Rainbow Shops

There’s a issue with signing in now after the update yesterday. Signing in wasn’t a issue before the update. After entering the required information to sign in, the email and/or password is not recognized. Also, under the email and password information there are buffering circles for each line. This is aggravating. Please fix the sign in issue.

I’ve had about five different orders of 2-10 items of clothing that I bought from here and I only find about one, maybe zero, clothes that I like from those orders. I love my jeans, even though it’s hard to find my exact size since they never make jeans the same size anymore... That’s about it. The shirts are super thin and see through, they’re nothing like what it shows. I’d have to wear a tank top under all the shirts. I’m fat and I get hot easily. The shoes are not at all meant for wide feet so I’d avoid those. Even if they did fit my feet, a lot of them are really trashy... super cheep. Stuff you’d find at the dollar store.. I like this one parka jacket I found but still haven’t gotten a chance to actually wear it yet, but it’s a great fit.. only downside is that I had to order a size up... every since top runs small. If you’re a 1x, get a 2x. If you’re a 2x, get a 3x.. I’ve even had to order some 3x’s and they still run small. My regular size is usually 1x-2x depending on the shirt. Overall, it truly is a great store but just needs some tweaks. Love the variety of plus size clothing, shoes, and that they included a kids section. Especially that they have an app. But, I’m gonna have to stop shopping here, everything just either runs too small or way too big.

I seriously love love love that there is an app! There is two Rainbow shops that are within 20 minutes of my house. However the app just makes it so much easier. Definitely on it spending more than I would if there wasn’t an app but that’s a win for Rainbow lol! That’s kind of the best thing for me though. I don’t always have time to go to the store especially with my two year old. I love the prices. I love that shipping is free when you spend $50. I love all the different styles I can choose from and did I mention you can order from the app! I love it! Everything I have ordered is exactly what I was expecting or even better when I think of a particular simple dress I ordered. Everyone loved it on me. It was my first little black dress that I’ve ever owned because of my weight. I felt so sexy, flirtatious & classy wearing it. I’ve been recommending the app to all of my friends & telling them to order stuff. Thank you Rainbow.

I wish like forever 21 rainbows could do a ship to store method. I have a rainbows 10 minutes from my home so instead of spending $8 plus tax for a shirt that's on sale for $3 ...Rainbows should do ship to store and we can pick it up. This is why I usually shop at forever 21. Another feature will b great is reviews. I'd like to know if a pants are too big or too small. Like forever 21 this feature should be added too. It's the 2020s and we aren't free from the pandemic entirely (businesses will come and go) so Rainbows step up your game and make shopping easier for us women! So for now I'll keep shopping in forever 21. It's more affordable for me.

As soon as I updated this app, the stuff I had in my cart got deleted. On top of that that as soon as I open the app I continuously get notified that I need to update like every minute or two. I can’t even use the app, it doesn’t let me. The app has been updated. I proceeded to uninstall it and reinstall it and I’m still getting the same problem. I have turned off my phone and turned it back on and it doesn’t work. It’s upsetting all around that I can’t even use it. This is a regular app I use and it’s practically unusable since the last update. I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and it’s been updated with the current iOS and still not working. Please fix this.

I like the clothes and prices but why have customer service if they can’t fix anything. They had an app error and I’m getting shoes that I didn’t want with some clothes that I did want. The order has not processed yet and they told me that there is nothing they can do. Being sick and homebound, I always shop online, and I don’t have ways to take and return something to a store or go by the post office to ship it back out. Last time I will deal with this company bc it’s too many online companies that have have good clothes for good prices with ppl that work there that really can help you. That tells me they’re there for no reason.

I love this store and I shop mostly online because I have multiple sclerosis and I’m in a wheelchair..I’m always getting compliments on my outfit from Rainbow.. I would love to see someone like me wearing and modeling your outfits in a wheelchair to see how it looks on them..My children say mom what did you buy new and now lol..I feel so sexy when I wear your clothes..Thank you for blessing me with your Store

I know what I’m getting the fits are as described and I just love their clothes ! I had one order that I purchased red boots and they sent me tan ones but they refunded me quickly it was a disappointment because I wanted the red boots but I still shop from them online religiously lol the clothes are good material too ! Only had one pair of pants (dress pants, very light material ) rip after going through the wash which was disappointing but not the end of the world !

