Every Q imaginable and the best app
I’ve been a QVC shopper since I was a teen- my aunt was an avid CVN/QVC customer and I grew up in a home where “the Q” was often on as entertainment. We thought calling customer service to place orders was great. Now with this App and all the technology advancements we can enjoy the Q (and all the Q’s!) anywhere and all the time. I love being able to watch presentations and search products when I want and have time. My husband jokes that my delivery label just has my first name and county listed and the packages reach me since I’ve ordered tens of thousands of dollars worth of products over 25 years of shopping with the Q. I’ve seen the genesis of the Q and this app is one of the best out there. Hardly freezes, always new content, high production value. The app is easy, full of fabulous content from all brands of the Q (QVC OG, QVC 2, QVC 3, Beauty IQ), live presentations and archived shows, plus additional content. For a very busy person this app makes it super easy to get shopping done for holidays, birthdays, special occasions, even everyday needs like makeup, hair and body care, etc. Even food, entertaining and decorating needs! Special offers and easy returns are a game changer. How can you go wrong?

I have never written a review for an app before but feel compelled to do so now. The QVC app is horrible. Why in the world would a company that is in the business of making money$$$ make the pictures of the items they are selling so ridiculously small?! And good luck zooming in because the picture quality is garbage. Seriously QVC, what is the deal? I am an avid shopping. Much to my fiancé and pocketbook’s dismay. But I can barely see the dang things. And another issue is the video. Even with WiFi going, you got about a 50/50 shot of watching an uninterrupted demo video. I live for those videos. So I can see the items I can’t see from the photos. And then there are the color or option sections. Ok, so even though a particular color is sold out, I’d still like to know what it was. The way it is now, once it’s sold out, you can only know what option it was again by watching the video you have a prayer of seeing. I mean honestly, usually it’s a black page with the audio playing. You guys really, and I mean really need to get it together and make an app worthy of your level of customer service excellence. Because what you have right now is not. The only part that is easy and convenient is the checkout out part. Of course, because you are collecting our money lol!!! With all sincerity, this app is severely flawed and I really do hope you read these. I mean you have to be able to see the pieces for God’s sake!

Me, trying to GO OUT to shop....😩
I am disabled due to a car accident in 2001. To try going out shopping, eating out, taking kiddos to school or extra curricular activity is extremely difficult, for myself and whoever is helping me. Needless to s crazy! However, I found QVC one day as I was looking at the tv. I had heard about it because my Grandma had shopped for years & years. So I watched it for a bit, and by about the second hour, I had ordered my first Cooks Essentials!!! It was, I believe, a 10 piece set of cookware that I knew I would never be embarrassed again for guests to see the pot & pans I used to cook THEIR food!!!!! As I write this now, 16 years later and asked how MANY TIMES I have ordered, low - ball it at over 500 items!!!! I have shopped in almost every category. Every thing I buy wether it is for a birthday gift, a baby/bridal show, or for me, comes from QVC!!! The easiness, the quality, and the variety, is almost as important in my decision to invest in QVC!! The staff from host to online we shopping can not be anymore helpful in assisting me!! They all are WONDERFUL!!!! I will be here until I die!!!!!!!

I ordered Christmas items & did the 5 easy payments! I was excited because I got to order quite a bit & my first payment was only $140! I get on my account not even an hour later & I have 6 separate charges from QVC! They denied my 5 easy payments & charged me full price without my permission or notifying me! I am so upset! It’s over $700! I have called 3 times & they told me that it could take up to a week to receive my money back! When I asked why they took money out of my account without my permission they said I authorized but I would NEVER do that! They literally drained almost every penny out of my account! I said to cancel all my orders & they said one of them can’t be canceled because it was going to be shipped! I just ordered it a few hours ago so why can’t I cancel it? That was all my Christmas money & there is only one week until Christmas! I usually don’t do reviews but I don’t want anyone else to get scammed like I did! I was in tears on the phone & for them to tell me it will take a week to get my money back isn’t okay! Anytime I’ve cancelled a order I get a refund immediately! Oh, & one of the things I did qualify for said it would be here by the 22nd! When I checked it online after I ordered it said back ordered! Please do your research before giving them your account information!

