Customer service is horrible. FIX THIS!
We called to address a mistake and got hung up on twice by the same representative and were also denied the access to speak to the manager. When we finally could get ahold of the manager and talked about the situation, we were hung up on again. Horrible. You need to fix this. I don’t recommend this app what so ever.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I was sent the wrong tickets and the customer service agent I spoke with on the phone refused to make the necessary changes to correct the mistake.

This company has to be a scam. The unprofessionalism from their costumer service team is appalling. They are absolutely zero help over the phone. After being on the phone with a costumer service representative for a half hour of them spinning BS on why they can’t help and why my tickets haven’t arrived. They then tell me while there is laughing in the background that there was an issue with my order and mumbles the conversation wether I will get the tickets by email or by direct mail. At the end he told me to call if I don’t get the tickets by the time of the concert... as if he’s expecting it to happen. And by the looks of the other one star review it looks like that is their plan. It’s a scam.

Customer service
Ticket network never sent me my ticket so I called and after about a half hour they still couldn’t send me my tickets and never gave me my money back 🤷🏻‍♀️ 1/5 will not be using again.

I was ripped off for over $300.00. & I had insurance on my tickets!!!
I have unsuccessfully attempted to request a refund for my tickets to the postponed Stevie Nicks / Vanessa Carlton show that was on November 5th, 2022. I never received the email with the link to download my bar code so the gate could scan my phone for entry to the event. I tried many times in the 2 days ent prior to the event to get the link resent to me; all of the CSReps I spoke to kept stating that the email had already been sent? I had all of my receipts and information printed out so I took this to the show and tried to get someone to allow me and a guest entry. I WAS FLATLY REFUSED BY 3 different event employees because they said no bar code on your phone, no entry, PERIOD. We needed to use the restroom and the staff told us to go to the construction area on the property and use the porta potty. The restroom is right inside the entrance and the staff could’ve watched us walk in and out. Because of this, I will never risk purchasing tickets for any event that requires a barcode scan. My concert days are over until TICKET NETWORK gets their act together. Why did I buy insurance? It has not been honored and the reps I spoke to were very rude and difficult to understand. I have called, emailed, called and emailed again only to receive no HELP OR A REFUND??? I am now going to speak with an attorney and the news media about this matter because TICKET NETWORK HAS BEEN A LONG CUSTOMER SERVICE NIGHTMARE. TAKE MY ADVICE AND GO THROUGH THE MORE REPUTABLE TICKET SELLERS. TICKET NETWORK IS THE WORST AND THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE THIS SHOW!
