Trendy and affordable

I started buying swimsuits from ZAFUL about a year ago. At first I didn’t know if it was legit because of how cheap/affordable the swimsuits were, but I gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered based on the size chart and it’s usually pretty accurate, but do keep in mind the inconsistency of sizes that comes with ordering online without being able to try things on, as well as their extensive inventory that isn’t always going to fit the same (could be due to fabrics or style). I try to order a couple that I can potentially mix and match in case a bottom or top doesn’t fit as well as I’d like (if anything donate or sell what you don’t like). I like that I can get a variety of swimsuits that are trendy, and I don't feel like I’m spending too much. Also I get tired of swimsuits after awhile so it’s nice to switch it up every now and then. Overall I’ve purchased most of my swimsuits from ZAFUL since I discovered it- shipping takes a couple weeks so plan ahead. :)

Personal Experience Review

Hello ZAFUL community !!! I am so excited to share my experiences with previous orders from this site. A little about what I love purchasing from ZAFUL are, the many choices of bikinis of course! I am an ADICT of bikinis. The quality of each piece I received in the mail, I have to say were exactly what I expected from the model in the photo, which is what anyone could ask for. Each little bikini arrived in their own water resistant zip lock with the company’s logo on it. I thought this was a great way of packaging, because everyone has had that experience at the pool or the beach where they have no clue where to pack up their wet bathing suit when the days up, well now I have a way every time and they truly are water resistant. I love this company and will continue shopping from their site, but even with great company’s there are improvements to be made. If I had to make one improvement to this site, it would be to have tracking your package a little easier and quicker. I know standard shipping mailing won’t be at your door with a click of a button, but maybe some guidance to keep the customers mind at ease that their package isn’t lost. Overall I would give this site a recommendation to anyone of my friends, and trust me I will be making more purchases this new year.

Yes, it’s easy to assume that because the clothes on this site are very cute and cost effective that it’s a scam and you’re not actually going to get what you ordered however, I’m here to say that this is completely FALSE! I have purchased quite a lot of clothing from Zaful and I can say that this store is 100% reliable! Every item I have received has come with rather quick speed, quality, and the items even reflect exactly what the photos look like online. I know that while shopping online many can run into the issue of not really knowing what clothing items might fit them however, due to the nature of their sizing charts (including various body measurements) I haven’t run into the issue of items being “too big/small”. Even so, there is luckily many different reviews on most products containing photos of the reviewers and their measurements to help you get an even better idea of sizing! One of my favorite things about this site are the consistent sales (which list items that are truly on sale and not just $2 off from the original price). Overall, I actively recommend this store to my friends and everyone who compliments my outfits because Zaful is truly a blessing that should be experienced by everyone!

My experience

Hello incoming Zaful customers, I know you guys may be wondering, is it worth downloading the app to shop for my summer sets? Well I am here to tell you, yes it is worth it, the website like the app are the same. The app makes it easier to make purchases especially if you don’t feel at ease when inputting card information or personal information on sites. To the point, my experience with Zaful was honestly the best, there was a moment where I judged it but definitely wasn’t disappointed in the end. They have so many options to choose from, like nothing I’ve ever seen before. Quality, packaging, fitness is honestly amazing. There is also a section for men in case you would like to get your friend, cousin, boyfriend, husband, dad, uncle and so on some swimwear. This is really helpful because you can buy it all in one order together. Updates on tracking can be better improved because there was a time where I thought I got scammed or my package got lost because the delivery went past my date. But overall I would continue to buy my bikini sets from here now that summer is her especially because the prices don’t disappoint its very affordable.

Stole my money/ sold me an item that they didn’t have

So a few months ago, I ordered a sweater from their flash sale. A couple months passed, and I still hadn’t received it, so I sent them a message via their customer service chat inquiring where my item was. They told me that they didn’t have it anymore (never told me this beforehand) and that they didn’t even have it when I ordered it. First off, why would you even sell me an item you didn’t have anymore?? Anyway, they said I had two options: I could get a refund in store credit and use it as a discount on my future orders, or exchange for another item. I tried to use my refund on another item, but it only took off $2 from my $27 order. I sent them a message saying that I was upset that I couldn’t just get a whole item because they made a mistake and didn’t deliver my first order so I should NOT have to spend 10x the amount I originally spent (because my first order was $25 or so) and if they only let me use $2 of my refund on each order, I’m gonna end up having to spend WAY more than what I originally paid. I’ve continued to message them and have still not gotten a full refund of any sort. So basically, zaful “sold” me a product they no longer had, took my money, and never gave me a refund, aka they stole my money. I’m extremely upset. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