I Love QVC
QVC has become like a second home to me. I started watching at first because nothing on television really appealed to me anymore. TV had gotten distasteful, violent or just plain moronic. I stumbled on QVC. and found it to be pleasant, uplifting and fun! At first I was afraid to buy something without actually feeling it or trying it on, but I took a leap of faith and never looked back. That is because the Customer Care Representatives and the return policy that QVC offers is second to none. Never, ever have I spoken to a representative who was rude or disagreeable or impatient. I trust QVC and even if I’m not looking to buy something, I have it on in the background when I’m cooking, or put it on when I come home after being out. The hosts are warm and friendly and know how to present an item in a delicate way with no fast talking pitch. I have spent a lot of money buying things we love to have or gift to family and friends and I very rarely have any regrets. But if I do, I have no fears, as I said, returning an item is easy and painless. I hope QVC will be around for a long, long time.

Dissatisfied customer
Ordered MacBook with accessories and the laptop was missing from the box and the box was re-packaged when it arrived I called and Was told to call back the next day because their system was down For processing replacements. I called back the next day Lady was rude and told me I had to ship the accessories back in order to have the entire order replaced that was no problem I shipped the items back and attempted to check my account and was locked out I called they told me they would send me a password reset link I never received it then I received a letter in the mail stating my account was closed due to advising me of certain changes I need to make in order to prevent the closure of my account and the changes were not implemented so I called to ask what that was about and was told that since my item that was missing was of high value I was flagged as a financial risk in my account was closed and I was told the $300 for my initial payment would be refunded to my closed card after being told they would ship me a new laptop so now I’m waiting to see if the $300 is refunded and receive a hit on my credit. And I still don’t have a laptop that I’ve been waiting for because I take classes online and my previous laptop is having issues.

Let me just tell you that I have ordered from QVC for years. Most of my jewelry I bought from QVC and I have no complaints at all and when I tell you I absolutely love QVC, I honestly love them. Back then my last name was Carter and now I’m married with a wonderful husband and we watch the show together or I’ll watch the show and call him into the room and show him what they are featuring. It just so happened that one day they featured the property brothers and they’re sheets and when I tell you that those are the best sheets you could sleep on, and my husband will buy me things that I need for the house and with the sheets he ordered four sets and we absolutely love them. Nowadays I have to be careful because back then I had an addiction to QVC I had to ween myself off of it for a while. Nonetheless QVC is the best way to go for good quality in whatever you purchase. Do not buy from this company.
This company is literally here to borrow your money for a few days. I made an order twice and the lady said I didn’t put my email so they canceled and made me wait over 5 business days to receive my funds which is funny cause i received confirmation on the email I absolutely did supply. Now the second time I ordered, I made an account and everything with them so they couldn’t use the same excuse and they still canceled the order, went so far as to delete my account without refunding me. When I tried to get in I had to make a new account with the email I already used which I didn’t cause what company does that without returning your money. Its like a scam with these people. It’s always an issue trying to get your funds back and the representatives are horrible. They’ll say they sent a note to your bank so they can drop the processed charged and they dont. Contacted my bank and all and verified they didn’t send anything.. beware if you order you won’t receive your items and you may have to deal with back to back calls to they’re customer service just to get back and on top of that you have to wait possible 7-10 business days just to get get your funds back. Horrible company.

Terrible now
What used to be a great app with a high ease of use is horrible now. I've spent half the day trying to pull up a product and watch the video. Video goes black even though they are still talking. You can't expand to full size screen viewing on your device for the video as it will go black and freeze up. (And yes I have full signal) Search freezes. When you finally get it to come up and try to click on the item, it's like it's a dead screen. I've been using this app for years and I can honestly say that usability gets worse with each update, at least the last few. Not to mention phone ordering has issues more often than it should recently. Maybe the technology competency needs re-evaluated. When you go through a few times of not being able to get the app to work and not get a call in, you start moving to the competitor.

