Had take out before and loved everything about our Porky Fig and Southern Bbq Chicken pizza paired with the Blueberry and Almond salad. So my husband and I dropped in today for their Calzone and house salad. The Calzone was huge and the crust was wonderdul! You get to choose 3 toppings and they were so generous with it. I had to take half of it home. Our server was really attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We loved Katelyn, so bubbly and helpful. It was such a delightful experience, an icing on top of the great food!
Almost every time we go to the store there are two or three items we cannot get. Today they were out of pearl mozzarella balls and will not have any until next Monday. And, they do not have any Ocean Spray diet cranberry juice. Almost every time we go there, we then have to make a trip to Walmart to get the balance of the items we wanted. And, I do not want to have to go to Walmart. Quite disappointing!
I am updating this review because there was someone from customer service that cared enough yo figure out what was going on. I did have problems but they found a way to get this working again. So in the spirit of people make an imperfect world better. I raised my rating. (The original review is below) The app was working on the old phone. I upgraded and everything stopped working. I feel this is bad because I was testing the app at only one merchant. I contacted support but got little help. I checked the account online and had a card associated with the account. I re-entered the card on the new phone and it was not accepted because it was already registered. Now all new purchases are denied because the card is not registered (per support). I just to give up. Since it worked at one time, I have to give it more than one star
When signing up for the app to choose initial reward it prompted me for my phone’s location. Okay, no problem. But the list of rewards are for companies and products no where near me. I couldn’t sort them. I couldn’t specify my location. I couldn’t check and see if any of the rewards could be used in my area. Then when I did select something (based completely off the logo, thinking there is something like it near me) I could not go back when the only three locations listed for the reward were half way across the country. Poor development from the start.
Every time I come in here the service is great, food is phenomenal, and the beer is OUT OF THIS WORLD. I wasn't an IPA fan in the late 90s but Pinthouse Pizza/Brewery brought me right back in the saddle with beers like Training Bines, Electric Jellyfish, Green Battles, and of course the TX Standard. I always enjoy the atmosphere, treats and staff here at Pinthouse Brewery. Bartenders like Justin, Kiki, Cotton and the crew and outstanding and are one of the main reasons I keep coming back.
My car came out spotless- inside and out- after a round trip drive through rainstorms from Dallas to Houston on I- 45. Though several cars were ahead of mine to be vacuumed, washed and cleaned, the well organized procedures made the process go swiftly. Staff was helpful and cheerful and the complimentary beverage was appreciated. Highly recommend Tommy Terrific’s Car Wash.
I’ve used car washes and detail services around the country to see the best and the worst. Yes, the immaculately clean restrooms and waiting area is a welcomed change, but the most noticeable difference is the friendliness and detail-oriented staff who always greet me with a warm welcome. Good quality is important and keeps me coming back … it’s the staff who make me look forward to coming.
Our service was horrible. We have always had good service in the past. We were disappointed. Servers didn’t bring us things we asked for never brought us spoons for our dessert that was melting so we took from other tables to eat. I will be back because I love Garcias maybe this is a new server... so disappointed in visit this time. Patrick was our server
ZERO STARS!!! Support is horrible, takes days for a response and they ignore half the message. Now they won’t even reply to my message about a coupon and it’s been over a week. Update support told me they cannot apply my previous coupon and told me they gave me another one to make up for it but I’ve already spent the money on the previous wash you just don’t want to give me the money. I’ve had this issue in the past and it was resolved better than this. Very disappointed in the support for this app they continue to drop the ball
I rate this Car Wash a Five Star, because My SUV was very dirty and Everyone made it look Brand New when I left the Car Wash. I definitely will be back again because this will be My Car Wash. Like to come here because it has a lot of different items that other stores don’t have. sometimes I think the price is a little high and you have to check the dates cause some of dates are close to expiration on some of the items. On the whole if you want organic and a lot of healthy type items, this is a store you should go to
The food is great and the staff is friendly and very hospitable. We are only in the area for occasional appointments, but this is our choice for lunch every time we’re in Marin. We order the Barcelona Paella & Argentina Chimchurri w/salmon. For a quick, delicious meal that is far from fast food, this is it. Francisco, the manager and one of the cashiers, Cindy & Bianca are always so pleasant.
Nutrition smart is wonderful store with all the best ingredients and most of the products I buy consistently go on sale so I save money too. They send me coupons on my app so every few purchases I get $5 off. Love their small store I can get around easily and they’re juice bar and fresh food is great! Great place to shop. Customer service is very good as well.