AMAZING STORE

Such good quality for great prices. I absolutely love shopping here, it’s my top favorite online store. Got some super cute clothes for an unbelievable price and they were great quality. I was a little nervous to order clothes here at first because I thought they would be bad quality or I thought the clothes wouldn’t fit or would take forever to ship, but they are actually great quality, they fit perfectly, and they came right away, which was so nice! I hate waiting around for weeks/months for my clothes to come but these came within a week of ordering them! The clothes I’ve gotten are a spitting image of the pictures, They are true to size too, the sizing charts are a big help for sure. They have SO many options for clothes, great deals consistently, which is super nice, their clothes are SUPER CUTE!! I love their bikini/dress selections the most! So many cute pants/shirts/skirts/hoodies/dresses/jewelry/two-piece sets/swimwear/activewear/accessories/etc. they literally have everything I swear. This store is 100% reliable. I would definitely recommend this store!

This store will surprise you!

I know you’re looking at this app and thinking “yeah this seems like one of those trashy companies that use stock photos of cute clothes to sell garbage-quality knockoffs” because I thought the exact same thing. In the world of too-cute-to-be-true, I’ve had way more burns than successes. But I ordered a few pieces from this site (against my better judgment, tbh) and I was pleasantly surprised with the clothes I received. They do look like the picture! I won’t say the quality will blow you away- some things are more sheer than expected and have that texture of something definitely not off the Nordstrom rack- but otherwise the clothes are exactly what I wanted. They fit in the right places and looked GOOD. I can’t vouch for every one of their items; I only bought a few. But when I opened my first order and saw what arrived I instinctively reached for my phone to open the app again because I’m hooked now. Just take good care of the clothes (some small issues include thin material and potentially weak straps) and they should be well worth the inexpensive price you paid.

This app is terrible

I ordered one coat on March 1st, 2019, with standard shipping. 8 days passed and i was starting to get concerned as the standard shipping says 3-9 days so i triple checked my email for a shipping confirmation and nothing was there. Meanwhile i was constantly getting emails with coupons (extremely annoying). So i decided to contact customer service. I pasted in my order number and immediately was told my item was out of stock. I ordered the jacket in white small, and it did not say out of stock before i added it to my cart, while i was putting in my payment info, or after i placed and confirmed my order. The agent on the other end was extremely unclear with why it was out of stock and what my options were, saying it would never go back on sale and then saying I could get it in 3 weeks and then saying I could only refund it. Customer service responds quick but is seriously unclear. I sent a screenshot of my order confirmation because the agent was claiming I did not pay for my order when I did, and as soon as I sent that screenshot they claimed i was using “abusive language” and ended the chat. I am extremely unhappy with my experience and will not be ordering from this site again. I would strongly suggest that you do not order from Zaful, terrible experience.

LOVE IT

About a year ago I was super nervous to make my first purchase at ZAFUL, but after getting a review from a close friend my worries were put at easy and I decided to go big, and after buying 20+ items, and being in love with each and every one of them I can assure you that you won’t regret buying from ZAFUL either! Every piece I got fitted perfectly and was just like the pictures, te quality was great and the prices incredibly affordable and to this day I’m still wearing those items I got a year ago and that says a lot about the quality! After my first purchase I went ahead and bought lots and lots (not kidding) of swimsuits and I can also say they’re good quality, affordable and just so trendy and cute! Today ZAFUL clothing makes up for more than half of my closet and I’m not mad about it! And also the costumer service did not disappoint me, they were quick to get back to me and solve any problems I had and the shipping only takes at the most 2-3 weeks. All and all I rate ZAFUL 5 starts because they deserve all of them!