Lack of information and I’m left wondering after purchases!
Ordered a few items for the first time ever on the easy payments method. Arrival date for shipped items are non existent. All of the items I have ordered aren’t showing up in my recent orders! They don’t break down your payments so you can view what is owed monthly per item, all you see it a grand total. No email that items have shipped. There is an estimated shipping date on my unshipped items but nothing on my shipped items. Am I supposed to sit home all day everyday and wait so no one steals things off my porch because of no delivery date on shipped items?? This is a disaster!!! I’m a super online shopper and this has me all stressed in every way possible. Very unorganized! When checking out, it didn’t even tell me what they charged me. Just a grand total for all items. The no break down of payment amount is so dumb!! We want all the info on all of our items! I’m left in the dark here and why aren’t my items in purchase history?? Just 2 items are showing. Still no sound!
Come on QVC! Every since I installed this app I have had no sound on videos. I have deleted, reinstalled and deleted again and again. Even with updates, the sound never works! This is a buggy badly put together app and QVC (as with other major companies) should be ashamed for these low end apps they continue to put out and refuse to truly fix. Have you figured out how much revenue you are loosing out on? Or, do you make so much money, it just doesn’t matter as long as you have some sort (crappy) of digital presence!! I don’t want to open my QVC app only to have to go to the web version to listen to a video! And, what kind of low security do you have to have that I have to sign-in with every action I want take! I signed-in at the start, unless my login time has expired ( which it shouldn’t after 1 or 2 minutes ) why do I have to sign-in to purchase, to check my order status, to check my account etc???? Instead of saving money and fixing ( or not fixing ) issues as they come up, how about trying to really invest in your company and higher some true tech professionals and make an app that works!!!!!

Ordering everything in one order! Crazy shipping!
I took time, lots of time! To go back-and-forth to order six crazy expensive items, Vionic, Earth Origin, And a robe for $40 so two pairs of ionic slippers, three pairs of Earth origins clogs, total of order was $300 which included shipping on each individual product of $5 or more each! Prior to that I ordered a pair of boots with the six dollar shipping charge, I called back and asked if I placed an order with multiple items with the shipping charge be just one higher price or higher individual prices or what? She said well ordering all in one order would be one shipping price but might be a little bit higher so that’s what I did however I paid a total of $30 or $35 shipping on this order! Plus the six dollars on the previous sorry! This is totally unacceptable! My first time on QVC probably will be my last period now so if these are Christmas gifts she told me there would be free returns on Christmas gifts if they didn’t like them. We will see how that happens. I am totally frustrated! I could’ve bought another whole item for that amount of money. I understand shipping charges $35? NO!

App is unreliable
I LOVE QVC, but the app for IPhones—not so much. It’s slow, doesn’t always load the “front page” where the on air video is, etc. I wasted s half he today trying to order an item that had been on air about 10 min prior, but I had missed the item #. Went to the app to find the item and couldn’t even get the “front page” on the app. The app “dropped” my login, but then popped up with my account info. ?? I ended up having to call QVC (which is what I was trying to avoid as I needed to do more research on the item first) just to get the item number. This is fairly common for me to have problems with the QVC app—not very easy to use. If you want folks to use the app vs callers, someone needs to step up the app performance. It’s costing you sales—sometimes it’s so frustrating I just quit.

A joke!
This app is horrible. One of the worst ever! Most categories you click on only give you the first couple dozen results; and when you change the filtering, it’ll either do the same thing or give you no results at all. It also often gives no results when you click on any of the links to a category. It’s just awful, and there’s no work around this issue except to open up a browser and go that route. But that’s a nightmare in and of itself because if you’re looking down a list of items, each time you click on an item and go back, it sends you back to the top of the results. I guess they’re as awful at web designing as they are in business, especially in sending out items in a timely manner, or in doing exchanges or giving refunds, even though “mail order” is ALL the company does. Don’t bother, folks. With QVC at all. They’re insanely overpriced on proprietary brands, and they sell a whole lot of garbage polyester clothes for ridiculous prices, despite it being the cheapest fabric on the planet. And the most polluting.