My wife went to the Allen place and was shocked at the lack of service. We have been going there since it opened and are loyal. I went to the Plano and Besrat was wonderful as the greeter. This IS our new location now. So happy you did not sell it also. Loved seeing how involved the owners are in community and decency. Blessings on you all!
The app is great. Super simple and easy to use. Love not having to switch back and forth between apps for a reward it's all in one place. I used to have to figure out which phone number my rewards were under which was annoying and now it's all connected and I don't have to do anything.
I signed up for a promotion with Wash Me Fast carwash that was be handled through this app. After entering my bank card information I was asked how I would like to receive notifications. I entered my email address and cell phone number. I didn’t receive the confirmation txt as stated and when I downloaded the app and tried to sign in I couldn’t. I used the forgot password feature and was told my email address was not found in their records. So now I have to call my bank to report that some complaint has my information and I’m not being provided services!
We tried to redeem a reward and it caused the restaurant’s computer to crash! We had to wait a long time while they tried to fix it. Our server finally gave us the money off our bill the old fashioned way so we could go home!
I’ve been eating at Laspada’s since the early 70’s at Lauderdale-the-Sea. Thank God they expanded!!! Every location is consistently awesome!!!! I don’t know how they do it. They always find cool friendly staff who are expedient and still make you feel like the most important person in the place! I highly recommend Laspada’s very chance I get! If it were only calorie free!!!!
Accidentally hit sign up and won’t let me not sign up
Your app is so dumb. I accidentally hit the sign up instead of the login and it keeps wanting me to sign up never letting me try to login at all. I even mistyped the email to sign up and it won’t let me back out and restart by trying to login. Plus, I accidentally mistyped the email and you are forcing me to finish signing up with an I correct email, never letting me get out and actually login or if I was trying to sign up, I can’t even correct the email I mistyped. Very dumb app.
I went looking for an item but there were none. They did not know when they were going to expect more. I took another item and I asked if they had any coupons for that item and they said no. They were not very helpful today not sure why. I did notice there are new staff ☹️. This is the second time I go looking for the item and it’s not available 🤷🏻♀️. I may have to start looking somewhere else.
I come here for the fresh food but also for the incredible service. I make sure to come when Conner is working since he is not only very helpful when it comes to recommendations but is an extraordinarily delightful person. When you come ask for his are and your visit will be memorable
Service is outstanding and waiting area is also. Incredibly clean and many drinks available. Besrat, who works at the checkout desk offers amazing customer service. Always courteous and friendly and checks on customers waiting for their cars to see if they’d like or need anything. Highly recommend!!
I’m really happy about this app right now because I was due for an oil change and didn’t even know that Splash did oil changes. Now I got a FREE oil change thanks to a push notification. I really love Splash too so I’ll use their oil change service again in the future. I got to sit in my car while they worked!
Got some great perks with Pacific Catch but some others require larger purchase amounts before seeing rewards (I'm looking at you, True Kitchen). Spelling of Thanx made finding the app more difficult but ce la vie. Also redeeming points for reward was a little more complicated than what it needs to be. After a few glasses of wine, I had to be taken through the steps. Heh! That last bit might have been on me. Heheh! Enjoyed it though.
We went as a group of 10 people today for lunch. The meals we had were served quickly & were delicious. The 3 kids enjoyed their Kids meals & the activity kits kept them busy while waiting for their meals! We would definitely recommend this place & plan to return soon. Thanks!
This app is awesome. One time setup, and then you're off and running and earning rewards every time you make a purchase on your connected credit or debit card!!! No entering your phone # at the counter, no pulling out a swipe, no forgetting your stupid punchh card.
I went to finally get my burger and fries and asked to redeem my gift before I found out that the chef was on break or something. I would’ve had to wait 30 minutes until they came back. That was after they told me it would only be five minutes. So I loitered for the first 5 minutes then they came back and said 30 more minutes. Now unfortunately I won’t ever try their burger and fries.... Not really anything against Thankx, more against uptown grocery.
I use this at Elephants Deli in Portland. This is a complete rip off. It is supposedly linked to your credit card but the points never save unless ou call to remind them and then you have to show your receipt. When you go to purchase there is always complete confusion with the clerk and they never enter it right. Two times they have told me they redeemed the points but when I looked at the receipt they had not. Elephants deli used to have a great reward system but Thanx is the worst.
No matter what ailment/problem I am experiencing, the sales reps have always been very helpful & knowledgeable about their products that support my body’s needs & health. I am very happy & grateful for people who genuinely seem to care & want to help at Nutrition Smart.

