Saks OFF 5TH

I have had no problems with this app since I installed it a week ago. I have shopped using this app and made purchases with no issues! There’s a vast selection of merchandise to choose from, and occasionally I can’t find my size, but that happens in the stores! Checkout is very easy, with various payment options to choose from. I found the delivery of my orders to be fast and at reasonable shipping prices. The only minor issue I have (nitpicking) is that when I tap on something from a list and that item isn’t available, when I go back to the list, the app takes me back to the beginning of the list instead of where I left off! Come on guys, this is 2022, fix that! Otherwise, I recommend this app. 👍

This app is, by far, the worst one I have ever used. Ever. And there isn’t even a close second. It is slower than you’ll think of when you read me writing about how slow it is. It sometimes literally times all the way out it’s so slow. Sometimes it adds extra quantities in my cart so I always have to be super careful. The functionality is also super wonky. Like when you click on one of the items in your cart to check into it again or remember something about the item, you can’t just go back to where you were. You have to click your cart all over again. And if you’re shopping and try to use the back arrow, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. And sometimes it just works so slowly that you think it didn’t work so you click it again and then you’re all the way back at the Home Screen and have to reenter your entire search and filters all over again. All in all, just a horrible, horrible app. On the upside, their web page is literally just as bad. So you can’t even go there for a better experience. If it weren’t for the amazing styles and prices, I’d delete the app entirely.

I had bought thousands of dollars everytime I shopped here. This time I bought 3bracelets from them in November. They send me three of them with perfect labels on (no returns if removed). I decided to return right away because they didn’t look good and didn’t look like the picture they post online. I’m not a person who buy and return often so I thought I needed to wait for my refund. After 2months I didn’t hear anything from them. I had to call them to check my refund. Everytime they said that they are processing my return request and asked me to wait for 5-7days, 2days, 48hrs, 24hrs. I never get my refund back. Today I got their letter WITH THE BROKEN LABELS ON THE BRACELETS said the items were not sold by saks off 5th!!! Probably they sent me the fake items with their labels and now don’t want to get them back and and make the labels broken so I can’t return again. Now I know they sell fake items, and make me wonder all other stuffs I’ve bought from them were fake. Definitely I will not buy anything from them again and surely everyone I know will not either. I’m so disappointed and angry, I want to return all other items I bought from them if I could!

I was lucky enough to get my size in this coat in the French blue. It runs exactly 1 size large which I guessed at since it came in the practicality unheard of men’s sizes of “XXS” and “XS”. I didn’t know what to expect in the quality but, when it arrived, I was overjoyed! Nice quality wool, great craftsmanship and the blue is stunning. Ordered a couple of sport coats on the app a little while ago and thought I’d just see if the coat was still in stock in another color. It’s my lucky day! There was 1 left in the “yellow” in an “XS” and quickly snagged it. Can’t wait for it to arrive and see the color in person. Dear SFA buyers, there are a lot of us guys out here that DO wear smalls and 28 waist pants. Please try to stock more for us! Thanks so much from a former retail buyer/fashion director and stylist. I love wandering through the pages and categories of items available on the Off 5th app. It may be tragic to some who read this, but I can spend hours on the app curating the perfect cart. Maybe a couple of items for me..a few gifts for friends and family & the occasional oddity that just doesn’t appear anywhere else. I think that because I lag at cart-making, sometimes the app can stall and spiral- maybe timeout? I think developers could improve the shopping experience in this area. I suppose that most Saks shoppers aren’t rushing through their buying processes, so hours and hours of shopping on the off 5th app can only improve sales for the store.

I absolutely love this app! It’s my “go to” app to shop for my husband. Bless his heart, after 31 years in the Army and wearing CAMOUFLAGE 🤮 constantly, when he retired I told him it was time for him to have a new wardrobe makeover and join the REAL WORLD!! 😂 I discovered how simple and easy it was to just hop onto the Sak’s OFF 5th app and check out all of the amazing sales they have. I’ve been loading him up with new clothes for every holiday and birthday and anniversary he has…..I’ve used every excuse I can to order him new things. My man has really “got it goin on” now. Thank you, Sak’s, for helping me bring my husband’s wardrobe into the “real world”, and helping me make it easier for him to transition into his new “Retired Army 1SG’s” life. You guys are AMAZING!

