I’ve Dorset two stacked tracksuits already to match my shoes for my birthday a couple of days ago and I’ve just ordered three new items and I’ll be back again to order two tracksuits for my kids also to match there shoe’s also they have great colors that match a lot of shoes to the T literally lol I love the outfits tho but I do have one complaint the one stacked joggers and hoodie I ordered the hoodie is supposed to be a SMALL but it’s fits very LARGE but the black one I got is a small too and it fits perfect not sure what happened but I wish the hoodie was a bit smaller to fit me because it does look big but overall good quality and very soft and I just love jumpsuits lol and also they have some very pretty pants I will be ordering some of those Also

Customer service wouldn’t answer the phone, my birthday was July 5 and I needed a jacket for my birthday. I ordered a jacket a week ago and I meant to order express shipping so the package could get there fast but I accidentally ordered normal shipping. I ordered normal shipping. I chased the customer service to see if I can get a refund And re-order the jacket for express shipping. They wouldn’t even give me my refund fast-forward. I see that my jacket says it’s gonna be here on July 5 so I am thinking everything‘s perfect and my jacket is going to be here on my birthday fast forward to July 4. I checked to see where my jacket was and it said it wasn’t gonna be there till July 8, so I spent my whole July 4 and my whole birthday trying to get my jacket from my outfit texting and calling customer service for UPS because they delayed my order and trying to contact Rockstar Original and they wouldn’t answer I felt my birthday was incomplete today because I didn’t have my full outfit I know I seem like I’m overreacting but they I try to contact them with all my heart and they just wouldn’t pick up or give me a refund to re-order the shipping or they wouldn’t even let me come pick it up. I tried to call UPS to come pick up the package and they wouldn’t let me answer they didn’t answer when I called customer service. Someone picked up and hung right up on me

I ain’t gonna lie I was little skeptical at first with the reviews of people getting “scammed” by this brand but just know that rockstar original clothing brand really comes in clutch when it comes to their business good quality clothing for cheap prices even at original price is dead crazy like they made me want to buy the whole store with how good their clothing truly is I’m definitely gonna due more business with rockstarr originall if anyone is hesitant don’t be just be prepared to be satisfied by their brand thank you rockstar original for the good clothing ya outdid it on this one💯💯💯💯💯💎

If I could by the whole store, I would. I love the quality and the prices. I remember I wore a track suit on a rainy day and a lady stopped me and told me how comfortable and warm I looked. I told her where I got the clothing and she said it looks so good, she’ll be checking out the website. I started off buying things for myself my first time buying, this second round I found some really dope stuff my son can wear!

I just received another order from y’all and I just want to say that I appreciate your quick delivery and your products are very good quality. I am going to try to stop spending so much money. But you guys make it difficult to do. Just joking.

The Clothes are in very good quality also have a lot of good styles to choose from very reasonable with there prices never over pricing on clothes and overall fast shipping I highly recommended shopping for Rockstar

I like their clothes it’s just the fact that i’m a smaller person so i need an xs in pants but they’re ALWAYS sold out it doesn’t matter what type of pants that i click on they’re sold out which isn’t fair to me but over all it’s a good clothes brand.

To all staff of Rockstar and future customers. I am over 60 years old and have long legs. It has taken me this long to find a company that provides the option of long-legged pants! Rockstar is pure class and affordable too. The quality of my jeans is fabulous and love wearing them. 2nd order in 2 weeks! And will be back for more My only regret would be not discovering this company sooner. Thank you, Rockstar. You even make an old lady feel pretty cool!

This app is great. I always use it when I travel and my stuff is home when I get back. Clothes are dope and their customer service is on point.

I like most of the clothes sold on here, just not the ones with paint stains on them. But other than that the clothes is priced pretty good con to other brands

There’s way to many sold out items

I shopped with them once or twice and when they released a new tracksuit, I ordered it! I never recieved my order from UPS, I called them and they said they got in “contact” with rockstar original. I wrote them multiple times on me never recieving my order. Never got a refund or an email back!!🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

I ordered from rockstar and i didnt get a shipping number doesn’t even show my package or nothing

Please do not order anything from this place they will rip you off ordered 3 pairs of pants 2 came called to see where the last pair was lady kept hanging up and putting me on hold and her poor excuse was for them not sending them was that they forgot to and she said they was going to ship them and have a nice day lol I got robbed by rockstar so please shop someone because they will do you dirty.

When making a purchase they will cancel your order for no reason , then there isn’t a customer service number to call . Now all the things you bought are sold out / gone out your cart . And you have to start all over .

I’ve tried the whole time there has been a “Lowest priced in history.” to buy 4 items and every time I click cash app to purchase it, it says “A problem has occurred.” With no further information. I even reached out to customer support still nothing.

Ordered in December 1, 2022 order was successfully processed on December 2, 2022. Order status is still showing unfulfilled! Paid for rush delivery & it’s been 16 days & still no movement! I was intending on receiving order before Christmas. They don’t answer the phone or respond to emails! I hope this isn’t a scam!
