We were looking for just a small bedroom set for a guest bedroom in our recent new home. After looking over most of what other stores had to offer we were exhausted! We happened to go to Rooms To Go almost as our last resort. So glad we did. SANDRIA MAYE was just the salesperson we needed to meet. She is a jewel!! She took us right to the style of furniture we were trying to find. She told us all about the maker and how the store would set everything up for us and take all of the packaging materials away. The delivery was on time. The movers were polite and even careful not to dirty up the new carpet. They had our furniture unpacked and set up just how it should be in no time. I would give zero stats if possible. Ordered 10k worth of furniture. Half of it was defective. They shipped an expensive table set and desk through brown. Both pieces were significantly damaged, had missing parts and were extremely difficult to put together. Directions are clearly not intended for common consumer as they are not clear. Why should I the customer have to spend hours putting together defective furniture when I am paying traditional furniture store prices? They must be saving a fortune on furniture assembly fees and sending people defective merchandise that should have gone to outlet. I have purchased thousands of dollars of furniture from them in years past and always had a good experience. The quality of their furniture is now equivalent to American Freight or an outlet store. They seem to be be taking advantage of customers during supply chain shortages. Making a fortune by passing work and defects to customers. I contacted them several times (more of my time) and they just gave me the run around and have not resolved the issued. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere. You'll be glad you did.
Really enjoyed the app when I first moved to the area and was ordering a lot of furniture. I ended up getting a credit card with them and was pleased to see I could also manage the card in the app. I bought my accent chairs after the update and was happy they added warranty coverage since I just adopted a dog that isn’t potty trained yet.
I know people who read reviews skip all the way to the negative reviews to see what’s truly going on. Nobody really pays attention to positive reviews since a lot of it can be paid advertisement…. Well I’m here to share the real deal of my experience with this app!!! I wouldn’t be wasting my time to review otherwise! I genuinely HATE this app to pay off my credit card! I bought a bed years ago and of course signed up for a credit card since a rooms to go associate is trained to charm us into getting one… I can’t begin to explain how corrupt this payment method is! It feels like they are TRYING to make it impossible for you to pay!! Nearly more than half the time I open the app to pay, they won’t allow me to sign in due to “maintenance”… OR it just won’t let me sign in at all due to an “error”, or “security issues”. It’s so crazy!! It’s like they want you to pay fees! Please beware!!! Don’t get sucked into this!
First: the website is defective and doesn’t allow browsing or searching. It doesn’t fit the screen and can’t scroll over. Then the links for multiple pages just send you to the top of the first page. I also tried three different browsers. Second: I gave in and downloaded the app hoping to be able to browse. It works. Third: Can’t view complete price with tax until placing the order. I finally get to the payment information part AND IT DOESN’T HAVE A TEXT BOX FOR CC INFORMATION. So I can’t use the website. And the app won’t take my payment info and I still have no idea what the total cost is. Does RTG even want me to order with them? The developers have majorly messed up.
I waited for days for the exclusive coupons that the website read I was eligible for. Although we like to keep our homes looking nice that after budgeting in whatever discounts add and and make consumers a little as ease. Times are hard and being scammed, personal info being leaked, but to be lied by business we’ve trusted to false advertise is a shame. I place my order anyway. I’m just tired of having to hesitate or procrastinate because there’s no more trust. That’s why I ordered online, sales people are vultures at RTG….
I downloaded the app after visiting the website today with the prompt promising “It’s easier in the app”. I experienced mostly glitches. Selecting an item, it would indicate there are several pictures to view, but only 2 pictures would be available. If I attempted to use the magnifying glass icon to see the picture larger, it only worked on about half of the products. How is it easier if I have to go back to the website to look at pictures of several of the products I was interested in?
Lance is an excellent sales me. He’s not pushy. He will talk to you about what you are looking for. And then take you to the where the items are at in the store. He’s very knowledgeable. It was the easiest way to shop. I already know the Rooms to Go quality and had seen the items I love in person. So all I had to do was ask for on line help. Within 30 minutes my questions were answered and my order was placed. Usually a transaction like I made would take all day of standing around.
I purchased a child’s creative table and 2 chairs from a local store in Pineville. Delivered to door and I thought all was good. Had an emergency and had to leave town. Upon returning to assemble the table and chairs, I discovered that the table and chairs was in fact the table only. Upon calling the sales associate she apologized that she had ordered the table only. Ask me to contact the office for a refund and send an email to purchase the correct item. Upon calling the office I am told that I, in fact can not return the table as they do not accept any returns once delivered to the door unless damaged. I am an honest person and the table was not damaged but not what I ordered. Yes, very upsetting as it was not my fault the order was incorrect and cannot return it. I’m sure this is how corporations make money. Buyers beware of your purchases. Customer service is critical in my business, but NOT THIS ONE.
To be honest we were dreading shopping for a bed but it turned out to be a pleasant experience! Donald was our salesman who let us take our time and try everything out! Great employee. Served us with respect and helped us find a perfect sofa for us, asked us for measurements to make sure it would fit in our home perfectly! Overall great service and would come back to rooms to go, the app is also really good for prices and to find things beforehand of going to the store.
Best furniture app around. We shopped on-line from many major companies. This is the only one with searches that actually apply. 4of 5 stars because the additional pieces of furniture were not available as add on with the set. We had to call the online help number and they told us how to search for these.
This was way easier than I thought it would be. Now fingers crossed it looks like it does on line and the reviews are truthful. But then again I’ve never been disappointed with anything I’ve bought from Rooms To Go.
I needed a queen bed frame and headboard for a great price. This is the second of this brand I ordered for my kids now that they are older. It’s easy to assemble and seems pretty solid. No problems with the first one with six months in. I liked it for the price so we are good to go.
I thought I was receiving error messages through the app because they were perhaps doing maintenance on it. I waited a week before trying the app again just to receive the same error messages. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it just to still receive the same error messages. This prompted me to read some of the reviews just to discover several people have had the same issue with this app for quite some time. I have permanently deleted this app.
Had I rated this app a month ago it would have received five stars. You’re able to save your favorites which was a huge plus for me. However, no matter how I attempt to log in now, I receive an error message. And when you try to contact the developer for assistance, it just routes you to the Rooms To Go website and sales customer service. Now I can no longer access my favorites or add to it. Can anyone help or am I just screwed?

