At risk of being laughed at..

I cannot get the version with English. I just selected a country and signed in with my Apple ID. Looks very nice but Im not going to try more than the 15 I have to get it in English. I even looked it up and it states it’s a US company?

Limited functions, great products

The app itself is great in the sense that it has some really cool products and great brands and very good prices. However the facts that it doesn’t have an option to display anything in English, or that you can’t sort and refine or do anything other than one or two really basic filters, means it is very difficult to use. Adding the ability to refine existing collections or to search for particular items categories or brands would be really good. The biggest issue, however, continues to be the fact that it doesn’t have anything in more than one language.

Difficult to browse

I love the products, but there doesn’t seem to be a streamlined way to search and browse through available offers are the moment. For instance, if you are looking for a side table, you have to browse through each section. Maybe that section has some available, but maybe not. It wastes a lot of time.

Find a solution to endless scrolling

Please provide an easier way to browse items for sale in the app. Perhaps with tabs? As it is I often don’t even check some items/brands out to avoid the dreaded endless scrolling. Ugh

Notifications preferences don’t work

I’ve disabled all push notifications except for order updates, and I still receive push notifications every day with promotions. Horrible.

So many things available on here that I can't find otherwise. Living in a country (Czech Republic) where shopping is slightly behind the times, Westwing makes it easier to find cool stuff :)

Beautiful seamless furniture shopping

The app is just amazing! So easy and functional! I would love to have the possibility to switch to English even though I live in Germany :) Moreover, browse feature would be good, it would make it easier to find all the tables currently available. Right now I have to search through all collections. Besides this the app is just a gem! You are so amazing that I would looooveeee to work for you! :D Keep rocking!

Nice app, great items

Westwing is a new app in Brazil with nice items. There's a little sit and wait until you get your stuff delivered but worth it! A fast shipping option would be a nice.

Es wäre schön, wenn man noch ein paar Minuten hätte, um eine Bestellung zu erweitern. Nun muss ich leider doppelt Versandgebühren zahlen. Es wurde ein Artikel nich in den Einkaufswagen übernommen…

Esperienza molto migliorabile

I prodotti sono spesso accattivanti ma trovo dei limiti alla app che inficiano l’esperienza di acquisto: non si può fare una ricerca per articolo, non si può filtrare per nessun criterio, i prodotti restano tra i preferiti solo per 20 minuti quindi se anche solo si vuole finire di vedere tutte le offerte in corso prima di fare un ordine rischiano di scadere e di perdersi. Forse queste opzioni sono presenti e sono io a non averle trovate, ma se così non fosse mi sembra comunque una mancanza per la app

Adoro a Westwing! Algumas das coisas mais bacanas que eu tenho em casa comprei lá. Tem produtos de qualidade e muito estilo. Os produtos são entregues no prazo e super bem embalados. E o atendimento é ótimo: cortês e eficiente. O app nunca me deu problemas.

Очень плохой сервис

Так много негативных эмоций от покупок на сайтах подобного типа я не получала никогда. 1 ваза пришла разбитая, в другой посылке другую вазу вообще не положили, стаканы пришли не те, что заказала. Процесс общения с их поддержкой в решении этих вопросов долгий и сложный, в отличие от других подобных сайтов. С ужасом жду решения моих проблем, надеюсь, что все разрешится в мою пользу, но дел с этой фирмой я больше не хочу иметь.

Westwing

Приложение шопинг-клуба установлено у меня на IPad и я частенько просматриваю новинки и акции. Нравится удобное расположение всех категорий и функций. Ничего лишнего в интерфейсе нет и его достаточно удобно использовать. Ни разу не заметил, чтобы приложение глючило или просто отказывалось работать. Программа доделанная и нравится то, что часто есть обновления!

Ich wurde von einer Freundin zu Westwing eingeladen und liebe diese App...tolle Einrichtungstipps ich hab leider nur nicht so eine grosse Wohnung :-( sonst würde ich noch viel mehr kaufen!

Хорошее приложение в общем и целом, но есть траблы

1) таймер обратного отсчета не мотивирует к быстрой покупке, а раздражает 2) большая часть товаров значится как "продано". Когда это 1 товар из 30, наверное это подстегивает к покупке, но когда ты листаешь ленту, где все отмечено как "продано", становится жалко времени, и возникат резонный вопрос - зачем мне показывают проданные товары? 3) "Невозможно представить себе жизнь без света. Он не только необходим для жизни, но и влияет на не качество..." Вы серьезно?? С лучшими пожеланиями ;)
