Celebrating birthdays, one a milestone. Amazing experience from the time we stepped onto the property. Top notch service! We choose to go all out w/sky pool room and butler service. Kieran, Junior and Akeisha went above and beyond to make our special celebration one to remember! Not to mention the impeccable service, attention to detail and friendly personalities, they were all wonderful. We focused our week on diving, completed 7 dives, one night dive. Everyone we encounter in the dive shop were professional, friendly and so helpful! Big shout out to Travis, Jermaine and Adrian. Travis certified one of us for open dive, great experience! Patient, knowledgeable and made it fun! Jermaine certified one of us for Advanced, again, great experience!! Adrian took us on night dive, impeccable professional but most of all, made it enjoyable and memorable. The entire captain and crew were all about safely, service and fun! I highly recommend this dive shop and team for anyone thinking of getting certified or considering which resort to go to for diving. Lots of dive locations to choose from! Reefs awesome, wrecks as well! We didn’t do the sculpture dive but heard great things. This was my first Sandals and Grenada set the bar high.

First class
Absolutely outstanding; in every sense of the word. Exceptionally welcoming staff. They all show that they love their jobs and treated us so warm. They were enthusiastic and intentional about making sure we had a good time. We loved Ronaldo(the electric guitar player) . He was so nice and kind to us when we talked to him because we were intrigued by the show he put on. The entertainment was spot on! It couldn’t have been any better! Beaches literally blew our minds! It was a lot more than we expected! Really, it far exceeded our expectations! Nelson who took us sailboating was so sweet. He loves his job and it showed in how he treated us! Kudos to all of the beaches team for a job well done! The variety of fine dining options were so many. We had room service 2 times a day. We will definitely be back soon!

Underwhelmed
Sandals Negril is a nice facility, and has generally pleasant staff. However, the resort was poorly managed during our stay. We had 4 different “butlers” during a week stay, none of whom seemed to communicate with each other. Orders for food slightly out of the ordinary ( eggs Benedict on hash browns instead of muffin for example) were met with bewilderment and, occasionally, surliness- as if we were there to be served only in the manner the individual was prepared to do. There was significant construction being done on the beach by heavy equipment, yet no advance notice was given. The music being played in various adjacent portions of the resort were competing with each other, resulting in general cacophony- no place was quiet. There was no mint for mojitos, our phone didn’t work, room service was slow - several hours at times! Orders were wrong frequently. The list could go on. I have never written a bad review before, but the mismanagement of the resort during our stay was so egregious it warranted taking the time to warn others to prepare for a less than ideal stay... We received better service at the airport club lounge!

Best vacation so far!!
My husband and I are at the sandals resort in Grenada, we arrived last Sunday, April 1st and sadly departing this beautiful paradise tomorrow. While here we did the half day Grenada sampler and the two person dune buggy ride to the falls both were amazing we ESPECIALLY enjoyed the dune buggy ride. We also enjoyed a chocolate buffet with amazing chocolate martinis and had a beach party with a huge array of crab, crawfish, mahi mahi, jerk chicken just to name a few items, all of the food was exceptional. We stayed in one of the Italian skyline butler suites with infinity pool we highly recommend these suites We LOVED our butlers Hussan, Kelvin and Renal, they are top notch butlers whom we will request when we return. We loved our stay here EVERYBODY throughout the resort were very pleasant and would go above and beyond with anything we asked for. My husband and I are already looking forward to returning.

What an amazing week. Great facility fabulous food. Beautiful island. The nicest people. Life is good. From Tamara who made up our room to Sheldon at the club level office. From Julita and Eva at Gordons to Sabrina at barefoot. Denise in the loyalty office was a wealth of knowledge and so helpful. Even the groundskeeper were approachable. I fished the beach four times while I was here and your groundskeepers were asking how I was doing and offering tips on good locations. the crew at captain mikes spirtfishing and Lucretia on the Jeep tour. Everybody on the property and off the grounds was nice. However you train your people.... you are succeeding. Whatever is in the water that makes Saint Lucian’s so warm and inviting....keep it flowing. Mission accomplished. This is why. We keep coming back. Thanks for a great vacation. See you in Barbados!!! App is ONLY for your current/upcoming trip
I was hoping the app would be a one-stop shop where you could get info on the different resorts AND find out about specials, particularly the 777 promotions, but it is only good for your current/upcoming trip. If you are looking for other information it kicks you off the app and into their website, which I have found to be really frustrating as the website often kicks you off the specific resort you’re looking at and makes you select it again and again. As far as our upcoming trip is concerned, it seems to have a decent amount of information. I will probably delete the app as my husband has it on his phone as well. I’d also like to point out that the reviews on the App Store are for the APP, not the resorts themselves, so maybe y’all should post your comments on the staff, amenities, and the beach someplace else... LOL