Terrible Customer Service

I have been given a different answer regarding my issue every time I call customer service. I always give it more than 24 hours for the email to reach me regarding my issue and I’m back to square one with an automated message asking me to explain my issue. I’m tired of explaining that I want a refund for items that were not delivered to me. The USPS delivered my package to the wrong address and although I do not blame ZAFUL for this mistake, they are not doing anything to try and figure out where my package went. I have contacted USPS and I was told the package was confirmed as delivered, but it was clearly not delivered to my home. Each time I call customer service I either get “we will follow up with USPS and start a claim so wait 5-7 days” waited and nothing. “We will process a refund for you please wait 24 hours for an email” waited and nothing. Or the last one, “we can not give you a refund you have to call USPS but I will follow this up with support”.....DIDNT I JUST CALL SUPPORT? I’m so confused. Why can’t my issue be solved over one simple phone call? I really like ZAFUL’s prices and clothing and I want to experience it for myself, but I’m not going to want to order again if I receive this kind of treatment. I just want some sort of solution.

Love love LOVE!!

Literally my go to store for ANY cute bikini!!! I always like rotating my swimsuits every summer so buying a bikini set that’s over $50 is just a waste, especially after finding all the cute and unique bikinis on ZAFUL! They have every trend and so many options it’s hard to find someone else wearing the exact same one as you (which is often my problem if I buy bikinis from target). You’d think the bikinis would be a crappy quality with their prices too but the quality of these swimsuits is SO GREAT!! The clothing is also great! I find the same quality and style of items I can find at Urban Outfitters or Brandy Melville for literally less than half of the price!! And you get points just for opening the app everyday. Only thing that kinda bugs me is the shopping time because it could delivery fast or slow there’s no way to tell but when everything is so cute and cheap and high quality, it’s hard to complain! I just get so excited about the items I order haha

WHERE IS MY REFUND

Okay I have several issues so my first issue is I have refunded an item and I know Dham well it should be no problem because I placed the order that day they send me the email that night that they have refunded the order and TO MY SURPRISE I check my bank and IT IS NOT THERE I have not received my money for a refund so I go back to contact then and it is extremely difficult. I am very upset and disappointed I had very high hopes for this app but it is garbage and it highly disappoints me. I will be telling anyone who mentions this app that it is not reliable or responsive. My second issue is the shipping time. I had purchased a swimsuit for a trip I’m going on two weeks prior to going on the trip and I pay standard shipping. Standard shipping is usually 5-7 days. Hun it’s been almost two weeks and my swimsuit possible might not get here in time. It was my mistake for expecting it in standard time!?!? If you pay for standard shipping you should get it in standard time so shipping price is not at all fair or reasonable for the time in which it comes. You are not special if other companies do it you should do it to it’s just business. Another thing is I’ve called the support line and I was hung up on. Which is extremely rude.

Needs improved UX/UI

I am not writing this review based on the products or pricing in this app, I am writing this review based on my feedback from user experience and the layout and design. Credibility: I work for a software company whose app has been the top ten paid apps for months now, along with that I am an adamant online shopper and use many different apps on the daily. This app needs a lot of work. It is not intuitive at all and you can easily get lost. You click into one spot and can’t get back, there’s SO much stuff everywhere trying to find something is a task in itself. The search only works in certain instances. I checked in fine the first three days I had it and now I can’t find the check in spot. So instead I go to read about zpoints, click the check in and it wants me to sign in again? I am already signed into the app, why should a user have to sign in again? And no option to sign in w/ facebook on that page like I have been doing. I can go on and on. Nothing makes sense in this app. Maybe just reconsider the functionality and design because it makes me so scatter brained every time I open it. Very counter intuitive. Might have good products, but I don’t even want to go on to search because it’s a mess.

I only get my suits from this site, every bathing suit says some thing different you feel sexy they fit you so well I love that they have pictures of regular women that have bought the product showing the pictures of them in it and there sizes so you can figure out ok my body proportion is like this and she’s my size so I’ll probably get this size and that is the biggest thing for me because it is so hard to just pick out a size when you don’t know how these bathing suits fit and you’re not trying them on you’re just guessing so that’s what attracted me to the site as well as the suits and the clothing they’re beautiful and the material feels so expensive and so soft on your body you can’t go wrong and if you have any problems the customer service is 10 out of 10 incredible they will literally go out of their way to help you every step of the way!!! oh can i mention the prices, ladies you can’t beat them.