I’m a QVCer
I’ve been shopping w Q for many years now. I’ve ordered mostly clothing and jewelry but it seems I’ve tried one of everything. I just can’t stop watching. I tell myself to avoid watching so I stop spending and then I’ll sneak a peek of the TSV online and BAM, it’s always something I HAVE to have!! 😆 How do they do this??? A great example is today.... I did a sneak peak on tv and there is Susan Graver w a perfect fall coat as the TSV. BAM... I HAD to have one!! It’s a vicious cycle, but I love it!! If I could change one thing it would be: when ordering more than one item, it would be great if they came in the same box w one shipping fee. You’ll do this for exact multiples but not for different multiple items. So if I order a coat, earrings & shoes at the same time, they’ll come in 3 diff boxes w 3 shipping charges! Boo!

Frustrated Shopper
I have enjoyed shopping at QVC for years and was thrilled with the iPhone app experience until recently. When you cannot receive accurate vital information, shopping becomes a real hassle! Lately I have witnessed incorrect measurements on garment specifications causing me to miss out on items due to them being sold out by the time I am able to send back for an exchange. There are also issues with the wishlist not stating whether an item is truly available making it impossible to even place a waitlist order. It is also not possible to see details or garment measurements when clicking on a wishlist item which results in having to search for the item to find this information. I don’t know what has happened, but I am disappointed and these changes are causing unnecessary hassle that has me inclined to no longer bother shopping with QVC. Please value your loyal customers enough to make shopping on the app more pleasant and less troublesome!

app is crashing daily
I’ve shopped for 4+ years without problems on the qvc app. But the last few weeks it keeps crashing with in minutes of being in it. I use my phone app. It has caused me to not buy items I would have liked to as I try to get back in, go back to find item, crash again. Then I just get frustrated. I think this is causing you to lose purchases. I know it has caused me to not go on the app & see what’s on sale. I have checked to see if it is fixed but again today (6/8/23) it’s not fixed :( Hopefully it will be soon. I like to use QVC -quality prices & products, and being disabled I use it for Cmas. Hope able to this year.

Unable To Sign In
I used to love this app and still would IF I could sign in. I used to be able to sign in and now when I put my information and password in, the sign in icon is not red, it is shaded grey and I’m unable to log in. (I am able to log in on the website on my phone using Safari.) I called QVC last week to report this. The customer care rep was awesome and patient however after doing everything he suggested I still cannot log in. First I reset my password and no luck. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and no luck. I reset my password again and no luck although when he went to the app he was able to log in there. I deleted the app again and left it off until just now. I saw there had been an update so I tried again and still no luck. I’m writing this review in the hopes that I’ll be able to use this app again in the future. Using an iPhone 6, IOS 12 and all other apps work fine. Thank You

Welp, I see several of your customers have the same exact problem, as I do. This app continuously crashes EVERY time I log on. I cannot watch any videos w/o crashing or going black. I cannot scroll thru any search lists w/o it crashing. Won’t pull up garment measurements. The list goes on and on. What happened to this always perfect app? SERIOUSLY, QVC IGNORING their biggest paying customers, as usual. I’ve been spending thousands of dollars every year at QVC, for over 23+ years. Ever since you’ve sold company EVERY AREA of QVC has gone down the gutter. QVC IS LACKING in EVERY AREA… From QUALITY of products, to QUALITY CONTROL, to CUSTOMER SERVICE, to RETURNS, to SHIPPING PROBLEMS and now lastly, to what WAS a perfect SHOPPING APP for years! Every aspect of your business is lacking! This tells me that you now have a CEO PROBLEM! Start at the TOP! The BUCK STOPS THERE! Your top management needs an over haul! AND FAST! You even Fired Caroline Grace!!??? You fired Antoinette? CrAzY! Kept that ridiculous Shawn Hillinger that always screws up on air?!! You really don’t know your loyal customers! Well, with this last forced update in this app, you are definitely saving me and my credits cards, lotsa money! I should say thank you and Goodbye! Seems a peculiar way to run a business. I just wanted to say how much I love this QVC app! It used to take me so long to call and sometimes things would be gone before I could get my order placed. Not only that,but I can watch different presentations over and over rather quickly as well . I love how I can even see ,not only what is being presented at that time ,but I can also see what items have been on air in a quick glance! This is all with the touch of one app! I also have the HSN app and I can quickly jump from one to the other when looking for that perfect gift or sometimes I even find myself something that I wasn’t even looking for!! Thanks so much ,QVC ,for making our lives easier ❤️