This has been a not great experience compared Ochiast year. Our air is always pouring the water even with us not leaving any doors open! The TV has been messed up since we checked in! The problem w/ that is my husband has had sun poisoning for 2 days and stuck in the room! So it ducks not to be able to at least watch TV! We go to the concierge desk and make plans/ reservations one day and the next when we go to follow up, we have to go to the island Routes desk, they always send us bk to the concierge desk! We received some credits when we got here and have tried to use them, however their so specific it’s hard to use them. We had a Catamaran credit when we booked our trip, b/c it’s not available! So that credit is useless! We are here with our friends who we all have an anniversary today the 18th, however the 4 of us have really not felt like this has been the best trip for any of us! We’re in room 1409 and our friends the Martins are in room 1410! Tonya

SANDALS MONTEGO BAY
For the 4th time in five years, my husband and I just returned from Sandals Montego Bay. We have done every level of service with this property and we were never disappointed. Our first trip we just had a nice room facing the beach. Our 2nd and 3rd trips, we had beachfront with butler service suite. And this last trip, we had an Oceanview room. If I must say so, I was not happy with the Oceanview room, but next time I will step it up. However, the service was absolutely THE BEST! From the time you get off the plane until the time you are back on — there is nothing but great service from Sandals. We’ve decided to spread our wings and in 2022 we are going to St. Lucia and Curaçao but in 2023 we are returning home to Montego Bay! Love, love, love SANDALS!

We stayed in Room 6009 near our friends who were in 6010. My husband and I have had excellent service from our Butlers, Jermaine and Alreian. They have been professional, courteous and charming as they have gone above and beyond to make our experience in the over the water bungalows at Sandals South Coast in Jamaica something we will remember forever. We travel all over the world and this experience ranks very high with us, mostly because of the level of service we have received. We also have the highest compliments for Shenesia, who added to a great dining experience st Schooners Restaurant. Our 4 night stay at Sandals resort in Montego bay 😎😎♥️
We are having a wonderful time wexcept not being able to use our swim out pool . But Thanks to management they removed all the construction outside the swim out rooms for us and now we can enjoy the swim out room on our last day . We really do appreciate how the management helped us and our housekeeping and our butler Casey has been totally amazing !! We will always ask for Casey when our next trip here . Great restaurants here and amazing food . Management did try their best to accommodate us . We really appreciate that . It’s a beautiful resort and We love Jamaica 😎 We would have given a 5 but due to not getting to use the swim out pool we payed extra for dropped it to a 4.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!
Wow, I can’t say enough about how wonderful the employees were during our stay at Sandals Ochi. This was our first time visiting Jamaica and we will definitely be back. The employees went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and to make sure we were having the best time during our vacation. Just to name a few employees that stuck out to us Romado, Roneil, Alexander, the people over at the excursion desk were awesome, and the entertainment was fabulous. But the best employee we met was Maridonna the bartender above the ocean bar. He was the friendliest guy we met. He is a true asset to the sandals team!! We already booked another sandals for next year!

1st and last time ever at Sandals!!!
Booked Sandals for our 20th wedding anniversary because of the reputation they have for a first class vacation. We have gotten nothing but attitude from 9 out of 10 employees at every turn! At the food and bars is absolutely the worst! They are unprofessional, rude and unskilled. Only one bartender knew how to make a margarita. The servers roll their eyes, huff and puff and act like giving us a bottle water is a huge favor. The culture of the staff at this resort is indifferent at best towards us. Yes, there are exceptions however the general consensus is that we feel as if we are “bothering” the wait staff with any request we may have however small. We paid a premium and took our only week vacation - the room was dirty, towels were hard and old, chairs, drawers broken and just run down. We have gotten better service at much cheaper places. Never again!!!