Growing up in NYC there were many stores to shop . Alexander’s Macy’s Gimbals Bloomingdales Lord and Taylor Bergdorf Goodman but Saks 5th Avenue was the place you wanted to go. The people who worked for Saks were friendly and knowledgeable in the 1970s and 1980s. As an adult with a job and career and shopping for clothes, you know that Saks will help you and dress you and not fleece you. The salespeople are just as helpful as back. in the day they are subject matter experts and won't gaslight you into buying something you Don't look in! Class and style. Are not 750 pairs of pro less with a label. But a 100 % wool suit that will turn the right person’s head in your direction. That's why I shop there!

I hv purchased/returned no less than five dresses, based on color palette I was provided—namely beige/blush… which completely wash me out. A light/sage green was included—bridesmaids MAY also be wearing same tones, however not at ALL in this style, & all full-length, & younger in design. I saw this dress come in unexpectedly, & am “bucking” reqstd full-length dress, as only 45 guests, being held in a Michelin 1star Restaurant, ceremony begins at 5:00. I KNOW what is Black Tie/vs Formal attire is, even if my Son et al do not. I adore this dress, will feel great in it, & am grateful for price; as daily, overall, destination wedding costs for our large family continues to rise. So very satisfied!

I like the app, I do have a couple suggestions. People like to see the discount added, now when you click on sale item it says discount already applied. We like to see the discount. Also, with Valentine's Day coming you should run a discount on items with red, like your buy anything with red get 20-25% off, or when you spend $150, get 25% off. Just some thoughts...think costumer shop this site to always see some specials. I keep things in my cart and they go up and down in price, especially clearance items...don't think they (clearance items) should ever go up in price once they've dropped, move them out of your inventory. Just some thoughts :)

Your customer service rep representative yesterday was very helpful and getting my online account so I could purchase your online merchandise. He was very patient very professional very good and I thank him so much I was about ready to pull my hair out doing what I thought was the right thing and he came into my life and on my iPad and help me right through the entire process and I thank him so much and I thank you for hiring such a wonderful man. Today, I ordered more items so it was easy to get through the process with the help that I received yesterday thank you so much.

I have NEVER in my life gone out of my way to write a negative review about any other app I’ve ever used, but this one is RIDICULOUS. I’ve spent MONTHS, YEARS almost using this app and have ALWAYS had problems- and yet they appear to be getting WORSE instead of better. Whatever developers Saks has for the upkeep on this app are either lazy, stupid, or completely overworked and understaffed. Saks needs to GET IT TOGETHER- and this is coming from a REGULAR customer at both Saks and Saks off fifth. But if this doesn’t change, I’m going to be taking my business elsewhere, and for good- it’s completely shameful in this day and age to have an app that is practically UNUSABLE. It takes so long to get any shopping done, because the glitches just never stop. It’s prevented me from making NUMEROUS purchases!!!

I can never ever use this app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and updated phone and can never use. Its extremely slow, anything I click on spins and spins for seconds before it gets to the next screen. You can never tell if your items actually save to your with list. With this being an Saks store, you would think they would have better developers to create a usable app. I also just went to the website since the app is so bad and it is also slow. I have very fast fiber internet and work from home and I do not have issues but with this app and site. The updates you all are doing are not working.

As much as I want to love Off 5th, after many many purchases I have encountered a service decline. I recently placed an order and was sent an incorrect item. I return the wrong item and received an email stating my refund will be processed within 5 business days. I chatted and emailed with customer care after the 7th business day, and after escalating to a manager I was told it should be 15 business days. Not only they screwed up what was supposed to be a birthday gift, but then lie about the return process and today is the 13th business day and they still have not refunded what they originally screwed up. I can honestly say they have lost a customer. If they looked at my purchase history they would not have brushed this off. Nordstrom Rack is my new go to.

Saks OFF 5TH website is the best shopping experience I’ve had recently. The website saves your shipping information, as well as payment type, so that checkout is quick and easy. Their promotions applied to just about everything on the site. Finally you get amazing values, because much of what they have to offer comes from Saks main stores. I shop designer often and some of the pieces I picked up from Saks Off Fifth, blow away many of the designer store shopping experiences. I love getting a bargain!!

