Usually get comps and gamble at harrahs casinos and decided to try Rslv for a weekend with a friend. I did really like the hotel and decided to get a genting card and down loaded the app. Tried so many times to get into my account and it’s giving me a wrong account message. Did reset the password and got thru it and tried to login again and still not letting me into my account. Called the casino to link my genting account into the app or maybe help me with the login.
My friends and I were excited about coming to see the most technologically advanced casino in the world until we downloaded this app, waited over two hours to try to get setup and finally gave up. This app is a MESS and the cashless gaming is an absolute joke. Every time the tech tried to fix the issue it hit my bank account for $100. The app kept showing an address error which I waited an hour in line to fix. Once it was fixed the app still showed an error and my tech was so beat up from a week of getting punched by angry guests like me he had to go have a smoke leaving me solo. So in the time I was there getting setup on their system the app hit me for $800 which I had to wait 24 hours to get back, I never got to play a single machine and ended up just having drinks. One person in our group of 30 didn’t have a problem but al the rest of us did which is pretty bad. I won’t be back to Resorts World and will never use play plus or NRT systems EVER again. So disappointed 😏
This is the first review I’ve ever written for an app, but I am so frustrated, it had to be done. Where to start? I first downloaded the app and tried to join the Genting club. The app asked to take a picture of my ID. Each time I selected “Take Photo” the app crashed. So I went downstairs to the cage and signed up there. I went back to the app and tried to register using my Genting number. It asked for email and password and then said I needed to answer four questions. However, the questions never appeared and the app froze. Didn’t help to close the app so had to delete and reinstall. Once that was done I tried again. It said my Genting number was already registered and I needed to enter email and pw. I did, but it said the info was not valid. I asked for pw reset a dozen times but no email arrived. I went back to the cage and they couldn’t figure it out. What a waste!
I’m trying to reset my password and impossible to do. I got the forgot password and I never get the email. I went to the grand opening and went to the rewards center, they couldn’t fix it and finally someone said they would have to talk with an administrator the next day and now when i try the forgot password it says I have to see an administrator for my organization, umm I’m not an employee, what the heck is going on - I’d give it 0 stars if I could
The app constantly freezes. Recently on the booking screen, previously on the verification screen for adding funds electronically. There’s no way to proceed when it freezes beyond uninstalling and reinstalling which is a pain. I like the hotel/casino and enjoy the partnership with Hilton (who has a good app) just a shame this app has soo many issues.
RWLV is genuinely the worst travel/hotel/casino app I’ve ever used. Every time I use it I wonder why I bothered trying again 😂 The interface and navigation is confusing, half of the links give you errors, and logging-in is glitchy. If you want to book a room here or just look at rates, call or go directly through Hilton and save yourself some grey hairs.
Much like Resorts World, this app seems like it was stalled halfway through development then shoddily deployed several years without testing. The dialog buttons to sign in to my Genting Rewards account do not work. This is my second or third time trying the app over a span of 2 years. Resorts World should fix this app or take it off the App Store!
Cannot open the app with face recognizing for login on iPhone 12. Stupid app doesn’t allow you to merge two accounts, or even cancel multiple rewards accounts. I only use ONE rewards card but that account number doesn’t match the app rewards number. What kind of rookie dev made this p.o.s. ?
You can’t do anything in this app. You can’t sign up for cashless. You can’t get to red. You can’t even update your account phone number and address. (Not understanding why my phone number isnt there, I inputted it when I registered.) what a waste. Not to mention how many venting and resort world apps are there? Clean it up
Anytime you click on a hyperlink it always comes up with a page not found error. When I click on any offer another window pops up and crash. Cannot book room reservations on app. How do you developers roll out apps? Do you not test anything? This is complete junk
I cannot reset my password through the app. Every time I hit forgot my password it doesn’t send the email for me to reset it. There is no way to do it on the website only the app. So now I’m locked out of my account with no way to solve it. Until they fix this it’s 1 star
Loved staying at Resorts World, probably the cleanest LV strip hotel. Unfortunately because of the App, I refuse to stay there again until it has been fixed. It shouldn’t be a chore to log into an app and book a room with comp nights… stay away until they update and get with the times.
How could you release an app that doesn’t work? Blank screens, 400 bad requests, redirects out of the app without carrying auth??? It seems as if the QA team and the engineers were let go 80% through this build. Apple, pull the app down until someone revises this version.
Cashless funds transfer is broken and fails , with correct information. Also really confusing when you should only need to transfer funds to one account to play on a slot rather than two .
App doesn’t work, website log in doesn’t work just redirects to a page with an error message. Disappointed as I can’t book online so I’ll just be staying at MGM and Wynn as I don’t want to call to book a stay and their websites work.
It’s the most useless app. I live in Vegas and I love having staycations at RW but it’s impossible to book a room through this app. Never once it allowed me to book a room using my local promotions. It’s not functional. It’s only good for checking your points. That’s it. It’s a shame.
Doesn’t even work properly. Camera keeps saying you’re too close, then too far away. After you finally get everything done? It says error, doesn’t work. Makes you redo it all. No thanks! Won’t bother.
If the goal of a cashless app is to make it easier for the customer to spend money, it should actually be functional. RW staff are basically clueless and unable to assist, then direct you to the aforementioned non working app. Plenty of other properties on the strip to spend money.
Just get stuck at screen to answer security questions, but no question or selectable options and if you kill the app, it just brings you right back to the question that there is no question
You click your offers then book now and it does nothing!!!!! Fix you app you spend all this money building a mega resort but can’t invest in creating an app that works
Useless app! Unbelievable! There’s a better motel app out there that paid a knowledgeable app developer. I cannot believe a Hilton hotel as fancy as Resort Word can’t afford a better app developer. App doesn’t work. It’s frustrating!