Camp Sesame
My name is Jason Oster and my daughters Alexandra (4 years old) and Chloe (2 years old) used Camp Sesame every day of our vacation April 6-12. This is our third time at Beaches Turks and Caicos and I cannot day enough about how great the team at Camp Sesame is. Every year Fedeline and her team are always extremely welcoming and so sweet and kind to our girls to make them feel comfortable. I wanted to give a special mention to Rushane, Mary, Roselene and Maxine who we remembered from previous years and are so amazing. We would like to thank the entire staff at Sandals Granada. I wound up with vertigo on my third day of our vacation and was incapacitated. This is our sixth Sandals visit and we have been treated well beyond our expectations. Special kudos goes out to Chelsea and Alfina who were amazing at helping and organizing our meals, nurses and a doctor visit as well as the concierge desk. With out the help of your wonderful staff this would have been a horrible vacation. Excellent Service, lovely island.
Sandals La Toc delivers! I love that all of the Sandals properties are unique. La Toc is no different. Our first night started off with a bang! We arrived on the 44th anniversary of St Lucia’s independence from Britain. What a party they had! From costumes to entertainment to authentic food, along with Sangria and Champaign, we enjoyed the festivities and learned a little about St. Lucian history. The staff is superb! They are attentive and caring and make sure the guests are having a good time! It is very apparent that the staff enjoys their job and it shows. This property is well maintained and managed. La Toc ROCKS! Would highly recommend this vacation resort to anyone.

Review of Turks and Caicos
Weather and Beaches are awesome. My reason for giving it 3 stars would be they cancelled the adult activities at night so the 20-25 people can watch the NBA Finals, could’ve had the game on with no sound and still had the activities. The GM needs to go back for a refresher course in hospitality. Also, the advertised a movie at the Italian Village pool and when we got there it was just audio, no video.. many other things, albeit small things added up to be annoying enough to garner a 3 and I was being generous...as far as cancelling adult activities due to professional sports, they cancelled it 3 nights for the games, Hockey game was on inside TVs but adult activities still went on thankfully.

Granada trip
We had the most amazing holiday! The resort had just reopened and the staff were all about making us feel safe and have a good time. Their attention to detail and cleanliness was exceptional. We had a butler for the first time - I didn’t think A Sandals holiday could get much better but WOW!!! Crystal, Leanna and Curt certainly made this an experience we will never forget!!! They were always one step ahead making our stay truly amazing. They made everyday more special than the next . I cannot be more please to be part of this Sandals family!!

Just arrived
Great so far. Missed a star because of one little disappointment. We are club level guest so I called Club Sandals after realizing I left my toothbrush as king for help getting one. The person who answered said, “we don’t have toothbrushes here but they have in the gift shop.” I gave him an opportunity to redeem himself by saying “Is the Club Sandals Concierge referring me to the gift shop. He said “but we don’t any toothbrushes here.” All I was hoping was to avoid a trip to the gift shop so he could have offered to have one brought over and charge it to my room since I was tired from the many hours of travel. I still love Sandals.

Disappointed in Barbados
Our booking category was ocean front club level. With that we were supposed to have concierge level service. From the time we landed in Barbados we quickly realized that was not what we were receiving. Every request we had we were told no to…included asking for a second room key. Restaurants were not available…walk up restaurants were booked for hours, club level exclusive excursions unavailable. When asked to speak with management of club level they stated they would investigate my concerns and would follow up with me…48 hours later no follow up. I have managed my own bookings, even finding private transportation to explore our options….save your money and book elsewhere!

All of the stated entertainment activities? NEVER HAPPENED. Food availability was scarce. Only 2 lunch choices. Pizza being one. Flies and seagulls everywhere around the food and you. More options if you pay thousand+ more for a butler but if not-and you pay plenty anyway!!- you actually have limited availability in several areas!! Don’t expect a thing to happen on the resort after 9:30. One ‘pub’ open for drinks. I could do that at hone for a considerable less amount of money. Pool supposed to be open 24 hours but no lights. Half of the fire pits are unused. Empty cocktail glasses litter the grounds and stay there for days. Oh and the pool bar-only place with frozen drinks-closes at 6. 6:30 if you are really lucky. It’s 10:30pm and I’m in bed. Wow. Could’ve bought a car instead.

