Where can past winners be seen? Why such a limited way to get questions answered?
Hello, Overall I like Slips, but I do have a few concerns. Where is there a place to see all or any past large winners? I have no idea if anyone who won a significant amount was paid out to. Also, how are large winners notified? What is the procedure? Where can they retrieve the actual paper ticket? Or, how does it work? Also, why is there not a way to live chat or ask questions? Or a contact phone number? If there is these things? Where? For example, a slips charge is made initiated by slips, maybe I don’t recognize the timing of the yearly fee, or maybe didn’t see my balance has ran low, where can I get a calming quick explanation of these sort of charges? Thanks!
Well, I like it a lot so far and if I’m able to withdrawal my winnings to pay pal and how long it will take or if I get anything as t all is yet to be seen. So I will keep everyone updated . Although, I don’t like the website it could have been ALOT better! And I can’t find where to subscribe so that I can getby lottery tickets and pick my own numbers. And I can’t even find where the lottery ticket is and it’s numbers etc for the free ticket they give when you sign up…🤨 And I can’t find where I would even pay for the subscription if that’s what they’re saying u need in order to get lottery tickets…? It seems cool at first, until you realize that when you make a bet, its against another person who places the exact opposite bet of you. What you dont know is that almost never will you receive a player to bet against you. Ive had $30 in my account for months now, have placed a dozen wagers, and still have not found a single player to bet against me anymore. On top of that, the only way to collect your payout is through a check in the mail, even though they have many different deposit options available. So now i have to wait for a $30 check. And lastly, the customer service is non existent. Ive reached out to them on multiple occasions and still have yet to receive anything back from them at all. All in all, ive given up on Slips. It was really cool when it came out but it just seems now its dying, or something is clearly being done wrong. I would not recommend spending money on this app.
So excited to find this app! It’s the actual real lottery but we can buy tickets from our phone instead of going in store. Love that it has social/DM component so I can play with friends or family if I want, go in together for office pools, etc. PLUS it holds on to the tickets and automatically pays out your account so I don’t have to worry about losing tickets and missing out on $$$. Such a pretty and well thought out app! No bugs, modern design, clean and easy to use. So refreshing compared to anything else in the lotto/convenient store space.
Hello Slips, I just downloaded this app, Not too long ago. The issue with this application is the Terms & Service. I see no sign of this app being endorsed by any state lottery in the contract. I proceeded to buy tickets from slips without proper knowledge of this. And as soon as I purchase tickets the order was never fulfilled. That’s not the only thing that worries me about this application, I noticed in the terms of service that the ticket is brought through a licensed retailer. How can customers be confident that our money will be given to us? We also don’t know if a retailer doesn’t steal the ticket. And having knowledge that the customers are not allowed to go and pick the ticket up is a huge red flag. As I continue to read reviews of this application, I see more reasons to try another app. Too many commenters saying that they couldn’t receive their payout money, and it never went directly into their bank account after cashing out. To avoid a lawsuit this company needs to update their terms of service agreement, Especially not being able to sign a lottery ticket. Customers should be able to sign a lottery ticket purchased through the app.
Gave this app a try with their massive Christmas promo codes give away. I have to say it’s impressive - getting a ticket is very easy. The numbers appear shortly after - as they buy physical tickets and scan them into the system. It’s also super easy to check your numbers. Tap on any ticket and it shows the drawing plus any numbers you have matched. You can also join pools with friends or random Slips users - a really cool feature! Ultimately I’d love to see the following improvements before I’d trust my gambling money to the app: 1. Insurance up to possible jackpot. I know the company is legitimate, but what happens if the physical ticket is stolen or damaged? 2. Services to claim your lottery winnings anonymously. With a physical ticket you can claim winnings via a “trust” in some states, therefore safeguarding your identity. Slips could even charge to have this service provided to the jackpot winner
I was skeptical of a lottery app as I’ve had problems in the past trying to buy tickets on my phone, but Slips is awesome! It is so much more than just buying tickets too. There is a social element where I can play lotto games with friends and keep track of all different kinds of drawings happening. For anyone who plays lottery even occasionally, this is a no brainer. You’ll never have to stand in line at a convenience store again or deal with outdated lottery websites.

