This app is good. However it continually says to update app in order to get all the perks. It seems no matter how many times I update this it still says the same thing…(to get all the perks need to update). It’s annoying, especially when it is updated. Makes me feel like I’m missing out on special promotions. I’ve never yet got to access “the vault” on the kiosk. My friends get this option once a week. Also, I’ve never receive promotional discounts on hotel stay, etc. Frustrating considering I go to your Casino twice a week. However, I still gave the app 4 stars because I do like to see my promotions ahead of time before I leave to your Casino.
Though the app may have been updated, if you have an iPhone, you most likely will not be able to ACCESS your account. For several weeks I’ve had problems accessing anything but a screen that scrolls through app icons but are not hyper linked, they’re just dead. I’ve had trouble accessing some of my account information on the website as well. Perhaps it’s best to work out all the issues instead of rushing to release it; save some users a lot of frustration and major disappointments. I’ve gone around and around with guest services, uninstalled multiple times, unlinked it a few times, visited guest services a few times, and had IT tell me they would have someone contact me… Zzzzz. I’m still waiting. I gave the app 2 stars because I know it would likely be helpful to me IF I were able to fully ACCESS it. There are related issues with the casino Kiosks too, free play tiles do not always show up and nor do my gift tiles. Very peculiar but is usually remedied by guest services. FYI: Very few Guest Services employees at the casino seem tech savvy enough to help resolve app issues at any level. I cannot get any more frustrated than I am now with this app. ☹️😖
I’ve deleted all items in my inbox and it still show 20 by the envelope, yet there is nothing listed. I’ve deleted and reinstalled app and still not clearing the indicator of 20 items in my inbox.
I’ve tried using your app but can never get any information off of it. Every time I try clicking on stuff, it just keeps saying try again. It’s a shame. I even tried deleting it and reinstalling several times but it does work no matter what tab I click on. Can’t book a hotel room or even see my offers. Even my promotions I can’t get any information. It’s good I still get regular mailers from you. Otherwise i would not know anything if you look at my record, I’ve stayed several times at your casino. Please fix this! It’s frustrating. Why can’t you fix your own app!!
Since I was not able to enter my cc info on the Yaamava app, I deleted the app and reinstalled it. When I reinstalled it, the app became worthless just like their customer service! After signing in the app, it takes you to the main menu where you are able to scroll up and down . However, you are not able to go in on any of the option such as dining or hotel. I have spoken to guest services about it with no solutions except they would inform IT. I have also spoken to other upper management staff but they no answer. No one in this casino have any clue how to help me. Their IT department has no even reach out to me. This app is WORTHLESS. DO NOT DOWNLOAD! It might work for a month or two but after a month and half, you will regret it. Like their customer service, this app is a waste! Good luck asking for help. No one will be able to help you. I’ve deleted and updated this app and it still not showing accurate info. I am a “Emerald” card holder and the app shows me as “Classic” I asked a service desk manager at the casino, and she couldn’t help. She said maybe it was my phone, then she said maybe the app hasn’t caught up yet. Bugs maybe? My friend just got her “classic” and already got her Emerald. ??? …and she’s getting a bunch of better offers than me. Smh. 🥵
I’ve tried to access my account through the app but even after deleting and reinstalling I still can’t access to it. It’s ridiculously frustrating. Let’s see how long it’ll take me to reach their 1-800 customer service will it be ridiculously frustrating time too? The app is quite basic so it shouldn’t have problems.
Hi There, after updating to iOS 17.0.2 whenever I click on an event the app crashes out. I’m unable to click on any event since updating without app closing. I’ve deleted, reinstalled app, restarted phone to no avail. Was working perfectly when using previous version of iOS. 😫
Enhancement request to be able to select the free gift offer and know what is being given away. As a patron the free gift may or may not convince me to go.
Downloaded and using it for a bit until lately update it has stop working and stuck on log in portal and your club info was behind. It has been wile and no way to figure it out. Checked with people in Yaamava’ no one knows what happened. Well, lots of problem is from cache residue in our iOS system after multiple upgrade and updates. While I have other issue with my iPhone I decided to reset my phone and use as a new phone without rolling in the backup. Voilà, now the app work like breezy on android device. So before complaining please check your phone first. I know it takes time. Okay, build a new easier than get rid of old and build. Why not give a try. Good Luck everyone!
Impressive considering the last app San Manuel had. This one is clean looking easy to use and already received exclusive benefits. Love San Manuel they just do so many things right.
What is the l point of this if I can’t access anything. I’ve read other reviews and all I see is “please contact us”. The point of an app is to have everything at your fingertips, not having to call customer service because this crap isn’t working. Uninstalling.
Ever since the recent update now I can’t access my account. I have tried to reset the password. It just says unable to verify account access please try again later. I’ve tried 3 days in a row. Nothing.
I keep trying to sign in and when I do it does, but the problem for me is when it says a verification email to my email address, and I put in the numbers said, the boxes flash red as if they were incorrect
I downloaded the app and it tells me to scroll through the menu and select or continue and it won’t work at all! I have deleted and reinstalled and still won’t let me select things.

app is very limited... Can't reedem a discounted room.. must call vip services. Still using services outside app. App dpes not offer dinning reservations or food ordering. Just falling behind in service...
Hace ya más del año que mi app abre pero no me muestra mis puntos (Tier), tampoco mis ofertas..lo único que me deja ver es el INBOX y poder hacer reservaciones…es muy molesto tener la app y tener que ir en Google para entrar ,y lo peor es que no me pudieron ayudar! I’ve been trying for the past year to gain access to the app. I get sent an access code via email and when inputting the code in the app the code doesn’t work! I’ve visited the Serrano desk at both the palms and Yaamava’ and none of the workers know who to trouble shoot it! I’ve been told to call and STILL NOTHING GETS DONE AND YOUR WORKERS DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT YOUR APP OR HOW TO TROUBLE SHOOT IT!!
At login it asks for a verification code that was sent to my email. I open up the message and input the code. Error. I try clicking the link in the message instead. Error. Start again and input the new code. No error, but sends me back to login screen. Maybe it’ll let me in now. Click log in button and it asks for a new code.
It will not send me a confirmation email with the code to log in. Cant even get in to the app! Yes, i checked spam folders and ALL places an email would go to. It never reaches me. And yes, my email address is correct. I also see no way to get help with this. So dissappointing
