So happy I found WeeCare

I was nearing the end of my maternity leave and could not find childcare for my son. I had called everyplace i could find through google in a ten+ mile radius from us and no one had openings. I stumbled across WeeCare and within a few hours of contacting them they let me know of a perfect fit in-home daycare just about 15 min from my house that had an opening. I did a tour that day and had confirmed everything within 24 hours! It was a huge weight lifted after painfully searing myself for weeks and getting nowhere. I just wish I would have found them earlier and not wasted my time with searching myself. The place he is at is so cute and very loving.

Not worth the hype

I’m not sure about the other reviews but I must say I’m not happy with this app at all. I just wanted to get in touch with a in home daycare by my work and had to do all these phone calls and text messages just so they collect the data for an app I won’t even probably use since I can’t get into the daycare. Waste of time. I wish I could’ve just call straight the place and get in touch with them without having this fake concierge service that is only used for data collection. I also don’t agree with having my kids pictures on some cloud on all these apps that appear and disappear daily. I would rather have the teacher send me the pics straight to my personal phone and not on these apps. I truly don’t see the point of it, it’s way easier to call straight the place and have the information on their website with schedules and all they offer than expect them to call you back and only collect data from you. Weird. I’m sure the in home daycares are loosing revenue and clients by just relying on the app when I could give them a call and check out the facility without this much trouble.

Don’t do it

I went to WeeCare hoping it would be a pleasant experience. I WAS DEAD WRONG. The first week, they took out multiple payments, and did not tell me about it. I asked about the multiple payments and was told that I needed to pay two payments up front. They never told me about it. They just took it. Then, upon unenrolling, I called to be sure I was taken off their billing list to ensure I didn’t get money taken yet again, and was told I was taken off the list. Monday morning I wake up with $0.00 in my bank account. (Luckily my savings soaked up the negative in my checking acct). I contacted WeeCare, outraged because I live paycheck to paycheck. And a missing $300 is not an issue I can readily pay for unless I’m warned ahead of time. They told me I would have to wait until my bank can process it, and they would issue a refund that day. So by Wednesday I should have my money back. RIDICULOUS. HORRIBLE COMPANY. STAY CLEAR. THEY DO NOT CARE ABIUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL.

Rainbow weecare

I would like to give a shout-out to rainbow childcare center for being flexible, adaptive, and willing to support me during a difficult time. Bita Nik, director of Rainbow childcare, was more than open and willing to accept my son on a very short notice while understanding things may change. I my son looks forward to interacting with other children, the playroom, and has improved in his temperament. She is very calm, peaceful, and organized. I am absolutely happy and beyond grateful to have found a daycare close to my home, that my son approves of too! Thank you weecare 🙏✨💗

The worse business

When I first started communicating with them they were super friendly replying at any time until I got the First enrollment breakdown with a list of prices nothing like it mentioned online extra fees for 1st time $25 un refundable and to top it all transactions fees on every week payment of $23 when I questioned about the fees I got no answer and immediately charged my credit card 2 weeks of care and Ofcourse no answer yet , I was a little suspicious when I read all the reviews about the app but I did fall into this spam - do not use this app and save your money - it cost me $600 for 2 weeks 3 days a week ! However the daycare it self was very nice and highly recommended but unfortunately I had to remove my sone because of this unprofessional company - there is tones of places where you can directly deal with the day care and avoid extra $$$ for no reason

Love WeeCare

WeeCare from the beginning from setting up my account until now have been patient, courteous and professional. They present themselves with both parents and provider goals in mind, to make sure parents find a good provider match. Importantly, as a provider, you will never be out of work. Their referral data base must be huge. I get contacted a lot. If my day care was big I still would not have enough room with all the referrals WeeCare make. I give them a 5 star. I would give a 10 star if they had up to 10 stars.

Took all the stress out of finding childcare!

