Stasher Luggage Storage

I don’t normally leave reviews but figured I should here since I was originally skeptical due to the low number of reviews on this app. My experience with Stasher in San Diego was quick and easy with no issues. I liked that the app didn’t try to hide what the location was before you booked — the location near me was a hotel and I was able to call and verify that they did have a partnership with Stasher. This was better than other apps I was looking at which did not disclose the actual location until after you booked — those other ones felt a bit sketchy to me. I booked my spots with the Stasher app, arrived at the hotel, and dropped my bags off within 5 minutes after they checked my ID. I was able to pick them up a few hours later and felt that they were secure while I was gone. Overall very happy with Stasher, despite some initial skepticism — will definitely use them again!

Needed a place to store our luggage in Washington D.C. yesterday, so we tried this app for the first time. We found a storage place (hotel) close to the building we had tour reservations for and booked it. No issues with booking at all. Dropped our luggage off, they tagged our luggage and gave me a tag with a claim number so I could pick my luggage back up. Picking up our luggage was just as easy. It was awesome to have a place to bring our luggage since we had to check out of our hotel and had too much time to waste before our flight. Great concept and more affordable than another storage app that has to do with luggage. ;)

I needed to store my big backpack near Fort William Station in Scotland, where ScotRail did not have a Left Luggage or Locker option in operation. The Stasher app was super-handy, on my iPhone, finding me an available spot just a few minutes walk away. Based on this excellent experience, I used Stasher another several times on my UK trip, even on the fly with like an hour's notice, always positive.

Our airbnb host suggested we use this since we couldn’t check in until 4pm. It was about a 10 minute walk from where we were staying, and it was super convenient! We walked right in, took a picture of our luggage as per instructions, and came back at our designated time with no issues. Would use again!

This is a great app that solves for a huge pain point for travelers aka everyone. It was easy to book, find a near by location for drop off luggage, but in app navigation still needs some work. The user experience needs adjustments and some enhancement in order to fully enjoy this app.

We had some plans fall through our last day in Portland with a 7:45 pm flight and an 11am check out time from our Air BnB and so I thought “there has to be an app for that”—and there was! Thank you so much for existing! We were able to check our bags into a local Kombucha Taproom nearby and stocked up on some amazing Kombucha as well! Will definitely be using again! Cheers!

Needed to store some non-essentials while doing a hut-to-hut hike in the Rätikon. None of the nearby rail stations had lockers. Stasher made it simple to find and reserve a storage locker at a mall in Bürs. Drop off and pickup was simple and automated, and bags were safely waiting for me a few days later. Would definitely use again.

I’ve used Stasher several times in Scotland and England. It works well. Lots of places available so there’s usually one that’s pretty convenient.

Great design, very easy to use and a lot of storage points

Makes traveling so much easier. The hosts I’ve used are really nice and even got one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had at one of them.

I booked for Elita car rental location near LAX and the location did not know anything about Stasher or storing luggage. I also called another location on the list, Jays Rental in Venice beach and they would store luggage but were not affiliated with stasher and said you pay in person.

The app worked well; the Stasher host at Organic Deli Cafe in Oxford UK was fast and friendly; the whole thing was smooth and safe.

When I arrived to my spot, there was no one there and no way to enter the building even though it was supposedly open 24/7. When I called customer service I was hung up on. I had to find alternate storage.

Legit - worked out great for me in London.