Worst company

(Keep in mind this company pays people to write good reviews. Every good review on this is a paid person. Read the bad reviews and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY) This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never in my life written a bad review for a company but I had to with this one because it was so bad. I ordered something more than 2 weeks ago. 10 days ago I was notified that a shipping label had been created. It’s been 10 days and the shipping company still has not received the package. I have contacted zaful customer service 5 times now trying to figure out why fed ex has not received a package that a label was created for 10 days ago and they keep giving me the runaround, will not answer my questions and repeat the same incompetent response each time. They keep saying the package has been shipped and telling me to be patient but I contact fed ex (the shipping company they use) and they assured me that they have not received the package yet. Zaful is by far the worst company I have ever ordered from and urge everyone to not waste their money because it will be stolen, they will not ship your package and they will not help you or answer any questions you have.

Terrible service

This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I’ve been an online clothing costumer for years and in all those years I’ve never had such a shady an untrustworthy experience. So I purchased two bathing suits and a week had passed and yet had not received a tracking number. So, I contact ZAFUL to make sure everything is all right with my order all to find out they had charged me for items that weren’t even available. I immediately let them know how wrong is this and they never assumed responsibility for this but worse, justify that it could be my fault for the time I add something to the cart and the time I purchase it , the item might not be available. I told them that’s a foul excuse , if something is unavailable, the company should inform you and not steel your money. Then ZAFUL told me if I wanted to replace the purchased item for another, to just pick another one and if there’s a money difference that they’ll send me a bill. NOOOO they should just owned up to their action, apologize, not give excuses and give an immediate full refund. Anyhow, I’m never purchasing from ZAFUL again . If I’d known about this, I would never even had trusted them in the first place. Always leave a review , positive or negative.

ZAFUL is a total mess

I ordered a package two weeks ago and the dispatch time continued to change from the date it originally was. If it says your dispatch day is the 19th, it’ll switch to the 27th that day and so forth. When you call customer service about it, their answer is that it tells you the estimated time in which it will be dispatched which will then give you a tracking number. It’s so inaccurate because they say the estimated time when ordering is 3-9 days for dispatch when really it can take up to 18+ just to be processed. I was told multiple things on what’s happening with my product. “It got lost”...”It’s out of stock”...”you didn’t pay for it” & I’ve heard each of these answers on the same day with three different helpers. I’m really starting to think they’re just scamming people with fake reviews. None of my friends have received any of their orders and calling to cancel it will put you in an endless argument of them trying to force you into keeping it. They’re either desperate for customers or all together scamming people for their money. Either way I’m NOT happy and would 100% recommend ordering off of the SHEIN app where they deliver in a timely manner and have great customer service.

DONT BUY!!

So I have had problems in the past with this company like them giving me wrong size swimsuits and stuff. This past week has been the absolute worst! I spent $25 on this really cute swimsuit, that was not labeled as out of stock! It was pending for around 5 days and it was getting kind of annoying because I spent and extra $11 on expedited shipping. I emailed the customer service and asked them why it is taking so long and they said it was out of stock and I need to wait an extra 14 days for it to be restocked! Are you kidding??? If it was out of stock why did it let me buy it?? I also tried to cancel my order on the app but every single time it said “erorr please contact our customer service” which is extremely weird because I have great service! My bet is that they’re literally trying to steal your money. I’m currently talking to customer service. If you want to wait 2 months for a swimsuit that is that great quality, go for it. But it’s certainly not worth hassle! I’ll update as I talk to the customer service people! I’m just appalled at how unprofessional this is. They should have just notified me a long time ago about how it’s out of stock suddenly.

this app is NOT it

let’s get some of the positives of this out of the way: good prices (certainly not dollskill prices for fast fashion), & they have lots of cute clothes (pretty much the only good things i can say). now to the negatives. all i have to say is oh my god where do i BEGIN with this app. checking in to get z points takes forever and i’m absolutely positive it’s intentional because i’ve restarted my phone multiple times and it’s never any faster. i’m 99% sure they’re doing this so that you lose your check-in streak and overall just get less points. the updates on packages are super slow and sometimes it just straight up tells me that there’s no tracking info on my package bc there’s something wrong with the app. just today it started showing me the tracking info again and there were updates from days and days ago that i was NEVER aware of because this god awful app is so slow. and now for the grand finale: SHIPPING. I HAVE NEVER HAD WORSE PROBLEMS WITH SHIPPING ON ANY OTHER WEBSITE OR APP. shipping for 3 items cost me $20. personally, i think that is OUTRAGEOUS. i honestly would be STUPID not to delete this app as soon as my package arrives.