Horrible app
I’ve just downloaded this app 10 minutes ago and I want to rip my hair out. Even though you have the option to choose “enable Touch ID” and “remember my user name,” the app does neither. I have had to sign in 3 times in the last 10 minutes because once you get out of the app; you have to type in everything again. Also, this did not contain all the extras that I had in my booking. There is an area where you can see extra purchases and only one of the two purchases are noted. I had to end up calling Sandals to straighten this out. On their end, they had both of my extra purchases. Lastly, this was showing that I had an $85 balance due even though my trip has been fully paid (this was also verified over the phone). This app is terrible.

Amazing
The service at Sandals is above any I’ve experienced in the works. Our butler team was amazing. LaTonya was the perfect fixer. She knew what you wanted before you asked and she made it happen. Tori was Ms Personality. She was always smiling and making your day brighter. Nicholas was Mr Johnny on the Spot! You called and he was there. The team was superb. They started the day with us and catered to our every need until bed time. They are the reason we will return. This was the best vacation we’ve had input 37 years of marriage and we take a trip every year. Thanks team! #sandalslove

Ruined Anniversary
We are on day 4 of our 10 day anniversary dream trip and Sandals ruined our 20 year anniversary last night. We paid $1000 for romance package and not one thing went as promised. They did not bring the champagne. They refused the spa treatment we signed up for at the cabana and said we had to go inside to get the leg and feet massage as we signed up for. Worst of all though the escort never showed up at the designated meeting place to take us to our candlelight dinner . We ended up having to eat a hamburger and fried fish at the pub on our 20 year anniversary. VERY poorly run facility as so many other issues outside of this also to discuss. I have over 1500 nights with Marriott and know what good looks like. Never again at a sandals

Changes…NOT for the better
This is our eleventh (or 12th) visit to Sandals Ochi since1992! We are timeshare owners since 2009 and Sandals Signature Guests. We have brought dozens of couples to this Sandals, and all but one have returned to this same resort! We have experienced lots of changes with some being great and others so-so. This trip, we are using our timeshare as COV!D shut down the resort and we didn’t want to lose our year. For that, we were NOT given our ‘Sandals return guest T-shirt’ from the Sandals loyalty office yesterday! Yep, you are reading correctly! We have had the most amazing time . The persons I recall the most that made us feel a bit more special were Fernando , and Stefano (snapshots) . It’s amazing how polite and happy everyone is on this island . Beautiful views . We took a catamaran boat trip with mud bath and snorkeling we had so much fun that is a must to do while you are here . We also took the horse back ride and swim which was also amazing .. We are sandals people and we just finished our best trip ever! Sandals always has the beauty you would expect but the only difference you will find is the people who work at resorts. All sandals try very hard to deliver the best service but Latoc has delivered the best. From people taking care of landscape to people who bring room service every single one of them care that your experience is great. Everyone asked and was genuine. We had an incredible stay at SANDALS ROYAL BAHAMIAN this past week! From the wonderful hospitality, to the awesome five star plus restaurants, we were truly impressed. It was wonderful to meet Lucky and his staff. They really go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure their guests are well taken care of. Smiles were everywhere, and the food and service were impeccable! Our experiences with the Red Lane Spa, Loyalty and Travel, and Island Routes were OUTSTANDING! We were treated like royalty! Service is impeccable
Started with our private transportation driver, Jasper, who took a lot of time to show us the sites and provide us Jamaican history - just a nice man all around. Bartender Mark at Dutch pool was great. Security guard Andre Watson was so helpful and attentive. Lifeguard “Big Oscar” was the man - always around if u need anything. But my 2 main guys - butlers Ainsley and Devaughn, have made our trip the most relaxing and enjoyable one we could have imagined. Think goodness we still have 2 days left - best vacation ever!

