstalled and reinstalled a million times.
Logging into the app is the only way to obtain the pass that's needed to go to said events. Can't log in due to their poor app meaning you can't go to the events which is the whole purpose of paying $100-$400?!
The app has never worked since I downloaded it. It won’t open at all. Crashes immediately. It really takes the convenience out of using the passes. Not impressed.
I’ve got an iPhone XS Max. I got this app after the most recent iPhone update. The app won’t even load on my phone. It pulls up for 1/2 a second and then closes immediately. The app definitely needs an update.
I’ve downloaded the app three different times. Restarted my phone. Closed out all other apps. Every time I try to open pogo it goes to a black screen and automatically closes out the app.
Before my iPhone X updated, it worked fine. Now, nothing. They should’ve at least emailed passes with barcodes so we wouldn’t have to rely on an app. Embarrassing to stand there and not have the passes work.
You can’t even enter the email or login information to access the account on the app any longer. Completely useless and willl not be renewing my subscription.
Used to work until update now won’t work! And when you access online can’t see the details about each place and restrictions for days and weekends etc...
I can no longer use this Ap. It cashes every time I attempt to open. Removed and reinstalled and didn’t help. Based on reviews it is a known issue that isn’t being fixed.
As if the program isn’t bad enough the first go around, they secretly auto renew you every year! What a corrupt, scandalous, fundraising situation here. I’m not happy with this at all.

Yeah there’s free tickets but the games/days are pre picked (and the only options are the amount of free tickets...so 4 free tickets, they tell you which 4 games and it’s one per pogo pass ).
It is so convenient having a pass for each member of my family on my phone. I can click on “view usage” to see what is available and whether I have visits available to the venue. I have a Pogo Pass for another city as well and it is easy to toggle between the different passes.
I am so thrilled with the purchase of my pogo passes. I love the diverse options it gives for family fun! It’s entertainment for people of all ages. We will continue to renew them, and this app makes it so easy to pull them up to use!
It never works when I need it to. I get to a venue open it up to a blank screen that simply states passes. Then I’m the idiot at the front of the line holding everyone up. When it does work it’s not very user-friendly. It’s hard to see what’s been used and what has not been used. There has to be something better than this. I’m going back to printing my passes the old fashion way! But at least it’s reliable
This app makes the Pogo Pass even better! In the palm of your hand you can access each pass and see the uses for each venue. Very user friendly. My family enjoys it very much.
It was a schlep to go hunt up our passes until now. You login and there they are all lined up. Nothing else to do. Please keep it that way. A tip is to view usage across your family of passes.
I do love that it is easily accessible. The connections have been the hardest part. I’ll open the app and instead of it letting me sign in, it would go straight to the passes list but have a blank screen.
In the past I have thoroughly enjoyed this app. Passes handy and always with us, usage easy to look at, venues listed under usage. Great app, does what we need.
Access your Pogo Pass straight through an app. You can log in and let venues scan your pass. Improved look and feel. Ability to refer friend and have offline passes so if there is not internet you can still pull up your passes.