Horrible Experience

I had a horrible experience with Zaful. Will not be shopping here again. I ordered 2 swimsuits from them back in June and the whole shipping experience was bad. When they shipped my order I haven’t received a tracking number to track my order or email letting me know that it was shipped, the delivery service that they used delivered my order to the completely wrong location, and when I reached out to them it was a horrible service. They made it seem like I was lying that I didn’t receive my package and it was delivered to the right address when I actually have picture proof that they were wrong. I even reached out to the delivery company and they were no help either & they said the same exact thing. A month and a half later after it got “delivered” a stranger had delivery my package to me to the right location that I actually stayed in and they told my how they delivered my package to the wrong place. Not even close to my real address. So I will never be shopping here again. I never had this experience with any other online stores that I shopped with before until I shopped here at Zaful… Never again

PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING

YOU BETTER MAKE SURE EVERYTHING FITS BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING OR ELSE, THEY MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN ANYTHING. Instead, they send you in circles and tell you they don’t have the “authority” to help. I bought 4 bathing suits and a bralette crop top off of the app. 3 of the bathing suits were too small so I go to start the return process and get a return label and I had to download Facebook messenger just to contact them. I contact their support center and tell them the issue and they told me to click on a link they sent and submit a ticket detailing the issue. They said they’d get back to me within 24 hours. I submitted a ticket and waited a few days before messaging them again. They said the ticket was still open and that I had to reply with pictures of the bathing suits, the issue, and my order number. I did that and waited a few days and got no response yet again. I called their support center and they said that the ticket was closed but they had no authorization to help with the issue. So, I Facebook message them AGAIN and explain my troubles they tell me to email them and that they should reply with in 24 hours. Still haven’t gotten a response yet. NEVER ORDERING OFF OF ZAFUL EVER AGAIN.

My experience with ZAFUL!

I love ZAFUL! I have placed 2 large orders of bikinis, and every single one of them was amazing quality. These bikinis fit so true to size and we’re so so comfy! Not only were they made super well, but the colors and the patterns are so beautiful. ZAFUL bikinis are a 10/10 for me. Honestly, they are worth so much more than I had expected them to be, and they are so inexpensive. I’ve ordered bikinis from literally hundreds of brands, some being $200 for 1 bikini, and these from ZAFUL have been the cutest, most comfortable, affordable bikinis I have ever purchased. Also, I received my package so much sooner than I thought that I would. Overall, ZAFUL is the perfect place to order clothes for teenagers/preteens who are still growing because ZAFUL offers such a wide variety of super cute and comfortable clothes, that don’t break the bank every time you place an order. I literally have gotten so much for so little! I will continue to shop with ZAFUL!

Developers— read the reviews!

My heart hurts to see all of the people this app has scammed. And what makes it worse, is the fact that the developers do not care enough to write specific responses to ACTUALLY help their angry customers! Someone who takes the time to write a response saying how they fought with customer service does NOT need to see a response from the developers about how they need to contact customer service! I deleted this app immediately because I saw just how unsympathetic and rude this business is towards their customers. If you truly want to have a successful business, you have to CARE about your customer’s satisfaction. Purely because of how inconsiderate this business is to their customers, I will never, ever, buy from this app, or allow ANYONE I know to buy from this. Also, developers, don’t even respond to me. You’re only going to make a bigger fool out of yourself by saying “We are sorry you are not satisfied with your order. Here’s a link to help...”. Because no amount of sorry could heal the damage you have done to your reputation. OKAY UPDATE. THE GOOD RESPONSES ARE ALL DUPLICATED. So far my experience with ZAFUL has been above and beyond expectations. From the dope clothing to the awesome customer service this is truly a 💎 of a company. You can always reach out to support they are on point with timely responses even same day and do all that they can to communicate with you and resolve any issues. I had a sizing issue and they credited my account and sent a replacement item in a bigger size on top of giving me some bonus points and refunding me for my shipping. The items come as advertised with great quality. The app is super easy, user friendly, and very to date. They provide as much insight as possible on sizing to help you make the best decision when picking your item. Also there’s a ton of ways to earn points toward your future purchases. If you’re looking for a reliable, stylish, customer service oriented fashion company then look no more you’re in good hands I PROMISE‼️