I’m a busy working mother of 2 boys. Working from home with kiddos and a nanny as just getting to crazy and too expensive. A friend referred me to WeeCare - They were able to find me a daycare within a few minutes from home that my boys love. I never thought to use an in-home provider, but I’m so happy we went this route. My boys are so comfortable just like home and getting the one on attention they need to help prep for preschool. Weecare did everything for us, we just went on the tour and chose the daycare we loved the most. Highly recommend!

WeeCare is amazing!

WeeCare makes it so easy for a daycare business owner! I love being able to share videos and pictures with parents real time. The curriculum and descriptions of lesson plans are there and easy to understand and prep. The parents set up reoccurring payments via the app and it’s simple. You can quickly contact the home office with questions via messaging through the app and get quick responses. Financial information is available to help a business owner plan and have predictability. This company and app are a MUST when it comes to running a daycare!

Wee Care is Great!

I’ve been using Wee Care since August 2021. I love the friendly people I interact with through billing or reminders. The app is awesome! I get notifications every morning for temp checks, I get to see pictures of my son and the activities he’s doing. I know that the things that are important to me in a day care provider is also what’s important to Wee Care. Quality care is their #1 concern - at least it seems like that to me. I highly recommend Wee Care to anyone looking for care for their littles!

Very user friendly and intuitive experience

My wife and I used the WeeCare app to find the right care option for our 2 year old son. The app was super easy to use and we were able to find a bunch of good options nearby. The app makes it simple to schedule tours and they even offer virtual tours! The whole process of getting the app, finding a daycare, taking a tour and enrolling was really efficient. I highly recommend the WeeCare app, it worked great for our family!

I’m Glad I Found Weecare

I’m so glad I found WeeCare. I was in the process of finding the perfect daycare for my daughter but I didn’t expect that it would be hard to find the perfect one! So glad I found WeeCare because they are all on top of it! The person who was in charge of my account, Gina was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The quality of the daycares they have in their list is very good. I feel like my child is safe and with the right hands. Thanks so much!

Military be wary.

If you're in the Navy and may need a few weeks without daycare because your child is staying with someone while you go underway you will still be required to pay your full tuition. If you take the leave you've desperately saved up to go home to see family and let them meet your child for the first time, like me, you will still be required to pay full tuition. If you're on convalescent leave, emergency leave, sick leave- you will still pay full tuition. That may be fine for an 0-3 or a E-6 but as an E-4 every penny counts. My schedule's is too fluid and my pay check too small. I wish I had not used this app.

Can’t believe they do all the work!!

When I had my first born I had to call around to so many different daycares! Let me tell you it was so time consuming!! 😩 Now with my second born, I heard of WeeCare and all I had to do was tell them what I am looking for and I had an enrollment specialist confirm capacity and schedule tours🤯 After doing the tours, I completed in enrollment under 2 minutes!! My enrollment specialist was Jhen and she was very patient, kind, and knew which daycare would fit my families childcare needs❤️

Detail oriented parent approved!

As I’m sure many parents can relate, I’m very over protective of my children. Everything I do is with great research and lots a questions. WeeCare has been so easy to work with and provides all the details I need to place my child somewhere we, as a family, feel comfortable. The customer service is amazing and convenient as well as connecting with childcare. Highly recommended 👍🏾

Wee Care was the best choice for my family

I was going back to work and couldn’t find childcare for my 6 month baby! I was worried leaving my baby with someone I didn’t know! I found a great provider last minute! Wee care put my mind at ease and I found an amazing provider that I knew the first day me and my son was so happy with. I couldn’t find a better daycare anywhere else thank you Wee Care!

Made my life easier

They made it really easy for me to find a Day Care in just a few days. It is a very Organized system and I was able to see reviews of the daycares and pictures of the places and get tours really fast. It made the whole process very easy and less intimidating. Thank you WeeCare. I love where my child is at.