My job is very demanding so going to a store to shop for clothes is very inconvenient for me. This is why I do all my shopping online… I’ve downloaded many clothing store apps and this is by far the easiest to navigate. The search and filter features are the best attributes for me. I always search for what I’m looking for then filter until I have about 100 items to browse… fast and easy!!! Plus, the clothes are delivered fast and returns are painless… In a nutshell, it’s a pleasure shopping with this app!!!

WHY are there so many good reviews. If I could review the store, I’d easily say 5/5. Amazing selection. The app (and website), however, is straight trash. God forbid you add over 5 things in your cart or decide to remove things from your cart. The app takes forever to load, often times out, and makes shopping online an awful awful experience. When I called customer service, they said they experience similar difficulties with the app/site and have no idea how to navigate the issue. Also, whenever I add a sales item to the cart, the sale disappears?? How can a multi million dollar company have an app *this* bad? I definitely noticed this change in the last few years, so I’m not sure what they did internally, but it’s just bad.

Saks offers so many more quality items than anyone else. I was just speaking with my brother today, trying to convince him that he should check out Saks Off 5th to find anything from new clothes to basic home decor. He said he’s been disappointed too many times buying online to try. I told him I’ve never had a bad experience with any part of Saks. Shopping online in store, returns. Just a well done operation. Always happy and glad I found you.

Love that you can shop luxe gifts for great prices. But there are two main issues I have, especially since saks is top tier you’d think the eight would be seamless. But unfortunately it’s not. 1.) there is no way categorize my liked items. I personally find it easier when to shop when I cold simply open the favorites section and choose what the category is. Weather it be sorted my people in my household. Or what room I am keeping ideas saved. 2.) the sight is extremely glitchy. It takes FOREVER to load. If I heart an item I have to wait for what feels like minutes to be able to heart another item. It really defeats the purpose. Please fix this is super annoying

This app has made me stop shopping at Saks. I h ar terminal cancer and can’t leave the house so I looked forward to shopping on line to get things for myself. This app always locks up and now the latest was it ordered 3 items I didn’t order. No I have to sit by the door all day to wait for the mail so I can refuse the items. It’s 3 different shipments. I contacted customer service and they assured me it would be cancelled but it wasn’t. I’m gonna stick with another on line store that I have used for years and never had a problem. The stress this has caused me and is still causing me is really bad. Lord only knows when and what I will have to Do to make sure the money is put back on my credit card. I would not suggest using this app.

I have previously made purchases via the Saks Off 5th website and it was very easy. However, I recently received an email that included an additional 25% off my purchase if I used the app! Hello! I downloaded it immediately and bought the watch I had been contemplating buying for weeks! The only thing that will make this purchase better, it when my watch arrives!! I can’t wait!! I highly recommend downloading the Saks Off 5th app!!

December 2023- Not sure if it’s the time of year but I’ve been having some glitching happening when I place my order where it gives me error messages. I have to go back and try again. So far no problem with getting multiple charges. Any other time of year I’ve never had a problem with online ordering. January 2024- everything is back to normal, no more glitches! Love Saks Off 5th great variety of things for the whole family.

I love this app because I can look at the clearance section and filter by brands I like most and find extremely discounted items. Molten Brown at 70% off, Burberry beach towel at an even steeper discount, plus high quality Royce leather products at similar discounts. Shopping at SAKS and having lunch is still a quality experience but when you can’t get there physically; using the app to bargain shop is alway fun.

I used to be a member of another discount designer clothing online group until they started to not send me valid designer clothes. So I came over to Saks and their clothes describe and write the proper clothing designers. I appreciate honesty. I would like a change in policy about shipping for example one price for the year and that entitles one to free shipping for the year. Thank you for having Saks online so that those of us that don’t go out anymore since Covid (our choice) we can still shop.

This is the best app to find deals on designer brands. The checkout is easy. Editing the size, the price or brand of your choice is easy. I’ve been using this app for 10 years and it’s the first website I look forward to when looking for a gift or a deal. I love getting designer gifts that people will actually love and wear so I love getting a great price for it as well. I know my gift will not go to waste if it’s a brand everyone knows and loves. 😂

Love Off 5th, but this app is the worst! It won’t create an account automatically on your first purchase so nothing you bought the first time goes on your account. Then, after you do create an account, it doesn’t recognize you when you try to sign in. And after you use “forgot password” and create a new password, it doesn’t let you on with the new password either! It’s a frustrating, maddening experience “using” this app - if “using” is the correct term for what it is to try to get anywhere with it. I made a big purchase with it yesterday, and I have no way of checking the status of my order. Seriously, whoever created this app should be fired.