A brilliant idea to be able to purchase lottery tickets online. However, you might want to check out the terms and conditions. With this service you do not buy an actual lottery ticket, instead one is purchased for you and held for you. In the event “your” ticket is a substantial winner, you will have to pick it up. I may have missed it, but its not completely clear from whom or where this can be done. Finally, each ticket purchased for you includes a substantial fee. If you are okay with the additional fee and mechanics of this, it is a great idea. I am perhaps too cynical, and remain concerned about what might really happen if The person or persons responsible for purchasing and processing actual lottery tickets, discovered a multi million dollar winning ticket among those purchased for app customers. The app appears to be relatively new, so it is possible that some of these potential issues will be worked out and clarified.
Still waiting for FIRST PAYOUT for over a Month. (Edit: I DID RECEIVE PAYOUT ROUGHLY 40-50 days after requesting) Seems neat at first and it’s easy to make a small amount of profit. Then you start to see some bets are recorded as a Loss or Draw regardless if you chose correctly. There’s also ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Was so excited to find this app after the ad popped up on my Instagram! I have our state lottery app and don’t care for it much, and this one looked so much more user-friendly and fun! I work from home and I’m building a business, so I definitely don’t get out as much these days and I’ve been hoping to buy for the Powerball. I downloaded the app and set up all my info, only to be met with “out of location” when I try to buy tickets. So this doesn’t even work in my area... after all of that. Maybe if it’s only available for use in certain places, that would be good to know before downloading? Using my lunch break to go to the gas station and buy a ticket there, instead. Fingers crossed.
So many times when I pass a gas station I tell myself I need to grab a lotto ticket but life always gets in the way and it’s easy to forget. Not only is Slips so great at reminding me & convenient to play, I’m also able to get my friends involved. There’s nothing better than a good multi-million dollar sweat with your good friends. Won $60 overtime off of a $10 deposit and decided to request a withdrawal “March 25th, 2024” (which I didn’t know was check only). So I was like okay F it and still went with it. The app says the check takes around 5-7 days to deliver but after about 10 days “April 5th, 2024” I emailed them to let them know I STILL haven’t received anything!… today is now April 17th, 2024 and I still haven’t received a check or a email back from them about when I will receive the check or anything. If I were any of y’all I would stay far away from this app, they lie and I don’t even think they have a real customer service. Wish I could give this app 0 stars
With the jackpots getting so high now the Slips App allows users to play in pools of 10, but they are not effectively using it to the best of the customer or their business’s advantage. They have many pools that are not full and should have a way to fill the pools with players before just having a bunch of pools that cannot play because they don’t get the required 10 players. Customers miss out on playing and they miss out on the sales they could have made if they allowed the pools to fill up.

I was questioning if I’d actually like this app before downloading it but I’m so happy I did because I absolutely love it and how simple and easy they make it to navigate and use the app even if its your first time and have no idea what to do (like me) it’s really easy to figure it out. Worst customer service or non existent! Placed a bet and didn’t get pay, emailed them with screenshots they replied the next day asking me for name and phone number, emailed them back 3 times since then and still haven’t receive an answer 1 week later, decided to cashout because of the bad experience and they only do mail checks! Still haven’t receive and email back nor get paid for my first bet!!!!! Update: don’t tell me to email you because i have been sending emails since last week and still no response!!!
Reading the one review of the person that spent $33 & nothing was ordered, and also how they were kicked out of a group pool etc. In addition to I didn’t/don’t understand exactly how to order, is there a fee added to each game played? Or a limit to how many consecutive days in a row you can play? Fantasy 5 as an example. Also, HOW do you pick your numbers?? Didn’t see anything to tap on. It’s all very confusing! My first time writing a review for an app but this one deserves it! I was sick of driving to the gas station to buy powerball tickets and having to use their ATM to pull out cash to pay (I never have cash). Slips is so easy and CONVENIENT. Also love splitting tickets with my friends and my office just signed up for a subscription to play together every week!
Before you download just know they charge you for every slip you make every bet every lottery pick they charge you for everything which means they are not a betting app they take your bets and place them somewhere else and if you win, you really get chump change, compared to what they’re probably gettingdo not download go down the street and get a lottery ticket or go on a better betting app you will never really win enough money because of the fees that come behind this app Slips you should be ashamed of yourself

