This app of yours is disgusting and i am not at all happy with it i don’t know what was going on but i couldn’t write a review on your ap and neither could my friend i could not find the write a review button and neither could my friend you blocked it because you did not want to hear anybody complain wow your app is not good at all and you are scandalous spying on people for no reason i red the rating about some girl seen by your awful app changing the fact that you just tap in to peoples microphones and cameras you should be in prison for that and those other kids who wrote ratings are not complaining whynie there right and you thought it was okay to block the write a review button to stop other people from voicing there concerns thats messed up your app is appalling and disgusting

I, a teacher of 27 years, previously used go guardian for a class of 14, and experienced a lot off difficulties. The app often went unresponsive and crashes. While attempting to access the big ideas math program my students ended up having to reset their computers due to it not unblocking. Upon restarting there computers 3 of my students Google account’s were deleted, five of there’s saved passwords were deleted, and the other 6 were still blocked from the platform. Upon deleting the app the problem was not solved. Overall I would never recommend this app to anyone.

I guess it’s pretty obvious why. Many people say it’s an invasion to their privacy, which is obviously true. I hate this app with all my soul. Honestly what psychopath creates such a horrible app that spy’s on kids secretly? Teachers use it, a lot. And it’s horrible. This app shouldn’t even have been thought about. It’s horrible, teachers be strict, kicking, blocking, removing, spying on kids who are minding their business. Honestly remove this app. I don’t care if it makes money off teachers using the app daily to spy on children. It shouldn’t be allowed. Remove this app.

My school uses this and I can’t even play Roblox when it’s free time. This is so annoying. I hate this app I would rather read this is zero, but I can’t is so bad. This is annoying and an invasion of privacy. They should have zero stars. I can’t even watch a simple tutorial on how to do your hair without my teacher screaming at me all I have to do is math math math. This is absolutely disgusting. My teacher always says Cassidy. What are you doing stuff like that? This is so annoying.

im a student whos teachers use this app, and in particular i would not recommend this to anyone, especially since my teachers use goguardian 24/7, even after school. i would like my privacy by suggesting others who do have this app to disable their goguardian class after school. this app feels like if a serial killer was waiting for the perfect moment to lunge at you while stabbing you in the heart. besides, i absolutely hate it when im finding sound effects for my scratch games and the teachers have pixabay blocked. i know the purpose of this app is to ensure your students to stay safe on the internet, but this exceeds this goal in a bad way. id like it if this app put a little less restrictions or deleted entirely. thanks.

It does do the job of keeping students from being on inappropriate websites, it’s an invasion of privacy if you needed to do something else, if I needed to use a website but there is a presentation, I can’t click off when I need to, and if I were a teacher, it would be hard to see the screens of the students over my device because of how blurry it is.

my school uses this and we can’t even look up images because they are restricted. this app is way too controlling especially when our school already has filters and blocked websites. should be removed from the app store. it is so bad, i wanna give you a zero, BUT THATS NOT POSSIBLE, so i gave you a one <3

Does this app show your screen to see what your child is doing

I would rate a 0 if I could! it was so bad I couldn’t even see what my students were doing on they’re chrome books it was so pixelated and laggy. And one of my students showed that it would mix up students names and show different screens. do not use for your district/school.

This app is great and all but, whenever I turn in gogaurdian for my students, it malfunctions and turns off my computer!! AND it shuts my students computers off aswell. I don’t want to write every small detail about it but overall I wish I could do zero stars.

Okay so my teachers use this “spyware” and it’s a pure invasion of privacy shut down this app and save thousands of kids from trauma worrying that their teacher is spying on them. I donut understand why thi isn’t banned yet but it should be.i don’t want anyone to experience what I felt.

This is just used for violating people’s privacy as you can install it on loved ones or work devises and see every thing from windows to search history as well as block sites. Just disgusting

When I click the app icon it crashes immediately and won’t open. Guess I’ll stick to the computer website, but it’s convenient when I’m on the go to have an app. Didn’t even get to try it yet!

Why do people waste thier time making stupid $h*t like this my whole school hates it and they block literally everything and it tracks your location which is against the law

Go Guardian is one of the stupidest apps ever created I think that go guardian should be banned some kids might have private stuff and my friend was seen changing because of the stupid go guardian app. I vote go guardian GO’s!!!!

Absolute garbage, slows down the internet at our school, blocks like half of the apps we need to use for school, and makes it a nightmare to do anything.

To be honest, go guardian is the worst thing ever to download, so do not download this app. It will not help you. It will only cause chaos with you and your student do not download this app at all.

First of all, let me say I am a student, but I value education. I have been using this app for 3 years now, and it does nothing. It is somewhat useful for when you make a “screen” or whatever, (I am a student, not a teacher) as that blocks everything except for a couple good websites. Other than that it is awful. It blocks obvious stuff like porn hub and TikTok, but there have been various ways over the years to bypass that, and some of them still work. Even when you don’t do those methods there are thousands of websites that are unblocked, and will be discovered. My school blocked every search with “mes” as a way to block games and memes, but that blocked things like “Mesopotamia” too. You can still just search “game” or “meme” and it works. My school spends $10000 a year on this, however we had to fire our librarian. Also it can use your camera without you knowing, which is technically spying/stolking. This has done too much damage to our school and I’m tired of it. Sign the online petition to ban it with over 18000 signatures.

This app is horrible on kids it is so detrimental to mental health of students and if you are parents using this it’s a horrible way to raise your children and you shouldn't be so disappointed in yourself it gives trust issues witch leads to overthinking and wanting to be perfect all the time it’s is spying on your children and an absolute horrible thing to do. And for whatever school has this is a horrible school it is stalking and even tracking the school computers is f-ing horrible and to see it steals personal information is stalking spyware and and absolutely horrible who made this is a horrible person and should delete all their spyware of of AppStore and the school it’s horrible what has happened with this.

This is the worst app ever. My school use it and I can’t go in any page like Spotify, SoundCloud, and things like that. I TOTALLY HATE THIS APP, WORST APP EVER.

When my school first started using this app I pretty cool with it, but when I realized how much it restricted I started to get mad at everything it restricted. I’m not even able to watch YouTube visíveis for my class. And today when I went to use my iPad in school, I wasn’t able to open anything because this dumb app was disconnecting and connecting over and over again. I cannot express how mad I was today because of this app. I wasn’t able to open my Schoology, I wasn’t able to open my Classlink, I want able to use Safari/Google. I wasn’t able to access any of my important apps today and I was clueless on why we did yesterday cause I was on a field trip yesterday. Today I was clueless of what we were doing and I had to deal with my iPad not working. I truest hope whoever made this app falls down a flight of stairs and breaks something. THIS APP MAKES ANGRY EVERY SINGLE DAY. Please fix you bugs and stuff, I just want to do my work so that I don’t fail.