I’ve bought some of the most fabulous pieces in my collection at Saks Off Fifth. I can’t even believe some of the steals: a $9000 patent leather Fendi raincoat for less than $200; a Missoni gown for less than $200; Gucci dress, jeans, sunglasses, bags and watches; an Etro gown — and the list goes on. There is always a surprise in store. The staff is helpful and knows the merchandise. With the loss of so many fantastic last chance department stores, I treasure Saks Off Fifth more and more.

For example, when looking at shoes and you have scrolled half way through the page you see a pair you like. You click the shoes and review the picture. Once you’re done and you click back to the page where all the shoes are listed, it goes back to the top of the page. So annoying. Now you have to waste time scrolling down to where you left off.

Unbelievably, there is no way to customize or silence notifications from this app. I’ve been through the list of apps on my phone a dozen times, and searched on the app in settings, there’s no way to do it because it doesn’t even show up in the app list under Notifications! I can’t report the app to Apple to bring it to someone’s attention, because the report button is grayed out. When I click on the link to get help with the app, it just takes me to a generic Saks OF help page for orders. The regular Saks app lets me control notifications, why doesn’t this one? I can’t have this thing going off whenever it feels like!!! Deleting!

I once used the Saks Off 5th website to place my orders, even on my iPhone. But I finally set up the Saks Off 5th App to place orders & was surprised at how easy it was. It’s not clunky & filled with unnecessary steps & pages to go through, like some other apps. It was easy to navigate, intuitive & easy to check out, even when using PayPal or ApplePay. I’ll definitely use the app going forward. Great job Saks!

This app is the absolute worst. I love the store but hate that the best option on mobile is using safari. The only consistency on the app is that it loads the opening page — that’s it. If you try to go to a section (womens, mens, gifts, etc.) it often goes completely blank and never loads, causing you to exit the app and try again. If it does load to the section, good luck trying to add something to your wishlist or cart because the app is overwhelmed by the simplest actions. How this app has 4.9 stars across the board is MIND-BLOWING when it’s so glitchy all of the time.

I have been shopping at Saks Off Fifth for many years. Only at the actual store. Since discovering their online site, sometimes I would be familiar with merchandise in the store and coordinate that with products they were offering in their vast array of selections online. Then came the app. The app tracks everything and keeps all my information safe. I LOVE IT! Use the App!! So convenient and facilitates everything!

I have ordered items, have received incorrect items and then went out to reorder the correct item and it not be available because it was “sold out”. Leaving the question of rather the inventory was incorrect or a distribution person preferred to have the item, then send out the incorrect item in place of it.

I did not receive my package even though it is listed as delivered and when I tried to get help with this issue I received an email that said I would not receive a refund and they know this is not what I was hoping for but unfortunately that was their decision. All I did was go through the only channel they provide to seek help for this issue, and that is the first and only contact I had with them, and they are unwilling to have a discourse regarding the issue or help me in any way. I will definitely not be risking spending any money with Saks Off Fifth in the future and would not recommend them to anyone.

It has a pretty impressive set of categories/filters to sort through different products - similar to the website so it def makes shopping easy breezy and leaves room for discovering more stuff. No issues accessing my account, or anything I’ve favorited on the website and vice versa, so it’s a seamless experience whether you checkout on the app or on desktop. For sure recommend downloading.

I thought the app would provide a better shopping experience than the website, but it is much much worse to the point of being frustrating and potentially costly. It takes a very long time to load, it crashes frequently, and oftentimes my shopping cart does not reflect the accurate price. I deleted the app because of a $3,000 discrepancy in the total price of the items I was shown when checking out my cart on the app versus on the website. It also does not show ratings or reviews on the products.

I am really enjoying new Saks Off 5th Avenue mobile app. I can easily see all available items by any one particular brand. Adding or removing items from shopping cart is as simple as swiping to the left or to the right. Item details can be easily seen right inside of the shopping cart. Best shopping experience ever without getting up from couch.