After discovering this app, I have to say that I’m very disappointed that I didn’t discover sooner. I now have won using “Slips” more times playing lottery, then going to the store and buying a ticket. It is also less waste by not printing out tickets that will end up in the garbage.
This app is fabulous. There is never a glitch. They keep you up on the odds and how much time there is left. And it keeps track of my winnings and I can get them anytime I want. Easy to use app with high transactional fees for funding your account and purchasing tickets. Can’t buy the number of tickets you may want, they offer only a few choices. Can’t pick your own numbers either. Seems legit though and I’ve been using the app for a few weeks. It’s annoying that after a purchase the screen is taken to a message page. I’d like it to go back to the list of lotteries to purchase. Thank you!
This is hands down my favorite app of 2021. I can buy all my favorite lottery tickets and not have leave the couch. The app is clean and very user friendly. I have some friends who already won some $$$. My girlfriend and I get so excited for the next drawings. Highly recommend this for anyone who loves winning $$$!!
My husband and I are in our sixties and sometimes we don’t feel like driving to a store or we might not feel good that day so this is a great way to get out tickets with out leaving our home. I really do appreciate being able to use this app!
I had downloaded this app and deposited $25. I had made a couple bets and was up $68. When I tried to withdraw there is no direct deposit or PayPal. They said they would mail me a check when I gave them my correct address four months later and the check is still here. I’ve tried contacting their customer support many many times, they will not talk to the customer regarding their issues and it seems they pocket your money so be aware and bet on another app
Want to get in to sports betting but don’t understand parlays or maybe you just don’t want to mess with the other guys’ clunky, cluttered interfaces? Then download Slips and start betting with basically the push of a button. Just make your deposit, place your bet and wait for a rival to take it.
I like the convenience of buying the tickets online. I just have a hard time getting around the app. Can never find my tickets, but that might just be me 😂😂😂 If you haven’t tried it I’d recommend you do, it’s so much easier than going to the store. Have fun!!!

If you add $10 to your account, you’ll pay $1.75 in fees. Then, when you go to buy a ticket, you’ll pay another $1 fee for every type of ticket you want to buy. If you buy one Powerball ticket, one Mega Millions ticket, and one Super Lotto Plus ticket, that’s $3 in fees added to a $5 purchase. And then there are more fees if you plan to buy more than five tickets. There are also minimums for different types of transactions, which drives the fees even higher. Using this app is like death by a thousand cuts.
so still new to this online buying tickets instead of person. question example if i won the power all or mega one will they still accept this app ticket instead of a paper ticket? i searched online about buying tickets on apps instead of person and some sites said this is not safe or it’s better in person to get the ticket. just wondering if this is legit cause i don’t want to keep wasting money on app that will have me waste my time going to claim prize and they say they don’t accept mobile apps.

When i try to check my tickets this app has Way too much trouble with pulling up my slips and showing my results. It often takes 5-6 times attempting to see my results with the winning numbers!! Also i wish we could pick our own numbers!! This app would be great if they could figure these things out!!
This app makes playing lottery so easy! I only had to subscribe once and my tickets are picked up and I get my numbers for every drawing. I already won on my first lottery ticket and I got it cashed and deposited into my bank account. It’s hassle free!

App would be good if the App provided people in States with no lottery chance to participate . People in neighboring states with no lottery can drive to buy tickets in person, Yet this app will not allow it? I downloaded the app while in San Diego and now I am denied to use my balance or get a payout, because I am not in California ( the service area?). It seems to me this app is missing out on a great money making opportunity, many people like me who would like to buy in.

They let you link your pay pal for deposits only. To cash out they mail you a check. All this digital currency and instant withdrawals on every other platform I play on. It’s a very good concept and app. However, after a couple week now and now I am unable to play or join any pools. Also I am unable to add money. I am getting error “Oh no, out of location” ?!!! ☹️
California lottery sent out a notice that this app is illegal and they won’t pay out on any tickets won from here. When I questioned them on it they never responded so I transferred my winnings out only to find out they never actually transferred it to my bank account. They took the money and when I try to reach out to remedy that, again no response. I would stay far away from this app