Why not 5 stars
I have been watching qvc since you started. I am becoming less inclined to watch some of your shows because some of the new host seem to more concerned about themselves than the product they are demonstrating. Of the older hosts I am turning off David more and more. He seems to becoming phony. That happy dance seems to be about him and the happy dance t-shirt, are you kidding me. Dan and Rick do there job as a host and I appreciate their attitude. They demonstrate the product and it is not about themselves. Shawn is always good she has fun while interacting with the hosts and demonstrates the product always showing respect to the guest and not over talking them. It seems like everyone is trying to copy her, which is not working. Thank you for listening. I want qvc to be successful

Error window keeps coming up occasionally when I try to login to the app. Also, when I can login to check my orders, there’s no way of knowing whether it’s been shipped or if a return has been received. As of now, I’m not sure an order I placed last week was processed. Other orders since then have been processed. When I called customer service they wouldn’t or couldn’t check to see what the status was on either issue and just told me the site was down. Not sure whether I should re-order or not and hopefully when I can, it’ll still be in stock. Seems no one knows. In any event, it would be nice to know if my account has been credited from a return.

I have been shopping on this channel for ages, and I must admit that I yet have to find a more reliable and better channel than HSN. They are absolutely reliable, and what you see is exactly what you get when they tell you when your purchase shall be arriving at your door. Returns are easy and straight forward. I love and trust trust them so much that once I place my order and give them my credit card number, I have nothing more to worry about, because I know that my card number and everything else is in very good hand. God Bless you HSN . I wish that there were more networks like you. Thank you for all that you have done for me and continue to do for me. Love.

High S&H is a deterrent
Love QVC but the high S&H fees can and are a big deterrent for me. I can understand the high cost for large items but not for light and small items. Reminds me of another shopping network that I will not shop from any longer no matter what the item or how good the deal. I hate to say this but I am so frustrated when QVC uses the USPS to ship items. I NEVER get my items by the EDD. I wish they would not use them. Also, not a fan of the QVV app. Needs a lot of improvement. You can’t view your orders and simply go back, you have to start from the order button all over again. Lastly, I have been finding a lot of items cheaper on other websites which is unfortunate. Especially when you figure in the high shipping fees.

QVC is the best!
I’ve been a QVC customer for over 30 years and just think it’s the best! I’ve had very few problems over the years and the CS reps are the best in the business. Recently I had an item that I had purchased 4 months before and had only used one specific function and had no problem. Once I tried another function a defect became apparent. I called QVC to get the address and phone number of the company so I could contact them but the CS rep said it was eligible for return to QVC so I sent it back and received a replacement without any problem at all. I was not expecting QVC to replace it and they went above and beyond. I will always be a QVC customer.

Raised on QVC shopping
Since Day 1 of the early cable tv days in West Chester, PA, I have known I could count on QVC for a great gift idea for even the “hardest to shop for” people. I even spent my grad school years in the QVC customer orders center right in front of the stage and enjoyed watching the production from behind the scenes. I met lots of celebrities and pulled the “lucky number” balls onstage too. Though I moved away from my hometown in 1995 and the days of Kathy and Steve are long gone, (though Jane, Pat, Dan and Mary Beth aren’t!!) turning on QVC wherever I was living always made me feel like I was home with family. Thanks for always being there with great quality items and ditching the useless ones (ahem, Capodimonte!)

