I am glad this is now in app version!! I grew up playing this game on CD-ROM. I am sooo excited that now I can share it with my kids! Great game and great value! Definitely a good buy.
Uh so the sound won't work, but if that somehow was fixed these were my favorite as a kid... I want to use this but seeing as it has no sound.... I'm super frustrated that I just paid 5 bucks for something we can't use.

I have very fond memories of using these living books in school. We were all very sad when iOS 10 didn't support these cd's and other programs. I found these a few months ago but the ratings were low - it seemed to have problems with crashing. I checked back a few weeks ago just before we went on a long trip and some people seemed to have more positive things to say so I decided to try it. Works great! No crashing, my son loves it! It kept him happy on a 6 hour drive. We had it on the "read to me" mode, but I'm sure he will soon want to explore the pages and find all the fun animations. Love it! Thanks so much for bringing this to the ipad!
Two weeks ago I took my 5-year-old grandson to Washington DC to visit my son and his uncle. Having the Wanderful apps along on the iPad for the plane ride was a life saver. He spent literally hours immersed in them. The Tortoise and the Hare seems to be his favorite. Thanks again for making these great books available!
Finally! Living Books, the gold standard in which all interactive storybooks were based, is finally on the iPad! I can't wait to share these stories with my daughter! Ps: we hope "Harry and the Haunted House" is next!
Thank you Wanderful for bringing the LivingBooks back to life. My daughter is cognitively challenged and can't engage with "educational" material. She has always loved these books, Arthur, Little Monster, Berenstain Bears, Tortoise, Harry, and now she can engage on iPad. Can't thank you enough.

Will change this to a five star when my four year old stops crying that it won't open anymore...these books are our absolute favorite apps, and ALL of them are broken right now.
I have down loaded all of the living books (paid versions) and am experiencing problems with all of them. After using them for approx a week they will no longer load and I must delete and re-down load them. I have an ipad and am using ios7. Since you have not upgraded to ios7 this may be the problem. Please fix this so the money I spent will not seem to be wasted. I have been using Living Books since the pcdos days and find that my children and grand children love them. After fixing this problem I would request that you produce more of these Wanderful books.
