I ordered several items from here and never before had so much than with fender liners. I have no inside liners on the front where you really need them, because on no hardware included in a factory box. No decent response through email and finally someone acted responsibly today where they sent me a complete replacement. But I go on vacation. It will be almost a month that I can’t go anywhere wet or sloppy because of so much uncovered areas of the engine compartment. They boast #1 customer service. I beg to disagree. I have been on the phone with three different people before today. I have sent numerous emails to them (most of them unanswered). You get put on hold and forced to listen to some god awful static music and a guy telling you how good they are. Each phone call I was listening to that for at least 10 minutes before a person responded. If this is service, and number one, God help us…
Love the app, have been using it for a few years now, however as of late I have not been able to login using Facebook while on the app. It would appear as if I can’t click on the continue with Facebook or Google icons and I can’t login with an email since it’s connect to the FB account and cant use a password to continue to my account. No issues on a computer however.
Pros: Maintains customer account login to see initial order history and wishlists. Easily able to add available items to wishlist. Cons: Homepage had problems displaying and opening links. Difficulty opening sub categories for shopping. Cannot open attached installation pdfs for products. Cannot open links for shipping details of purchased products. Essentially i have to use my web browser to accomplish any deficient action on this app.
This is a great app. I like being able to look through the catalog without having the physical book. Only negative is that there’s no filter button. If i click on front bumpers for example i would like to choose if i want to see stubby bumpers, mid for full width bumpers. But other than not being able to filter great app
I log in with the google option and am unable to select the option to login with google or Facebook. It’s as if it is just a picture and not a link. If I try to log in with my email and password it does not work. Would love to be able to use this app but so far have to use a web browser instead. Dev help would be appreciated.
The Chat icon at the top of the app - does not work. The Call icon at the top of the app - does not work. The 1-800 number at the bottom of the nav menu - does not work. Do they not want us to contact them? This app is broken.
They have clearly given up on supporting this app. Google login does not work. No update in 2 years. Why is it even available if you’re not going to fix it?
Helps a little. You scan the whole page (not just the item you like) and then you select the item on the page you want more info for. It does say more than the catalog but all text--no photos or videos. May improve in the future.
I didn't expect much from this app when I downloaded it but I continue to find out how truly helpful it is after every time I use it. Having the customer reviews close by while I browse and compare products is nice to have, especially when it comes to parts you want to trust on. This app will continue to get better with time.
App seems ok for shopping, no bugs after just a few days of use. Not sure why I would want to scan a page from the catalog if I have the catalog in front of me anyway. Maybe there's a convenience to it that I have not discovered yet.
I went from a LJ to a JK and now downsized to a compass. Had used Quadratec for the previous 2 but I guess nothing really carried for the MK. Use the app and enter my Jeep info, I get product I wouldn’t even think about putting on a MK like a plow. Seriously, if you give the option and act like you support it, do it. If not, just say so and let me move on.
What's the point of this app? Sure you can scan a catalogue but it's just as easy to put a part number into the website. If the app was actually built to help you shop the Quadratec site like the amazon site, that would be great. But right now it's just a frame for web access with no advanced shopping features. Think of all the money the marketing team spent on the app, promotion and print design. Sad.
I downloaded this app fully intending to use it to purchase all the accessories for my Jeep. I couldn’t use it without scanning my catalog, and the feature to scan my catalog didn’t work. So we went with a competitor. This company lost out on quite a bit of money by not having an operating application. Very disappointed.
App consistently crashes. Sometimes it will crash when scanning the page and it always crashes when trying to launch the website to get more information. Installed and uninstalled 10 minutes later. FWIW I’m running IOS 12.0.
I can't believe in this day of the internet, that someone would actually put out a piece of garbage like this app, as worthless as it is, if it at least worked properly I could deal with it. Hey why doesn't some idiot that works there try it out, you will quickly see what I'm talking about.
