This my wife found for me, my 4th attempt I passed! I would recommend this to every student 100%! It’s the PSI test best practice without a doubt! Wish I would’ve had this in school I would’ve passed first time no joke! Wouldn’t have took me 4 times at all. This WILL PREP YOU I PROMISE! an I only had used it for less than 12 hours! An been outta barber school 2 years! I did also buy that pro deal or whatever it is. For a weeks worth knowing I only had less than 24 hours to study. I truly do appreciate this app.
Purchased broker real estate national exam and received Insurance exam questions
I’m surprised this app has a 4.7 review. So far it’s been nothing but a nightmare. I purchased the National Real Estate Brokers exam and received a confirmation for the exam. When I logged in the Insurance exam is unlocked but the Broker exam is locked. Of course I can’t find a phone number but I was able to write an email. At this point I just want my money refunded and to be done with the app. I can’t attest to the questions because I wasn’t able to view any. I even tried to purchase it again figuring I would receive a credit for the incorrect exam. Once again I received the wrong exam. The real estate sales person exam unlocked. I was in the broker exam when I tried to purchase it so something is definitely wrong. Hopefully if you download this app you will get the correct test. Poor customer service and unreliable is how I would describe the app.
The lack of effort while putting this together is most evident when every question has a hint button, but the hint just states the question it is not an actual hint it doesn’t help you learn how to answer the questions at all. It literally looks like they were just adding superficial features and put no effort into the effectiveness of this training tool. Also, why do I have to sidetracked my mind from studying to add in if I am confident, not confident or maybe confident. This has no real value and is way overpriced. I bought a journeyman prep course with practice test and it is just literally 500 questions. There’s no test and there’s no prep course. It’s literally just quizzes. That’s not what I paid for. I’m disgusted that some people are taking advantage of others trying to learn in this industry.
I wish I would have listened to my instructor from the beginning! She told me to get PSI and I bought Prep Agent. I was cramming for the Exam and It didn’t help me much. PSI is spot on and I love it. I have taken the State Exam 1 time and Failed both the Washington Test and the National. I am hoping I will be ready this time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This app is awesome however. In my school we don’t use Milady anymore is Pivot Point, with that been said I think needs an update. Other than those a few questions related to Miladyis a good studying tool.
Simply just get (queen of insurance) course , she only explains what you need to pass , and i used this app and it helped me a little bit when i was studying for the casualty and property exam , but the problem is you have study 700 questions and you’re only getting 150 questions when taking the exam ,so why would you waste too much time?
Don’t waste your money. Customer service is terrible. And good luck getting anywhere besides passed around by them. The test questions aren’t even actually correct??? Don’t mind the misspelled words?? Like who put this out and didn’t use spell check? Did the company Google all the answers and just accept the first one that pops up? Look for a more credited site that actually teaches you. This is not it.
Just by being studying for my Barbering Exam coming up soon, I feel like passing because this app makes me feel that way every time I use it. It’s so convenient and efficient way to study. Thank you PSI
i really love it! it’s helping me for my exam and i really love how there’s AI involved because it lets me ask my own follow up questions AND it comes up with its own follow up questions so i am able to learn a lot more!
Great app. I like how it explains answers and gives examples for equations. It also loops back to concepts missed so you can keep practicing. I just wish it had a function for individual state practice.
Would rate this zero stars if I could the test prep for barbering and cosmetology is a total scam they make you pay so much money only to receive lesser than half of the questions you get on the actual test your better off with flash cards and your pivot point or milady book psi test prep is a scam don’t fall for it I took the test in ca for anyone wondering
I took my test today this review has nothing to do with the test don’t practice on this will not help I even till them at the psi location, why do y’all promote this when it has nothing to do with it they said we been hearing that and that’s it. I need my money back!!! If y’all need to study barbers test I guess the book is best way go
The math answers are wrong and some other questions are wrong
I’ve completed almost all of the questions now and more than half of the math questions have the wrong answer it’s seriously concerning how no one has fixed this yet… some of the non math questions are wrong also very concerning
Bought this in hopes to help pass my text. After stuffing for 3 weeks I took the test to find out the test and the study guide are nothing a like. I called to ask if I got the wrong one and was informed by them that “the study guide isn’t meant to help you pass the test.” Please do not buy this
This app has no questions compared to the Cosmetology Written exam for State Boards. It didn't prepare at all. Instead, my score went lower than it was before, I failed the exam 3 times. This was a waste of my money, I don't recommend this at all, especially trying to get a cosmetology license
If I could give this app zero stars I would ! I used this app to study for my barber exam and I was pretty confident when it was time to take my actual exam due to be doing amazing on this app but no ! Only 2 questions on this app was on my exam . I suggest using another app and saving your money !!!!
Even though I did pass my PSI esthetics exam this app was of no help. I paid the crazy amount for this app thinking the questions would be from the test. They were not. You are better off purchasing the cheaper apps. This was a waste of money…
I have tried my best to call and even emailed the admin on this app several times. There’s simply no way to upgrade to take all of the exam questions. Customer service via telephone had no idea what I was talking about.
I go to get into this stupid app and I cannot move on to the next section after I master the first section and it’s locked and I have no way of unlocking it to purchase the rest of it this app is garbage
The questions are confusing and not always relevant , the app is EXTREMELY glitchy, nothing loads, and super expensive !!! We already have to pay to take the PSI exam, and you’re going to charge $50+ for a crappy app!?!?
Inconsistent answers, prompts, and terrible functionality Waste of $100 on study materials that will likely cause you to have a better chance of failure than if you didn’t study them at all
I have answered all these practice test questions with a 98% accuracy and I took the Real Estate Salesperson Exam multiple times. None of the material that was covered in this app will help you in the real exam. Don’t waste your time or money.
These questions/study guide have NOTHING to do w the actual exam. Maybe 5-10 questions; at best, are on the actual state exam. It will be a loss of $50 on your part buying this “study pack” - it’s absolutely USELESS.
I keep getting an error when trying to go into my session. My exam is in 2 days and spent the money on this app to get an error code saying, “Session creation failed, please try again.”
Many terribly worded questions & answers. Someone one should take and proof Read this other than whoever made it. Including Proper Spelling on test prep and actual Test questions.

Hi im giving exam from michigan state but how do i select the michigan state? Also i already tried 2 times at state exam but i always failed with 68.5mark🥹. But i didnt see any of the state questions in this psi app yet.