Best birthday week!
We enjoyed our week here along with our a friend that share a birthday in March as well. Everyone has been so nice. Agnes at the omelette station is so sweet & cheerful every morning. Albert the food & beverage mgr was a delight to talk too. Mr. G at the royalty & rewards was super sweet. Pulled some strings to get us into the busy Gordon’s for our birthdays tonight. To my surprise my room was decorated with Balloons & a Happy Birthday sign. Chocolate cake & champagne was waiting in an iced bucket as well. Thank you for the bottom of my heart. My husband and our friends Ron & Marlena also loved the dive master Marie ❣️

Best Vacation We Have Ever Taken..Booking Another
Sandals Barbados has been the best vacation we have ever taken. Hands down, we have never felt so welcomed, so at home, and just so relaxed. This has been our first Sandals trip but it will not be our last. I fact, we plan to book before we leave and encourage friends to come along. If you are on the fence as we were for two years, jump off and book..I promise this will be the best vacation you have ever taken.

Noisy property
Water is gorgeous, sand is amazing. However, three guests participating in a dance class, but the entire property is filled with the teacher’s loud voice over the booming sound system. All the other guests around the pool and the beach area are subjected to the overbearing noise. Take the class to the other end of the large pool and isolate the speakers to that area instead disrupting the entire beach front along with an entire pool area. Have your construction people work at night on the new pier with the loud drilling, loud diesel engine on the crane, instead of during our beach time. Lots of noise and the smell of diesel fumes. Besides that, staff is very sweet and friendly. :)

The Manor Restaurant
Ashaki at The Manor was a phenomenal server! Her recommendations for food and drink choices were perfect! Highly recommend the food and her great service! Prior to dinner, Omar and Akeem made us a variety of drinks to try at the Polo Lounge while we waited for a table at the Manor. They didn’t have our reservation that we booked last night, but the host got us in when something was available and we were so grateful! The food was wonderful and the atmosphere was perfect!

Not up to standards
So far, the customer service in the bars and non-reserved restaurants are terrible. The staff have no personality, not friendly, do not smile, and don’t seem to care how slow they are. Aolos and Butch’s were out of several food items. I also had a taxi reserved a day prior to pick us up at 8am for a 9am tour. The taxi did not show until 8:45 causing us to be late, and told us there was nothing in their logs about an 8am pickup. The staff in the club lounge did not care and just nodded their head saying we can talk to the manager. This is not acceptable as all other Sandals have been amazing! What a waste of money spent here.

No app Support
The app worked fine...when I could get in. After an update, I could not access the app. When I used the Forgotten Password feature multiple times, the email instructions were never received. When I opened an App Support ticket, they referred me to Customer Support at the 800# and closed the ticket. The Customer Support Rep didn’t know how to reset the password and referred me back to Support. So, I’m on vacation now and can’t use it. Not very good advertising....

The best
Let me start off by saying that my Sandals experience exceeded our expectations ! By the time eat and drink and stay in sandals you will agree ! The air fare was kinda high but that’s not sandal’s. You do NOT HAVE TO TIP, so do not feel obligated because you may get the people in trouble, as we tried to tip the bar tender and someone came out and had a talk with him. The room service attendant may except tips but that’s about it. 5 star ***** for us.

App is horrible
The app continuously makes me log in (even though the “keep me logged in” option is checked). Under the “Trips” tab, it continuously makes me try and sign up for the rewards....BUT you CANNOT sign up for the rewards until you’ve gone on vacation. So then when i try and go back to “My Trip”, i have to again log in and “Find my trip”. Super annoying considering the amount of money we’re paying to go on a Sandals vacation. The least that could happen is they update their app. I will say the app is cool to see what options are available on your trip. That’s the only reason the app got a 2 Star.

Sandals Stay
We came here because of the Butler service and the golf cart transport; my husband and I, both, have failing joints and bodies. It has been amazing! Jamoy and Patrian are an incredible team, so attentive and kind. We are already talking about a return visit, a longer stay, but only with Patrian and Jamoy. We also loved our driver from the airport, Shaun, and have already requested him on Saturday when we leave. An awesome place to be comfortable!

Massage on November 10, 2022
I want to thank Maria for one of the best massages I have ever received while on vacation. Usually while away from my own massage therapist back home I only receive a “cookie cutter” same routine massage. Maria listened to my area of concerns and addressed these areas with the perfect amount of pressure. She is absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend her! She deserves much praise and appreciation! Helpful app but misses the mark
I find the app very helpful leading up to a trip and while on property. It’s also nice to have a way to communicate with the property team to report issues and provide feedback on employees who provide exceptional service. My only real complaint about the app is that the daily schedule is not usually accurate. Event times while on property are frequently inaccurate, and occasionally wrong day of week or location.