Deweys is soooooo good. Especially when you eat in. We just had an amazing dinner. Family of 5. Salads and pizzas were delicious. We have been ordering to pick up for months but in person, right out of the oven you can. Not. Beat.
We had a new waitress and there were numerous issues with our order and even when the bill came. Through it all she remained very professional and even friendly. Keep up the excellent work.
Monty’s Express Car Wash is the Best! Love Monty’s Express Car Wash! Fabulous how they spray the car excessively before driving our car in AND how they towel dry the car on our way out! The vacuum is readily available when we’re done getting the car wash! Love you guys!!
I wanted to tip but the system wouldn’t let me tip more than the amount of my bill. I used a reward to get my drink so I only was charged .26 cents. I went to tip more than that and the system wouldn’t let me (I had to charge the 26 cents as I had no cash on me). This is a shame for so many reasons. Please fix this!! I wanted to be able to give to the nice folks who work hard for tips.
Meal was great keep up the good job. Not sure what was up with a lady cashier. My cashier was pushed out of the way our coffee and water was taken off the tray then the lady cashier waited on a lady behind me. This was very rude to me and the male cashier that was waiting on me? This was a first for us as we come here often.
Super easy to use. The app lets you know when you have earn a reward and the rewards are quite practical. Just make sure to use the same card each time you eat and watch as the benefits start rolling in!
Just went to armadillo Willy’s and found out that they switched to the new program for rewards. Two things that I am disappointed in. I pay cash for my meals and this need a credit card to get my rewards. Secondly, I had a free sandwich and bbq plate waiting to be used, but now I lost it due to this new program.
This car wash is amazing! They have awesome customer service. They do a great job on your car. The app they have is wonderful. I love that if you are not satisfied, ( if it rains for example) you can go get your care washed for free within 48hours of your car wash . Keep your receipt though !
Dewey’s is our fave place to go for pizza! Add to that the friendly staff, the fabulous salads and brews and above all the pizza!!! Dewey’s is our go to place to satisfy our pizza cravings, especially the Tito Santana and Bronx Bomber, our favorites!!! Try it, you’ll love it! I was a bit skeptical at first but I came back the same day with my wife’s car and sure enough I got a free car wash! It’s going through the line now. This will be great because we spend $100 a month in car washes for two cars.
I have used Twin Kell Cleaners for many years, and my parents used Kell Cleaners when their father had the cleaners on the Wast side of Fort Worth. They do excellent and quality work and are knowledgeable about all stains and clothing. I highly recommend for your casual and fine clothing.
Food is great, but even picking up is a challenge with everyone standing in the hallway and around the cashier. It’s been this way every weekend for years. It might be time to think about moving to a bigger location.
The food was great and our waiter was even better. Josh was very accommodating, has a terrific personality and checked in with us often. We signed up for the free loyalty rewards program and got some free food on the first visit. Looking forward to coming back soon.
I come when Kristin and Andrew are here - they are the best! Kristin and Andrew always give the best service every Friday when I come in. It’s amazing what a following they have every time I come in and they always know what your preference of beverage/food is when you order. Amazing service!
I was a bit surprised to learn their was a time limit to use $10 off perk. I feel this is pretty underwhelming of customer service , and, well, why would one do this? Make it easy for us, not stressful, jumping through hoops isn’t cool!
I wish every business used this. It’s incredibly easy and it offers great rewards from the businesses that I’ve frequented. App is well made, straightforward and a lot of businesses also offer birthday rewards to users.
I downloaded the app for this Poke place by my house that I’m obsessed with and I got 50% off my first order! So awesome. I can’t wait to look through the app and see what other places have some good deals that I always go to.
This isn’t a big issue but i am a little puzzled. We eat there frequently and this has never happened before. My wife asked for just a tiny amount of Sour Cream. Not as a side or anything. Just a tiny amount on her order. And she had to even ask for it twice when her meal was half finished it was brought out. And we were charged $1.49. Really?
The team member watched me redeem a free bakery item then proceeded to try to charge me for it and I had to correct her. Then my girlfriend redeemed a $5 off and the team member said she didn’t see it and tried to get her to redeem another one. I always love flying star but it’s never been such a process to try and use rewards.
Giving some startup company access to all of your transaction history is pretty risky. I would be ok with it if I was prompted with Oath-like authentication from my card issuer that clearly stated that only a certain list of merchant’s transactions would be shared. Even if the company has your best interests in mind and doesn’t sell your transaction data, there’s no guarantee that a security breach won’t happen that could expose everything. There’s got to be a better way of doing this.
