I have had this app for a couple weeks I can not clip coupons. I spoke to a couple people at my local store and the workers have the same problem. I emailed them and they got back with me told me what to try to do but still can not clip any. Would be a nice app if not for this
Tried signing up so that I could access digital coupons before heading to the store. Such a PAIN!!! Kept telling me to “add a card number” Which… I added my S&S card number. I didn't WANT to add a credit card! Created an account then couldn’t log in; “no email found”, I JUST created the account! Never was able to click coupons. Every time I clicked one it sent me back to “confirm password” and REPEAT and REPEAT and REPEAT … Finally just deleted the app; not worth the aggravation!!
Can't view eCoupons tab after updating to iOS 13. I get an error that I need to enable cookie settings. I don't have cookies blocked for Safari and there are no settings for cookies in the app. So I can't add coupons to my card now. Needs fixed and updated ASAP.
The app is worthless. A grocery app should allow you to check products available and pricing. You can’t do that unless you sign up for Instacart. Each time I fall for trying to see if something has changed, I go straight to a competitor
There’s a perks app and a shop n save app. Perks let’s me clip coupons. Shop n save app gives an error on coupons. They advertise a turkey tracker but it’s anywhere I can find.
Did anyone actually test this app before being released? Pretty worthless. I even tried to use the contact and even that didn’t work. You should call Giant Eagle for some suggestions or hire their IT.