Functional but not working properly
I have been able to obtain a lot of information from the app however the daily planner only partially works. The description for activities are not visible when I click on them. I also believe I should be able to book dinner reservations in advance from the app but can’t….the extra resort activities can’t be booked either. It should be more options at least a week before arrival so that I have more availability options.

Very poor
Using the app requires you to create a loyalty account and answer a number of questions - all of which aren’t relevant if you are on a property and want to access the schedules, maps, etc. However, you can’t get to that info without answering all the questions they want for an upsell. Have tried for hours to connect my booking number/date with the app without success. It’s a 2 day response time from Sandals support and the local team (I am currently at a resort) hasn’t been able to help. Maybe worry more about creating an outstanding experience and then try to get me to book again?

Why I give 3 stars only
Everything is beautiful here and the staff is very friendly. The accommodations are fantastic. The food service is horrific! I have never stayed at an All-Inclusive and have been hungry until now. Getting food in a timely manner is not happening in any restaurant much less from room service. It’s every meal as well. Not just dinner. It’s definitely a way to make sure there is no food waste but it’s definitely a big turn off at returning for another vacation. It’s very disappointing. We have eaten at 1 restaurant 3 times because it seems to be the fastest. We were just given our food and it only took 1.5 hrs to get to us. When coming to these resorts, you hope to try all the restaurants, but by the time you get your lunch, you are not hungry for dinner. It makes me think they plan it this way. Very frustrated patron!

First Class Experience
From the moment you get off the plane at the Sandals lounge you get the Sandals experience. BMW transfers, greeted upon arrival by your butler to make your room and refreshments to your liking. Our butlers made sure each days experience and dinner reservations were set perfectly. The additional benefit of the Royal Caribbean Resort is the Sandals Island and pocket beach/pool areas allowing you to enjoy others company or find privacy when you prefer.

Overall Experience at Ocho Rios October 2018.
From the moment of our arrival a request for specific building was granted. Cindy in the front desk was instrumental in making sure that our request was honored. Even behind the scenes before our arrival Georgia and Debi were working diligently to be sure all requests were honored. Our Butlers were spectacular both Romaine and Nadia were very attentive and responsive to every request or demand we had.

Helpful If Already At Resort
This application is probably the most helpful if you have already checked in, at a Sandals resort. It lists restaurants and daily events, and there are many. You don’t want to miss a big beach party or show. The app is weaker for previewing places that you might want to visit, but go ahead and download this app if you are going to be at Sandals. It even has your account information. If you are resort shopping, you should use the Internet and visit the webpages, and you should call to ask questions.

1st Time
Our only regret is not discovering this wonderful resort sooner. Royal Carribean in Jamaica is absolutely stunning and the staff from all levels are beyond gracious and about serving you while you are escaping chaos elsewhere. Teach You about Love in a world full of hate. I gained much from my experience here and I greatly appreciate every single staff member who works here to make our stay remarkable. We cannot wait to get back. ONE LOVE!!!

Best vacation ever
I truly enjoyed my vacation at Montego Bay Sandals. I love to dance and the night entertainment was great Alicia taught me several island dances and their show was great every night for 6 nights. My butler Andre was great. I’m happy to say the food was great. I tried all the water sports, but scuba. I loved the all inclusive idea. I didn’t need to leave the resort. Shorty took great care of us at the cabana. Kevin took the best photos.

Great app
Routing my questions thru the app was very convenient and was responded to quick. Its a one stop shop app where you can book your restaurants- check out their menus, book tours, spa, schedule activities with the vacation scheduler & chat with Gina, where anything vacation gets answered or addressed. Third time on a Sandals property & didnt realize how handy this is.

Not Figured Out
For what Sandals charges you would think they would get this App figured out so vacationers would NOT STRESS OUT over such so they could for once just sit back & relax! Don’t even put the option of the Butler service on there and then put not available yet if your IT team doesn’t have it figured out! I myself, work very hard for this type of vacation and when I download an App that shows various options and then get to the resort and they won’t work that causes me to “work on vacation” Just delete the App until you get it figured out instead of misleading people! Simple as that!