Great Clothing Website

This app usually runs well, but there was a moment in time where I wasn’t able to check in because it wouldn’t load. The app is easy to navigate so shopping is a breeze. I’ve had a couple of bad experiences with my clothes not fitting or loose threading, but zaful was more than happy to compensate for both incidents. The clothes have always come looking like the picture and fit well. Everything fits different though so it is important to read the sizing because I have ordered the wrong size a couple of times before. Shipping kind of takes awhile, maybe two weeks, but once they come I am satisfied most of the time. All but one time, and I’ve ordered lots of clothes, the clothes fit nicely. You get what you’re expected to get. The clothes look like the pictures and when ordering the correct size the clothes fit good too.

I started buying Bikinis from Zaful almost two years ago when I was complaining to one of my friends telling them how expensive it was to buy bikinis, especially when you have a larger chest. She told me about Zaful and honestly I thought it was going to be garbage stuff because of how cheap it was. I was shocked when it arrived and it was actually good quality. You have to read the reviews and know what to buy but a lot of the stuff that I’ve received I actually love and get a lot of compliments on. I’m usually the type of person who buys very expensive bikinis to make sure that they’re good quality but a lot of the bikinis I received on the site for actually better then bikinis I’ve paid a lot of money for. The only thing that I would complain about is it sometimes the cups they put in the bikinis is too hard. Other than that really pleasantly surprised.

i love zaful!

Zaful is one of my favorite places to shop around on because of the great variety of items they sell. i can always find something i like. i also love their points system compared to Shein or ROMWE. Zaful gives out way more points leading to a bigger discount off of your final order! Another thing that puts Zaful above all others is the fact that you can favorite specific sizes of items. sometimes i’ll read reviews and the sizing descriptions to figure out what size i want and would like to remember what size i’ll need. Zaful saves me the hassle of going through that when i’m ready to purchase! i also love that they do lives and giveaways on them which gives you another chance to receive points. Zaful deserves a 5 star review because if i ever have a problem, they always help me out. thank you Zaful for the many cute additions to my wardrobe!

I wish I could give this 0 stars. I ordered a pair of leggings and after about a month and it still hadn’t shipped, they Alhambra even processed my order, I tried to cancel to get a refund and all of a sudden my order is being processed and is being sent. Took over a month to get my order and when it arrived it didn’t match the description and the return policy is ridiculous. You can’t even return something without permission and your not guaranteed a refund. Every other website I have shopped on has had a full refund policy, even if it is the “customers fault”, and they don’t make you run in circles for a measly 20% refund. I also find their approach to the negative reviews and comments left ridiculous. They simply address customers to terms and conditions. We are buying clothes we have no ability to try on and that the description is being lied about, they should be doing what they can to make things right with customers not making them worse. I will never shop on this app again and will be sure to tell everyone I know about how they treat their customers and their “return policy” and Poot quality clothing.

Guaranteed Comfort and Quality for Low Price

Let me just say that if I were to try to find quality and shipping as quick the Zaful anywhere else, it would probably cost upwards of over $70. Here however, I got an incredibly well made cropped hoodie for under $30, and fairly quick shipping. I expected to just receive a cheap bag with the hoodie in it, but instead I received a fully weather-resistant box and bag, with the addition of instructions for washing and drying. The colors were exactly what I saw with no signs of poor quality. Overall, my shopping experience was phenomenal. Searching for what I wanted was simple, checkout was easy, and I would definitely recommend this brand to any of my friends. Something I do wish is that the cross-colored cropped hoodie came in different colors like red and black, or blue and black, rather than just blue and white. 10/10.

