With the new version we are not able to copy and paste content from the screen, so for example if we want to help a customer to do a web checking we need to memorize the locator or write it down because we are no longer able to copy and paste elsewhere, same thing when displaying customer world files, we are no longer able to copy from the screen and paste it into the command line.
I was really happy when TravelPort came out with the TMA for WorldSpan. I can now work from anywhere using my iPad. The yearly subscription is more than reasonable considering the freedom it gives me. My only beef - and the main reason I did not give the app 5 stars - is that the email function sends a record in PNR form, which is something most clients cannot decipher. To elevate this app to truly elite status, we (users) need the ability to send reservations to our clients in invoice/itinerary form. If this functionality is added, it would make a good tool great and I will happily change my rating to 5 stars.
I have used this app since it was introduced and it is a wonderful way to assist clients while I am on the go and in the wee hours of the night when they call me on my cell phone and my computer is not handy. The downside is that it requires you to touch the screen every time you make an entry and the function keys are not programmed like they are in the desktop program. Other than that, it is excellent and well worth the annual fee. It more than pays for itself many times over.