I absolutely love Saks off 5th, but this app is Terrible. On at least 5 occasions now I have tried to purchase orders, and it says there is a problem with my purchase method! So thinking it’s a glitch I try to buy again - it’s takes 2 lots of money from my account but doesn’t make an order. I have tried with different payment methods (Card/Kalarna/ Mastercard) and the same thing happens. Especially frustrating when trying to order something on special and/or the last in a size, by the time the refund is made by my bank the items are no longer available!

I love shopping Saks Fifth Avenue but off Fifth you can get some great vintage designer finds in the comfort of your home. You also get a great sale selection fast shipping and the impeccable quality you expect from such a establishment . With these superb selections and great size range anyone can get a gem here online with the app or web page. Saks Fifth Avenue or Off Fifth your sure to find a retail treasure you will love to wear.

Every time I browse the website I find myself always purchasing items when I say that I am not going to purchase anything. Browsing this site you cannot just look, you’re going to end up purchasing. The site is very organized, excellent quality items and magnificent prices. Happy shopping everyone.

If I scroll down, click on an item to go to the product page, and hit the back arrow in the top left corner, the screen pauses for a second at the view I just had (of the product I’d selected and whatever product is next to/above/below it) and then jumps back to the very top of the page. It’s really hard to add multiple items to my bag as a result, and I usually end up closing the app in frustration and shopping on a different app instead.

My dad actually told me about this app! He was legally blind but managed to place orders for sunglasses 🕶️ and other items that made him happy 😃 and helped him to feel more like he was 10 years younger! Little did he know that he would get me hooked on sunglasses and Effy jewelry to the nth degree. Thank you for all the joy you brought him after my mom passed away. First time using. Got a 10% off my order which was great! Easy to use, I did notice there was no option to use PayPal to pay, an option you have when simply using their website. If they can add PayPal as a payment option on the app, that would improve my experience, it’s a more secure payment option for me.

Every time you click a tab in the app it has to think for a minute, it constantly logs you out and when you log in it takes two minutes. The prices listed in the app are at full price and not what is reflected on their website. And yes the app will let you check out paying the full price. You can’t look up tracking for recent orders. Everything you attempt to search for to purchase takes 2 minutes to for a basic color filter or size filter to take hold, sometimes it doesn’t at all.

This app needs more maintenance it is really slow I often have to navigate away or delete app yo Then upload again just to see if it will work, other times it changes sale/ clearance price back to regular price. It’s been working like this for a whole year and the owners still do not do anything about it. This has got To be the worse shopping app. Very slow when adding things to my shopping cart.

Been a long time fan of other online luxury discount stores , but in the past year I have consistently found more products I like at great prices and service at Saks OFF Fifth. I shop Saks Fifth Avenue as well , but if you like to find something of great value at a great price, check this app first. Great variety of brands and products!!

I am trying to save items and also when I move an item from my shopping cart to my wish list it takes forever. Please fix this. I know it’s not my computer because the other apps work just fine but this one is very slow. Please look into moving items from your shopping cart to your wish list and see how long it takes to load. Also I noticed that the website is also slow. I visited it over a long period of time and I don’t understand why it doesn’t work right.

Each time I shop on this app I’m disappointed by how slow it is to add or especially remove something from your cart! Fix this slow app! I wish that I could upload the video of the thinking circle and how long it swirled around before I could delete something! It definitely deters me from spending money so I guess that’s a good thing. 🙄

I enjoy shopping at Saks Off 5th, so the low review is for the app not the brand. I’ve been using this app for a couple of years now and it seems to get worse and worse. It doesn’t keep you logged in so you have to login every time. But good luck with that because the sign in page doesn’t work about 75% of the time (Sign In button non responsive). Once you’re in, the page load times are ridiculous. Using this app is so frustrating that I only shop enough to make it to the free shipping tier and otherwise avoid it.

The app is super slow. It will stop and then restart in the middle of browsing and especially when switching from “shop” to “wishlist”. Also, where are the customer reviews or any comments about the product? It would be nice to know if someone runs large or small. The shipping policy can’t competed with Nordstrom, the purchase threshold for free shipping is too high. Not sure Saks is keeping up with most digital retailers.

I know it’s not the app, but if you you purchase something and want to change the size you have to cancel the order and reorder. If you don’t do it in 20 min then it’s too late and now you have to return it. If other people have your size in their cart , but they don’t buy it- it goes back of course, however if the quantity was 0 you can’t buy it- now you buy a different size only to see your size reappear…