ZAFUL is 50/50

I have ordered three things from this website via the app. The first one came at a fair number of days after I ordered and paid. It was pretty nice for the price (obviously not luxury brand but still surprisingly decent quality). However, the second and third items were a different story. I ordered two items at the same time. I received one package at the expected date of delivery and the second one arrived a WHOPPING 3 months late. I emailed and messaged them multiple times because I felt that my money was trying to be taken. I understand that there is a processing time between and order being placed and an order being received/prepared. However, there is no viable excuse for such a long wait. And if that is the only excuse they have, it is something that needs to be fixed or improved. When it did finally arrive, the product (pants) was about the quality I was expecting and I was not disappointed with my purchase; I was only upset by the ridiculous amount of time I had to wait.

I am honestly, always skeptical when it comes to shopping online from any site I have not tried before. I of course read a great deal of reviews before ordering, but was still worried. After my first order, I was beyond thrilled with their product and service. Since then I have ordered from Zaful numerous times and each time my products have come timely. Not only is the shipping good, but the products themselves are exactly as shown in the pictures as well as the reviews on their site. I have only had to return an item twice and both times it was just due to sizing/fit. The return process was beyond simple and pain free. For one item I ended up exchanging for a different size and the other they returned the money to my card immediately after receiving my return. I will definitely continue to order off Zaful!

SHEIN is way better

I’ve ordered from zaful 3 times in the past 3 years. The first time I ordered I was in high school and everything went well; I could track my order, received my order on time, and everything was super cheap! The second time I tried to order was last year before Halloween. I paid extra for faster shipping so I could have everything I needed for a costume, never received my order and it was a hassle to get my money back. The 3rd purchase was just this April 17th, and I know with the pandemic going on things will run late and etc. BUT I’ve contacted zaful on multiple occasions just to get some kind of estimate on where my package is. I’ve been told to contact my local post office, I have called them twice now and each time they told me they don’t have the package and when they looked up my tracking number they couldn’t find anything for that package. Now I’m trying to cancel my order and receive a refund which seems to be too much to ask from zaful. This site is a scam you want better clothes that you actually get to wear, go to SHEIN

Honestly just see for yourself 👌🏻

I could go on and on about how, “yeah, clothes this cheap are generally a scam, but I promise this is different,” but, honestly, you really just have to give it a look yourself. The clothes (ESPECIALLY swimsuits 🔥) are honestly super cute and mostly solid quality; just make sure to read the reviews as you would any other site. Some items are sized differently and to avoid the headache of finding out the hard way, the reviews will be your guide 👌🏻 There are almost always insane sales going on on top of the already affordable prices, plus free gifts and coupons. And there’s also the whole social aspect of the app, if you’re into that sort of thing! It’s a great, inexpensive way to add some new life to your wardrobe/try some new styles without shelling out serious money. And SERIOUSLY THE SWIMSUITS ARE WHAT THEY DO BEST, #trust 👍🏻

APP IS TRASH

I initially loved this website because they’re clothes looked like really good quality and they have good reviews on the items they have from customers in the app. But that because they DELETE most of the bad ones!! I wrote a review on a pair of shoes I ordered that came in damaged, VERY poor quality material and the straps can not be adjusted to fit your foot. AND MY REVIEW GOT DELETED. And I’ve read other people’s reviews saying that they’re bad reviews get deleted too. Anyways, back to why I HATE this app. So like I said, the shoes were damaged and poor quality so I did not wish to keep them or the dress that I purchased because it is poor quality too and strings are already being pulled on it. My jacket that also came with this order still hasn’t arrived and STILL hasn’t even been shipped yet as far as I know. I placed this order weeks ago and still do not have my jacket tracking number. They better give me a refund on my shoes and dress, but it looks like they never give money back from what other people’s reviews are saying. Worst shopping experience I ever had. Would not even give it one star.

I’ve made two large purchases from zaful over the last couple of years. You truly get what you see and for the most part the clothes fit well and are decently good quality for being so cheap. My last order unfortunately a couple of things didn’t fit or weren’t good quality and I had to return, which has not been easy at all. They clearly state a 30 day return or exchange policy, no problem ! But when I sent them a request and did everything they asked (pictures, what was wrong exactly and what I would like) I got an offer of keeping the clothes for 30% back only. I had to argue their clear return policy before getting more options, so now I am just returning the select items for a refund. This said, I will probably continue to purchase from zaful in the future but probably less and more selectively since it is so difficult to return or exchange.

