We use Relias Learner App on our iPads that are mounted as kiosks. The App works but will not rotate to landscape mode. The old Relias App seemed to work fine.
The app for Relias is great. Definitely enjoy how user friendly the app is. However, the main problem that I have is with the tests after each training. On the actual website, regardless if you didn’t pass a test, it’ll go over each question that you got right and wrong. On the app itself, there isn’t a way to go over any of the questions.
I thought this would be a great way for me to complete some required hours and not have to be behind a computer the whole time. Unfortunately all the 24/7 EMS Courses are not available via Mobile App. If this can be fixed it would be a great asset for most of the staff I work with and the ability to complete required hours.
This app worked one time for a test. After that I can take the test, but it will not allow submittal of the test. It even will not let you exit the test once started. Only a pop up window appears with the message “something went wrong”. This needs to be fixed!
If you redirect from the app the sound will go away and pressing pause sometimes fixed the problem but now no audio no matter what, also I SWARE there was a closed captioning button but of course it’s gone now so I have no idea what is being said in the lessons. I have a IPhone 14 too so it’s not the hardware.
This all ask for an “organizational url” when I go to login and I have no clue what that is. When I say I don’t have one it redirects me to another login screen that ask me for the url again. Very frustrated with this app.
Most of my required training isn’t available via mobile app so it’s no point in keeping the app. I was really looking forward to the convenience of using the ohone app
It is called a podcast, but it does not have any auditory component. Please add a reader, or audio reading to it. I could listen to the presentations while driving.
Can’t start the training on the app from my phone because it says to “rotate screen” but doesn’t respond when I rotate my screen and there’s no way to work around it. Worthless.

Too many endless loops and difficult to get access to exams; even after you have completed reading the course. Also the content needs to be available in more than just English and Spanish. I am a nurse, I do not have time to waste in poorly designed software. It detracts from time spent on patient care. Roll-out was non-existent, everyone was just assumed to be able to navigate this poorly constructed website. I have employees of every imaginable education level, many employees with dyslexia or other learning disabilities, and many employees from all over the world.
Everytime I use this app at home on my mobile phone, I could not logged in. My username and pw are correct! But It always saying “Your organization does not allow access to the mobile application. I don’t have laptop or ipod.
Version 129360 Just updated. The app requires me to rotate phone. I rotate my phone. Doesn’t work! I need this for work actually and I can only use a laptop. What’s the point of my employer demanding I have this app on my phone when I doesn’t work??!
