One agent at the service window for a canceled flight from ORY. Line was hours long. Called customer service (several times), and they were no help. Flight was canceled for “operational issues” and Transavia is trying to not cover my unused hotel night (€575 - it was for six people). Crazy to me that a cancellation due to their own scheduling issues would not result in covering my expenses.
It is interesting that all of the reviews have the same simple comments, however in 5 years, Transavia has not addressed them. Well, just to add restate the same... - The app is nothing more than a link to the webpage ... although worse, as it opens within an app window. Pointless! - The user needs to log in every time. As stated elsewhere, it is much easier to use the webpage, as at least there your password is saved. - Mobile boarding pass, Wallet compatability? Forget about it! It’s not there. It is quite surprising that a reasonably sized airline would have an app this poor and this useless. It honestly serves absolutey no purpose. As an “app”, it doesnt really qualify for any stars as it truely does nothing at all.
All it lets you do is open the web viewer of transavia. You can’t even look at your boarding pass (despite the fact that they say they will have this feature ready in “late 2014”). I’m flying tomorrow, and now have to walk far to get to the latest printing place. Welcome to 2015, transavia.
It's nothing more than the Transavia website inside of an app. You need to login every time you access the app. You're better off loading it on Safari as at least there it remembers your login credentials.
It requires you to log into your account every time you open it. Inexcusable in this day and age. Not worth getting, just log in from the website. I travel weekly for work and use a lot of airline apps- this one is very subpar.
Absolutely useless. I am NEVER successful when trying to checking via the app or their website. Why bother send the consumer an email to checkin when they can not. Why bother having an App. How come your parent company’s works?
This is not a native app, merely a shell around the Transavia website. No support for Wallet even though it's advertised as such. Don't waste your time on this.