The Rooms to Go app layout is very easy to navigate. Just a few taps and you’ll be neck deep in options for your bedroom, living room, patio and more! Really appreciate the variety of filters that can be used to narrow down options.
I really like Room To Go wish I can order a lot of things off of your app.
But everything I really wanted was to her and I know it would make my payment very high. If you could bring the price down about $200 less it’s so would have more business to want to buy your product. I really like Room To Go I appreciate all you do.

This app use to work about 6 months ago. But since the update I can not log in.. I have tried numerous times and have reset my password and everything, but nothing works. Now I have lost access to my orders and my favorites. I guess the developers are like everyone else now days, they don’t want to work! Come on guys, do your job and resolve the issues with this app.. I know I’m not the only one having issues with it.
Shopping on the app was amazing! I spent an hour online trying to complete the sale and even chatted with a rep. I decided to give the app a try as a last resort and it took me less then 15 minutes to complete the transaction!
When coming to the store the employees are so nice and well informed about their goods that you get all info what you need when purchasing the things and leaving the store. Amazing attention, keep it up.
So useful, I can browse coupons, products, shop and even favorite everything I love. The images are clean and amazing and the experience is top flight! If I could give more than five stars I would!
Even though I have visited the show room, I didn’t order until I got home. I called my cell associate, he filled my cart, walked me through the process, and then it was done! Easy

Could not get it to allow me to input CC info when ready to check out . I had to use Apple Pay , shouldn’t have been this difficult . It was a small sofa for son’s apt , should have been quick and easy . Spent wayyyyyy more time trying to check out than actually picking a sofa .
Unable to log into my account. Alway have to reset the password. Even after resetting and receiving the confirmation to proceed, the app still says there’s an error. Also, thanks Mabel to check more than one order at a time. Does not allow you to go back, you are forced to re-enter the site over and over again. Please fix the problem or get rid of the app completely.

I love rooms to go but it’s very confusing to order on line. I finally got it and anxious to get my new sofa. I bought my first sofa from rooms to go 25 yrs ago and it held up great. I sold it and it’s still in good shape.
Fix the scrolling issue on search results. How the heck did you release the app knowing this issue. You reach end of page results and then it puts you back on top. This hurts your sales! No one has patience to remember how far they scrolled previously while exploring products of their interest. Fire the team that works on search results for releasing letting this issue stay on app!

I used to be able to manage my credit card from the app. Ever since the upgrade I cannot find it. It is horribly inconvenient that I have to log into a laptop to access my account and pay my bill. Bring back the credit card account management or; if it is still there, make it possible to find. Bad UX!!!
In one section it stated it would be here in August but then it stated not till September? Hopefully it want take over a month or two just to get a couch. Thank you
The prices that RTG offers are good but the service can’t be poorer. I wont bother to go in details as it would take all evening. The management is worse than the associates so not much training going on obviously. Don't missed out on a good price because of the service. Just know that there is not much to expect in that area and you wont be disappointed

I got a leather sofa and recliner in which it is supposed to be leather everywhere the body touches. I’ve had it less than 3 years and the “ leather” is peeling off the recliner. I’m beyond disgusted and will never spend another dime at this store. I’m anxious to see their response to this problem. It has faded in spots but that claim has also been turned down even though I have insurance.
If an App says it is for an iPad, it really MUST work in Landscape mode (ie: Magic Keyboard). If it doesn’t function in Landscape mode, it has to be removed from its keyboard, which, quite frankly, is not going to happen. I’ll visit the site through safari until they correct this oversight.
