The sun news app is the perfect way to get the news on the go, especially when you’re traveling. Went to Europe and was able read “my morning paper “ every day!
I really enjoy ready the newspaper with this app because I can keep up with local news wherever I am. It is very easy to use so there is no need to get used to not reading the paper version.
Reading the Sun News is one of my favorite morning activities. I find out what happened and what is coming up with my cup of coffee in hand. It’s the best way to start your day!
The app works well. It is easy to navigate. However, when reading the Individual comics in order to fill up the screen, I have to open each comic twice for clarity. That’s my only complaint.
We dropped the physical newspaper because we didn’t like the idea of filling up recycling with a paper we spent a half hour reading. Now we can read without poluting.
I have subscribed to the Charlotte Sun for several years. This latest version of the app is excellent. It is easy to navigate. Very simple to customize if needed. Definitely a step up!
The paper arrives every morning in good shape and always wrapped in a plastic tube bag! One time my paper did not come in. Somebody brought me one from the Paper. I really enjoy the paper on my phone.
Loads the current edition 95% of the time with the iOS app. iPad must be rebooted 5% of the time for latest edition to load -thus the 4 Star rating. Layout and the ability to load past editions is very good.

I love the Charlotte Sun. I really have no complaints . It’s on my iPad every morning and ready to read. What else can I ask for. Keep up the excellent work. THANK YOU.
I have paid monthly (YOU DEDUCT IT FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT) for an online subscription to the Port Charlotte Sun daily newspaper. Now I can no longer access it on my iPad. ??? I am mostly home bound and 85 years old. So what’s up? Did you discontinue my service without bothering to let me know? I am extremely disappointed.
This is a very liberal, biased paper. We originally bought it when it was $4 a month and it’s increased almost threefold since then. We only keep It for the local news and restaurant reviews. If the price increases again we’re probably going to discontinue it.
I can’t login or set up account. Does the Daily Sun PC require a subscription to view the online version? It doesn’t state that anywhere and there seems to be nowhere to sign up. This app is useless!
Home delivery is hitor miss. Usually a miss! Trying to get my E edition is just as bad. Will not allow me on most Of the time. Delivering my combined weekend paper on Monday is useless.
