This app constantly crashes, freezes, and throws errors. I would be all for providing constructive feedback in an attempt to make travel better. This does not seem to be that. Rather, it is a poorly designed charade to slow the number of complaints opened via other channels. Why not just learn from FlyingBlue and ignore support tickets outright for months rather than giving us another piece of technology that does not work properly, thus further infuriating us?
This app is a mere fig leaf on a loosely configured alliance. It offers no tangible benefit or service to SkyPriority customers or Skyteam Elite (+) customers. It doesn’t work and has the value of a postcard or advertisement. The app is demonstrates a shameful disregard for customers and a cynical attempt to attract negative feedback off public platforms.
This app immediately logs me out as soon as I login. It says it has been fixed, but as of Nov 7, 2019 it has not been for iPhones running the current OS
The SkyPriority Panel App allows eligible customers (First, Business Class or SkyTeam Elite Plus cardholders) to share their experiences on SkyPriority services. Panel members can evaluate the SkyPriority touchpoints & Lounge experience they have experienced during their journey via a short checklist. It is very easy and convenient to use and observations can be submitted in less than 60 seconds.