Love QVC!
I have made many , many purchases from QVC and I have never been disappointed with the items that I ordered. From a queen size bed to clothes, purses, hair and skin products I am confident that I am getting the best price and quality products offered anywhere. Yes, I even had to return an occasional item because I ordered the incorrect size. However, the return policy is fast and easy. Just place the item back in the shipping bag/ box and you are done ! If you haven’t shopped with QVC, I would suggest you give them a try. Plus, no interest on purchases. Pay in full or ez-pay makes large purchases even more affordable. Cynthia M.

Mostly user friendly except...
This app and the QVC website make it incredibly difficult to change addresses. I began on the website and was shuffled around a bit until I was directed to reset my password because my info didn't match my address. Okay.. jumped through the hoops. Then when I tried changing my address upon checkout to my current address, pages wouldn't load. I continued to download the app. Once I selected the item again, I began to have similar issues. In the end, I am 100% unable to change my billing address. I didn't feel able to use any of my credit cards since the address for those wouldn't match the billing address GVC was making me use. I ended up using PayPal to complete my order, hoping there isn't an issue due to the incorrect billing address. 30 minutes of my time wasted.

Not the QVC I remember
I had been with qvc 20 years until recently. Deleted account and could no longer tolerate the jibber jab from certain hosts. The nicknames some would call their Lori Goldstein she’d be Lor and all this love ya Lor . All about her (host) life and size she wears and what she ate bloated her so she had to size up from her 0 pant to a 2 or XS tops to xxs at times. Always about her weight and not to mention her ring always being adjusted when camera showed near her hand. Just too much “me me me” . Others are professional but not that one. (Amy!) I was there to buy product not hear about her full life and her size 0! Plus so many lies regarding products from many too many returns because products didn’t fit well nor made well. Won’t be back. QVC isn’t the QVC I once loved. Be more professional less talk about oneself and stop with the nicknames!

Used to be great
I used this app for years and I don’t know what’s happened to it. The other day I finally got so frustrated. I deleted it and reloaded it and I’m having the same problem. For the past six months I have to close it and reopen it. When I’m trying to watch a presentation of one of the items it just shut down. It will be a black screen or while I’m watching the presentation you can hear QVC live start playing over it. So you’re hearing the person talk on the presentation and then you’re hearing live what’s on the TV . I’ve tried to find places to give feedback but there aren’t any and even when you click the button for app help underneath the App Store it opens up a page on QVC that says Oops!

Unauthorized an order!!!!!!
Boy it sure makes my QVC issue a little easier. Sometimes the ap is just fair. It doesn’t always refresh to the tv screen. Thing is, for the 3 stars, I had something in my cart, didn’t confirm or finish the order. It ordered for me. I got on and the order I never made, it canceled. The ap and email said my card wasn’t charged, Four hours later I get a bank notification that said my card was charged. Then I got an email notification with a blank amount charged...while I fight with QVC tomorrow about an unauthorized charge, I’m dropping this to 2 stars. Unauthorized charges that I didn’t order aren’t cool.

This app is so cluttered. It’s hard to find your way around. I only tried it because the “ editing an item in order status” was not working when I would be on their website. It doesn’t work in the app either. I don’t like the pushiness of QVC within this app. It’s as if they can’t throw enough things at you. Not for me. I like a streamlined online experience and want to find what I’m looking for easily. I’m deleting this and going back to the website for my shopping. It would be nice if QVC would get this under control. I merely went in to revisit an item I had ordered from their website and it took me a while to even find it. Have some consideration for the customer and their ease of use. This is not supposed to be a review of QVC. I noticed another review that wasn’t reviewing the app but was reviewing QVC instead. This is my review of a terrible app.

Please update the app
I’ve been a Q customer for decades and shop solely through the app, but lately it has crashed every time that I use it. This means I have to start my shopping session all over which becomes frustrating. I often end up giving up and not making a purchase. I keep looking for updates, but there has not been any since 5/23 and that one didn’t fix the issues. What I’ve also noticed when I have to resort to going online to shop when the app isn’t functioning, is that there are additional items in the Lunchtime Specials that are online but not in the app. I feel I’ve been missing out as a result. When I do go online, I’m prompted to use the app, but doing so limits the specials I can see. Please update the app and ensure the same content that is shown online is also shown in the app.