Horrible app. What I hate most about this app is how there are many job listings posted and when I go to message/ apply I’m directed to the same “upwards parent support team” which I hear nothing back from at all . I really should be able to contact the parents directly. Or at least be directed to a single agent . Even on other rare job listings where there is a linked “agent”. He/she never responds or I receive the same automated response of “we’ll get back to you” etc. Waste of time and money for background check. Take your listings and experience elsewhere !!!!!!!!!!

Huge Disappointment

I was so excited to install this and get going once I had decided to begin this business head on, but there is zero accessibility to anything on the app once you fulfill your end of the deal and upload all the required videos and bio to show off your home. I reached out to my “mentor” to see if I could begin to have access to all the supposed features and didn’t hear back for a couple days. When I did receive a reply, she assured me an answer to my questions the very next day. It’s been a week with no response again. I’ll be uninstalling this now. 👎🏻 Bummer, I was excited.

Wee care is the one

I was short noted to go back on work and was very confused to find a day care for my baby until I connected with wee care, Gina in particular who helped me alot and connected me with the best day cares around the areas and set me with an awesome one. If you looking for a safe caring people to have your baby then weecare is the one for you

Great experience

I reached out to WeeCare when I need sudden and prompt childcare. Gina was able to locate a spot for my child within hours! She was readily available for any questions I had and addressed any requests I had! I appreciated how available she was. I also appreciated the inhome daycare that I sent my child to. The family was very nice and accommodating!

Great service!

I was having issues finding daycare for my infant daughter. Jessica from WeeCare reached out to me and helped me find a perfect fit. She was super responsive and got me a tour with a provider same day. We started daycare this week and love it! If it weren’t for Jessica I would still be looking for daycare. Really great experience using WeeCare!

Best app to find and contact providers

Found this app to be the easiest to use when searching and contacting childcare providers. I contacted multiple providers from just one click, and the ones that had spaces responded promptly. Would highly recommend if you need find childcare

Glad I found WeeCare!

My mom and I signed up with WeeCare about 3 months ago and I cannot say enough great things about what this company has done for our daycare. Great service and quick response

I had a great experience with Weecare. It’s confusing at first to understand how it works but they are the provider and they will find the right daycare for you. It gives us some security that the daycare is registered and regulated in some sense.

Found a daycare in less than 24 hours 😍

I called them on monday night and by middle of tuesday found a place and toured and my daughter loved it. I didnt know there was an app like this. Thank you to lady that helped me. You were all so helpful❤️I also love app it’s very beautiful

Waste of time

I requested information from about 35-40 daycare providers in my area - didn’t hear back from a single one after a week. There was no way to contact them other than pressing the “request information” button and hope they respond to you. I did some further research on a couple that I was really interested just to find out that they’re no longer active, but they still show up on the app. Pretty disappointing.

Zero follow up

I’m not sure who these 30 people that are rating this app are but this company is completely non responsive. They called pretending that they had a family that needed care in my area, made me jump through hoops to get set up with their company and then I never heard from them after the first day. Zero follow up, zero response to emails. I switch to Wonderschool. They offer similar service but are local, supportive and responsive. Not to mention they have a community network of child care providers in my area.

So easy!

I was able to schedule tours with a few daycares in my area super easily. After I found the perfect one, it took less than 5 minutes to enroll my son. I also love being able to see the photo updates and curriculum being practiced in the app!

Highest quality care, providers, and experience!

My experience using WeeCare has been fantastic. From the minute I downloaded the app to enrolling my child in care, and receiving updates now that she’s at a WeeCare home each day, I’ve been so pleased. Not only am I loving WeeCare and her teacher, but she is, too!

Great help!

Easy to Use

Helped drill down into several providers in our neighborhood and then made sure to keep the ball rolling. If we needed a second provider they would have sourced and setup appointments to interview/visit.

Horrible app

I didn’t like since first time I downloaded the app so I delete and I keep receiving text by some persons from this app. Somebody called me and I said I’m not interested thanks and then she called me again and making me a lot of questions about why I didn’t like it. Bruh I don’t want to expense my money with some apps that probably will not working. Annoying.