I love the experience of shopping with Rainbow online vs going in the store. There’s more discounts online than in the stores and besides it’s more convenient for me now because I no longer live close to the store. Every item I’ve purchased is true to size !! I highly recommend Rainbow for online orders. It’s worth it and they also have new things online just about everyday.

I found this place “by accident” on my ShopPay app. What drew me in was the price on their above the knee boots. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE everything I’ve purchased so far. VERY GOOD QUALITY. AND I RECEIVED IT SWIFTLY!! This will be where I buy my STAPLES and coordinate with my Chico clothes. I finally splurged on my absolutely WANTS on Chico’s. And have found sooo many pieces on Rainbow to look FANTASTIC with my splurge items. SINCERELY?? Your store is A GOD MOVE! FOR SURE!! THANK YOU🙏🏾🙏🏼 THANK YOU

The app is currently glitching i can’t save anything to my wishlist everything that i saved has been deleted I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it and still is having the same problem there’s stuff saved to my wishlist that I didn’t even select

Try to only look at clothing in store as sometimes they come out tackier and having odd textures. You also can’t really see what other people are saying about a specific product like how it fits and if it’s true to what’s told ok the app. Bought tacky looking joggers from them but I’m not able to leave a review on the joggers to warn other customers. Please add review/rating option, it’s one of the best conveniences of shopping online. Other clothing apps have review options since it makes shopping nicer for consumers.

1) the pages make you start from the top every so often even though you are halfway through the page- it refreshes and screws you up 2) what happened to “Brooklyn”? If you are not going to carry active wear that says “Brooklyn”, then you have nothing for me. 3) the selection of active wear is crap- it used to be great 4) you used to put tops and bottoms next to each other in active wear so we could match up our outfits, but you stopped doing that. Disappointing and an unpleasant experience!

I’ve made several purchases from Rainbow. I check out what’s trending and if I see something I like, I go to the store close by. (5-7-9) Years ago, you couldn’t find decent clothing or shoes for work/church in the black neighborhoods. But the Rainbow brand stepped up their game. It’s still pretty racey, but I’m able to find nice items that are reasonably priced. Thanks!

I check my Rainbow app everyday to make sure that I get a jump start on the latest trends before they sell out. At Rainbow, I am able to put together fashionable high end looks, from head to toe, for a fraction on the price! I have been a fan for decades and will continue to shop at Rainbow for as long as you exist.

As being a shopaholic I deal with several websites and their apps as well. This one is really is the best so far and with very economic prices! It accepts international Credit Cards and Paypal. There’s really barely glitches with this app. I like the swipe down to go back function. Everything is clearly, enough fabric description. In love with this website!

First time ordering from Rainbow’s app usually don’t bother to go in their stores but i needed some stuff for my upcoming trip and my friend recommended. Ordering everything went smooth but I’m pressed for time...every time i try and check my shipping status from my email it shoots me to the apps home page. From there i go to more and try to click “orders” but nothing happens! It just freezes. I’ve logged in and out, restarted my phone, & deleted the app...nothing. Rainbow get your shipping together 🙄

I remember shopping at Rainbow when I was a teenager. I opened my Instagram page about a month ago and saw the “Rainbow” and I got very excited. I instantly installed the app and began to shop. I can stay off of this app now. I even told my 15 year old daughter to download the app and put some items in her cart. I love love love the sandals. All of them. Thanks Rainbow 😘😘

I love to shop at Rainbow! Rainbow offers many different styles of clothes, I can buy clothes to wear to work, clothes to lounge in and even clothes to go out on the town in!!!! I love the variety!! Using the app on my iPhone is super easy too! I usually get my order within a week and everything fits perfect! I love shopping at Rainbow!!!! Thank you.

I love everything about Rainbow with The exception of returning. Most products do not arrive with tags making the return process a three hour ordeal as the store has to recreate a tag while you waist for each item. It literally takes 2-3 hours for me to do a return at the volume I’m accustomed to ordering.

Omg I received my goodie’s yesterday an I brought office wear outfits I love everything. All morning everyone has been telling me how Professional I look an I’m wearing ladies the hunter green pant suit dressed off with the babydoll shoes an white top. Rainbow has and always will be one of my favorite places to shop. But this app is seriously lacking. It’s very very glitchy, constantly logs me out, and it doesn’t communicate with the web (for instance, if I’m logged in and add things to my cart, I can’t log in on a web browser and see the same cart). I still love the store but that’s my honest feedback!