Good app
You can definitely find a good sell on qvc whether it’s shoes, make up or holiday decorations. The fact that I can make payments on designer items makes it even better. I like that Qvc is always trying to improve their customer experience and for that I really hope someone reads my review. The app has crashed several times on my phone therefore I have to use my laptop if I want to leave a review. Sometimes the app has crashed at random. Please fix🙏🏼 I really enjoy shopping through Qvc so I hope someone reads this and fixes the bugs. Overall aside from the app crashing on my phone I really enjoy my online experience and plan to make more purchases in the future.

Apple TV App Needs Updated
UPDATE: Thank you for bringing back the pricing graphics to the Apple TV app. The Apple TV app needs some serious attention. They updated the streaming app a few months ago and changed the current item information graphic, which is different than the one that shows when you watch on TV. The item information doesn’t update in the blue box graphic, sometimes for hours, so you’re watching an item live that doesn’t match the graphic. Please bring back the original white graphic box you see when watching on regular TV.

Christmas Shopping!
In 2010 my leg was injured badly confining me to bed through the holidays 😱. That’s when I discovered QVC shopping (actually while hospitalized for a month)!We have a large family and many friends who celebrate Christmas Eve with us and I was able to do my shopping exclusively from my television! Food and all! How convenient that all of the items were delivered to our door already boxed 😃. So when the leg had to have another unexpected surgery the next Christmas season, (confining me again) I simply shopped the same way! I’ve been shopping QVC regularly since. You saved me QVC! Beware Bethlehem lights!!
I purchased many many Bethlehem lights because of the battery functions. Their claim of being commercial quality is dubious. The quality of what they’re selling on QVC is certainly not commercial! I purchased Garland, swags, wreaths and more they lasted one year. I also purchased many units of net lighting. You will notice it has not been on for a few years, interesting. I called QVC and they did try to help me with Bethlehem lights however, Bethlehem lights told me that the return time was over. Of course it was it was the following year for Christmas that I tried to use them!! These decorations were quite an investment as I’m sure you can imagine and the quality has not improved. So beware when purchasing. This company and commercial should not be used in the same sentence!! Very very disappointed no compensation from QVC or Bethlehem lights.

I Phone mobile app issues using the voice over feature
I love QVC and the mobile app is a convenient way to shop. However, there are some in accessible features using the voice over on the mobile app. One of the big features is when you are viewing an item, when you pull that item up off of the program guide, a video comes up but there is no audio. There is an option to unmute the audio, but that is not a labeled button that the voiceover is reading. When you look at the live TV section on the mobile app, you can play the video, and it comes up and plays automatically and there’s a button to mute it if you would like, but the same feature is not available when viewing. Also is an issue with the sign in feature.

My storyline
During our quarantine for three months we’ve started our house organization and tidying. It’s just me and my hubby purging lots of stuffs and we’ve decided to order new items from QVC for ourselves and for the house what a gr8 accomplishment that we’ve never done b4. Thnx QVC for showing us all the functionality of all your products and most of all the affordability of payments specially during the furloughed seasons caused by this COVID-19. Where else can you go to watch a full product presentation with A-Z explanations? No where, that’s where! My husband and I ALWAYS check QVC before we look anywhere else. If QVC doesn’t carry an item we want or need, our knees start to shake as we worry about what we’ll receive. We still have working, quality products from over 20 years ago. We will even bring our Northern Nights sheets with us, if we are not staying or sleeping in our home. Our Christmas shopping list and our own gift wish list always has QVC at the top!

Love the Choices
Fell in love several years ago with the amount of choices available! Always enjoyed shopping but no longer can visit the stores. Most of the items I have chosen are good quality and I enjoy the compliments I receive. I have worn Louis Del Olio’s clothes from the 70’s. Forever a fan! Isaac is a joy, Joan Rivers’ line is a joy, Halston and others are keepers! Susan Graver, and Kim Gravel Knock my socks off and Denim & Co. and the comfy fashions are delightful. I watch sometimes just to “hang out” with the gals. And as a knitter, I am inspired by the color choices. Prices are rising so easy pay does help. Keep up the good work!

