Needs better functions

There needs to be a back button. Once you look at an item you have to start the search again. I added an item to my cart online then added the app and the item wouldn’t show in the cart and I made sure to log in on both. Please help the app!

Awful! Do not order from them!

Ordered and after 2 month, no order received by me and 4 emails later trying to get a response... I was told I will not get my order and to fill out information on a link, to attempt to contact, to TRY to get a return bc they are filing bankruptcy. HORRIBLE customer service! Took me sending 4 emails just to get a response. They couldn’t try to get my order or even a courteous credit. Nothing! Now I’ll have to ride the rollercoaster of trying to get my money back for a refund. You have been warned....

Incredible deals

Me and my wife are obsessed with this website! The deals are incredible! We buy all our products from them, from household items to office products. Highly recommend Tanga for people who are always looking for steals and deals.

Great products but......

We really enjoy this app and your products and also the prices too but we ordered something a month ago and it still hasn’t arrived! The amount of time it takes to receive the products we ordered is ridiculous!

Waste of time and money

When they 1st started they was great didn’t take long to get your stuff prices was really good and customer service was great now they ship 99% of there stuff from China so it takes months to get and that’s IF you get it and customer service either tells you to keep waiting or will not respond at all so if you have months to wait to get your stuff go to wish they are cheaper and it takes just as long (VERY DISAPPOINTED)

Seems ok

For the reviewer that said there needs to be a back button, I agree, that would be nice BUT you can swipe the screen and it goes back! :)

No back button

When I select a product to look at there is no back button to go back to go back to the items. Also shipping takes waaaaay to long, I understand it would take long but it was just extra long. So if you plan on buying a gift order it like a month and a half in advance.

Needs work...

I love Tanga. I order from them all the time, and the idea of an app is nice. You can tell this app is in its infancy however. There needs to be a menu you can access to see your cart, account, past orders etc. If that functionality is there now, I was unable to locate it. A menu at the top in one of the corners would be nice to make the app as easy and accessible as the webpage.

Do not buy anything!!!!

I placed an order, they took my money, never fulfilled my order and refused to give me a refund because they’re under bankruptcy. Beware!!!!

Crashes & needs to save cart!

I like the idea of this app a lot, but at present it crashes a great deal and does not save the items in my cart. I thought maybe I needed to be signed in, but that didn't resolve the cart issue either. Crashes happen and I understand that, but to lose all the items in your cart each time they happen or if you navigate away is very frustrating. Changes to the cart would definitely change my review of this app.

Missing menu options

I've been trying to locate where are the menu options in this version, the full browser one does show it , would be convenient that after purchases are complete we have a means to track our package. Thanks

Great start needs a few things

I have bought a few things from here great deals the only thing that needs improvement is the app will crash randomly and they don't have a way to track what you bought besides emails they sent you besides that great app

Loved using the app!

A couple of suggestions that I would make to improve the app: a search button, and a button to easily return to your shopping cart, please! Overall, great browsing & purchasing experience!! Thnx for an app!!!!! Love shopping with you!!! 😊

Filter

I love, love, LOVE this website, but it isn't fair that it doesn't have a filter button! It really makes the shopping difficult for me & I'm sure for others. I don't feel satisfied the end of browsing. I had to get off because it's hard to shop..

Website still wins

App needs at minimum a search bar and quicker way for multiple products to load. Also a home button accessible from every page without scrolling.

Prolonged delivery & app needs improvement

I love the deals but it's taking forever for my package to come. Also on the app, there's no button to get to your cart, the only way is to add an item to your cart and then you can see it. And then there's no way to view your account. There needs to be a menu bar with settings and the cart.

This app is awesome

I love the deals and effortless shopping, I just wish there was a search box integrated into the app for faster finds! Patiently waiting for the update!

WTH???

I can't even find out how to add an item to my shopping cart and I've been shopping online for over 12 years!!! Not the best app... Most likely the worst!!! Viewing one item at a time is a waste of time!! Maybe your developers should check out other apps and then try again??!! Might want to start with having a "search" option...

Crashy App!!

Every so often the app crashes. When you restart, everything in your shopping cart is gone and you have to start over. Seems to have good deals but actually purchasing seems to be a matter of luck and skill. Too much work! After three crashes I give up and will buy things elsewhere.

So much easier than getting online everyone, but the app definitely needs a search bar and a filter! Other than that it's awesome!

Great website but app needs work

Please fix crashing! Crashes in login and checkout, also can not get back to cart when looking at more items without adding an item to the cart. Please save my cart between visits or when app crashes!

I DONT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM HERE

I purchased a camera and NEVER received it. They Charged my card really quick but was very difficult to get my money back. They have no contact number. U have to leave a voice mail and MAYBE someone will EMAIL you if your lucky enough. 0 stars. Dont buy anything.

Annoying

App is slow to load items as you scroll (one item viewable at a time) Spent 45 minutes adding 7 things to my cart to buy for gifts, only for the app to crash and my cart went back to 0 items... TWICE. I give up.

Blank screen

I just downloaded the app but all I see when I open it is a blank white screen.

Bad PayPal Interface

PayPal interface needs work. Get to PayPal login but freezes. When I go to PayPal directly no problem with logging into their system.

No cart?

Just updated this app. I try to buy something, hit Add to Cart and nothing happens. There is nothing that I can see that even takes youth to a cart. Useless if got can't purchase anything.

This would be great...

if I could use it. Not Tanga's fault. I have an Ipod Touch 4- Does not run IOS 7 or 8. Many apps I have purchased over the years are now unusable. Wish I could get my money back. I love Tanga online but Just can't use their app because I refuse to put out $400 a year for a new Ipod.

No cart to fill

Love this site on the computer. But the app won't let u add anything to the cart. There isn't a cart to view or add to. Such a shame.

APP CRASHES

As far as deals, I think there MIGHT be some good ones, but I can't tell due to the app constantly crashing / force-closing!! Ugh!!!

Tanga monkey!

I would like to start out by saying tanga has the BEST prices. It’s like a high end wish. Much better than amazon and eBay! I shop here for all my expensive item needs. The app is the same as if you go online browsing, It’s an amazing experience. Very organized, and easy to maneuver. Love this app and love this company! The previous reviews from two years ago, are no longer accurate! This app is amazing! Much faster than online browsing as well.

Constant Crashes.

Love to buy your products, but your App is lacking. Constant crashes!!! After the crash my (full) shopping cart is empty. Latest iOS version as of 4/28/16 on 6+. Also I noticed after scrolling to the bottom of a long page, tapping the top of (very long) page doesn't bring me to top! No other way offered either besides manually scrolling up forever. In addition, clicking to pay with PayPal just takes me to your signup/sign in page. Deleting App.