I have been shopping at Rainbow on line for quite awhile now and I am hooked. You have a variety of clothing and shoes, kids dept for half the price at other stores. The quality is good You can stay trendy without going broke.

I love Rainbow in all its affordability and adorable clothing. The app, however, needs some serious improvements. Among many issues, it’s really frustrating to have to start all over again and try to go back where I was on the page if I get a phone call or try to check notifications. It’s also pretty difficult trying to go back to the previous viewed item. Please fix this!

My friend and co worker had the cutest style. I asked her one day where she got all of her cute clothes at, and that was the day that my online rainbow addiction started. As a plus size woman wanting more than granny looking clothes Rainbows has been perfect and the prices are right for this thrifty mom who still wants to look in style.

I have never had any issues with this app until this new update!!!! I just got back on today after not being on since this new update happened on my phone yesterday now constantly while being on the app it keeps interrupting my shopping by saying there’s a new update and won’t let me ship and keeps making me go to my App Store, CONSTANTLY!!!!!!!! It’s really freaking annoying and my phone already updated the app so there is NO update! FIX IT!!!!!!

I updated my app a week ago but it continues to tell me I have to update the app before I can check out and I can’t even search in peace without coming here to open the app again cause it says to update it when I ALREADY DID

I have been shopping at Rainbow since Junior High and I love them!!!!!! I recently just started ordering online and was told I would get my clothes in 4-9 business days but I order my clothes Wednesday night around 10 and my clothes are at my house by Saturday morning!! I will always support!!

I hardly ever write reviews but I had too! I downloaded this app and thought it was to good to be true. Boy was I wrong! I ordered from them and received my clothes super fast! I absolutely love my clothes! I definitely will be ordering more clothes from here. This is my new favorite shopping app! Thank you!

Haven’t had any issues with purchasing! Sometimes it does freeze and/or crash but I assume it’s from me having multiple pages open at once in the background but other than that I recommend it!

I always find something to wear to every event in this app and I haven’t had to send anything back it has all fit me perfectly definitely a five star if I could give more I would!!!!

I know rainbow must be trying to do their due diligence in trying to fight credit card fraud… But I placed and order with this app and gave detailed information on the person who’s card I was using PHONE NUMBER INCLUDED. Now tell me why the person checking didn’t call the number given before canceling my order??? Stupidness…. I’ll be deleting this app and never buying from y’all again.

I love Rainbows but the app itself won’t let me update my last name nor give a an option to edit or update my mailing/shipping address

I don’t know why they updated the app to look more like a browser than an actual app, but it’s terrible. The search is bad, the wishlist is bad, the whole app is glitchy. It’s not user friendly, and I truly don’t understand why they would decide to downgrade the app like this. You’re better off just going on the website or the actual physical store. Do NOT download this app.

Great app for affordable clothing but the option to favorite or add items to the wishlist is gone all of sudden. I really wish they didn’t take that away as I feel it is important to shoppers who want to come back later for something whether it’s out of stock or just something u can’t decide on. That’s my only issue so far with the app.

I shop at this company but over the years. The plus size has went down. The styles are not cute and fashionable looks more for the older generation. Even tho I’m heavy. I still like to look cute. The shoes and boots only cater to the smaller sizes. What happened to wider sizes all calves are not petit. They need a plus size fashionable buyer like myself. There small sizer are cute jus those shorts pants are definitely tooo short. Not all kids like them jus saying.

I understand when apps get upgraded certain things must change however since updated it took away what material the clothes are and that’s very important or any measurements about the model key elements in deciding a purchase I really depended on that.

The app does not crash and the app allows you to get to items quickly. Checkout is a breeze and items are well seen and described!

Very difficult doesn’t work like it use to have 2 accounts and it cant find either of them been on this app for years now all of a sudden doesn’t seem to act the way it’s supposed to since the update reset password still can’t find my account but I’m constantly getting emails sheesh also when reset password can’t find the email link WOW

Rainbow was already my favorite store to get cute clothes for an affordable price. Online there are great deals and i can order quick and easily through my phone. I love this site! Thanks rainbow for keeping me cute!

The search results bug needs to be fixed : every time you scroll through your search results it automatically goes back to the top of the list please fix

I definitely enjoy the app But when you’re scrolling and looking through the items it constantly jumps back to the top that is really annoying and really needs to be fixed

I love rainbow, i always find cute items for low prices..however the new update on the APP is trash. When i open the app it says there’s a new update, which I’ve updated already, and then the app just freezes on a loading screen.