Unbelievable Products
I’ve purchased many Josie Maran Argan products. They make my face and body so incredibly smooth and soft. I absolutely love every item I’ve purchased! I just wish Josie would sell a large (full size) Pink Peony Color Stick. I bought one (mini) that came as part of a set and fell in love with the color. I then purchased the three full size set hoping to find a color similar to Pink Peony, but none of the colors enhance my complexion as beautifully as the Pink Peony. Qvc is the best place to order anything from I’ve been with you since, my son is 32 and I’ve been with you since then. My mother was with you before then. I just think it’s just the best place to shop online, you don’t have to worry about what you’re going to get. If you change your mind when you get it they will take back, if somethings wrong with it they’ll take it right back, if you’re not happy with it they will send your money back to you. Wonderful and Professional
I enjoy every show. The presentation is always professional and informative. The presenters interact with one another and share from their own lives which makes it wonderful. I feel like they're in my living room. Ordering is easy (sometimes too easy) and the products are wonderful. However, if it wasn't quite what you wanted it's easy to return. Now that the holidays are approaching there is even more time allowed to return because I may use my purchase as a gift. This is always wonderful.

Your mobile site is Soooo easy to use!
Kudos and compliments to your website designers. Your mobile site is effortless. Search is relevant, and the buy process could not be simpler. Your site is even easier than Amazon's. I just bought a ring that I'm planning to wear as I transition back down to my normal weight and size. No sense in constantly getting stuff resized when you have lovely options like this. Horrible App
The authentication via checkout on this app is designed like garbage! There’s so many issues when trying to check out with this app. I’ve had to create different accounts. Each time I try to reuse an email address to log in, it gives me an error & tells me to call in. Then when I get past that after 7-10 attempts, PayPal integration won’t work, gives an error & says “call us”. There’s no integration with iOS to pull credit card info. I’ve had this issue ongoing for at least a year. Like so many others, I’m NOT calling in & have walked away from so many attempts to purchase products. QVC is literally losing money from using developers that don’t have experience in authentication & e-commerce apps.

I really read the reviews to help with sizing and color at times. It really helps for someone to give ht, wt, bust size, the important stuff so I can better choose for myself. But when some gives a product based on shipping but the item it’s not helpful. Shipping, call the Q. They’ll fix it if the can. My other “thing” is if my review disappears because the app timed out. Then I have to close, close the app, open app and start over. Again, not an item issue. Thanks for asking me to leave a review. Next time could you let me edit what I submit if I catch a typo in a few minutes??

What Update???????
I have the QVC app downloaded on my phone. When I open it I generally get a message that the app has updated and I need to update. So I go to App Store and try to update except it is the exact SAME thing…no update available. So I have multiple times deleted the app and tried to redownload hoping that would update it..Nope. There is no question the app on my phone is outdated and needs updating. It crashes ALL the time and I constantly have to reboot. The print/font is super small on the app and it is super glitchy. I see in the Version History on the App Store that there are updates but it does NOT update on my phone or IF it does..there is no marked change. Btw I have an iPhone 13. Ridiculous to be going through this.

App keeps closing!
Every time I get on this QVC APP it shuts down. This has been happening for about a month. The app opens then randomly between a few seconds and a couple of minutes it will close. My app is up to date on updates. I’ve tried clicking on the link for the developer page but it gives me a “whoops, this page cannot be found” message. I tried clicking on the “Report an issue” link but it goes to a page on QVC to report abuse or request a refund, no option to report an app/website issue. Very frustrating! Btw my phone is a 14 Pro Max so don’t think it’s a phone issue especially since I’m not having this problem with any of my other apps. HEY QVC YOU’RE LOOSING BUSINESS WHEN CUSTOMERS KEEP GETTING KNOCKED OFF YOUR APP!!!
