I used to use this app all the time & it worked great. A recent update messed this app up. It’s much more difficult to use & as a result I don’t ( really sometimes can’t) bid on items. Your sellers are loosing $ because the app is horrible to use… it freezes, searching for items is super clunky, sometimes if I open it it just gives me a white page. I rely on a mobile way to bid. Pls fix these issues.
App is ok if you can get into auctions. It errors out for me 90% of the time. Sometime only way to get into auction is via IE or safari through web and not ap. If I login on web access auction then mark items to watch, I can then open app and click on watches and 2 out of 3 times it will access my watches and allow me bid on those. App has lots of potential but needs cleaning up to be truly professional
While trying to bid last night, the ap froze 3 times. Several other times it would not accept my bid. Several other times it kicked me out. Towards the end every item appeared twice. It was just like old times. Poor performance costs the seller money. Hope you don’t so long to fix the problems.
I’m going to say it’s been about a month now that I sent a message in to Texas HiBids explaining this difficulty and it has continued the whole month I even thought of deleting the app and re-downloading it. Nothing has helped. You can get to it on the Internet but the app is useless here recently. Rewind to two months ago and the app was running great. Whatever y’all did to it messed it up.
This has to rank up there as one of the worst apps I have come across. It used to occasionally close on its own while browsing. Now it will not even load. It’s too bad. Online Auctions make money by selling online. Unfortunately, this app isn’t helping them
App does not install correctly on phone. Once you download the app it’s seems fine then you open the app and it will say no network connections. I went to my setting to see if I had to enable it on cellular. It is the only app i can not find. I have uninstalled and reinstalled three times.
Are they ever going to fix this app. It never works it always kicks me out and says no Internet connection. It shouldn’t take this long to fix an app they’re gonna lose a lot of business.
I was using this app a few months ago and it worked great! Now it doesn’t even connect! Whatever you did to update and/or change, please un-do it!!! You have ruined a good thing!!!
Gives me an internet connection error message when I am connected to the internet. App is non responsive to touch. I have reinstalled it and it simply doesn’t work
I’ve downloaded this app twice and each time it keeps telling me there’s a network error and I can’t access it through the app. I can only use the website