Great app! Shopping again!

This app definitely surprised me! When I got my swimsuit I was a little scared of what it would look like, I thought it would look super cheap and fake but surprisingly it looked exactly like the picture! It is super cute and good quality, my shirt for the summer is perfect material too, it is great for day time and bed time! I am the type of person who wants clothes good for comfy ness and great for daytime and it hit high expectations! Also I ordered two cute sweaters that looked exactly like the picture and they are not itchy at all! Also the sweaters are very soft and comfy, and as well the jewelry looks like the picture but the jewelry I do say is pretty delicate so be careful, but everything else was great and I have no more problems with the clothes! The shipping was maybe for me about a week or two weeks but it was worth the wait! Definitely recommend!!! 🤩

Super nice app and store!!

I’ve been shopping from Zaful for a while now and let me tell you it’s now one of my faves sites!! They are super responsible. All the things I’ve order from them came at time and in good condition. I’ve never had any type of issue with them. The clothing it’s super super affordable and such good quality it’s insane. I discovered this store because of their swimsuits which I love. They have sooo many styles and options for all, not mentioning again the good price. I’m very happy with their customer service too, they always make sure you are happy and if you have any issue they reach back to you very quickly even in weekends. Their app is very easy to use too, and I love how friendly to shop it is, their platform will make you want to enter everyday on it to see what’s new. I know I’ll be shopping from them for a very long time!

Don’t pay for express shipping!!!

I’ve absolutely loved 98% of the clothes I ordered. The only time something didn’t fit was when I ordered jeans and that was only one time and one pair. My main and only issue is how long it takes to arrive. It’s international shipping and I understand that it will be longer to arrive because if that, I thought if I paid for express shipping it may take some of the time off of my wait. I paid express shipping this last time and it’s been almost 3 weeks since I placed my order and it has still yet to be in transit or even shipped out of hongkong. I paid over $35 for express shipping and when I asked for a refund they kept ignoring my question and wouldn’t give me a number to call to speak to an actual person. Looks like they scammed me out of $35 and I’ll end up waiting the usual month and a half for the clothes I bought. Great clothes considering the prices but don’t pay for express shipping: it’s a scam.

This is my second time ordering online from a clothing store and I really like this App! Prior from ordering, I was preparing myself for a long waited products to arrived (that’s what everyone around me tells me), however, my stuff came in within two weeks! So I’m assuming that the shipping issue has finally been resolved. Additionally, the products cute and affordable! One thing I do recommend is that there should be more varieties in terms of clothing. I realized majority of the clothes are just crop tank top/crop tops. I do understand that the app is aimed at young teenagers but I still think that providing some types of professional blouses/tops will help improve the app just a little. Most items are repetitive with different designs. Other than that, I appreciate the coupons the app constantly provides and fast customer service!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY SCAMMED ME

UPDATE* they blocked me on their Instagram page because I asked in the comments for a member to fill out my drop form* So I recently ordered a purchase from here and fedex contacted me saying I needed a drop form certification to pass U.S customs, I contacted zaful and instead of contacted fedex about my package they turned around and told me my package was destroyed?? After I investigated with fedex, MY PACKAGE HAD NOT BEEN DESTROYED they still needed the certification forms, zaful support just told me that. After contacting fedex ONCE AGAIN they sent me a drop form certification and I sent that certification to zaful support once again, they come back and tell my my package has been abandoned?? I still have 3 days until fedex will no longer hold my package because I just spoke with them. That’s a clear sign you should not be buying from this company. So now I can only be refunded 20% of my money, I paid $45 and will only be getting back $9 OR I can pay 80% of my purchase and get my order resent to me??? This is total crap, this company literally just scammed me out of my money. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

!HORRIBLE!

I WILL not be shopping with Zaful again and will be deleting this app due so. I placed an order and after a week in a half of not getting my package, I tried tracking it on the app, as it gave me nothing but a blank screen every time. I eventually called them to figure out what was going on and they informed me that my package got returned back to the facility due to an error with addressing/post office problems. They confirmed my address which was NOT wrong and then told me someone would be emailing me in atleast 24 hours to let me know of further information and options. After 2 days of no email, I messaged them on facebook for instant reply. I told them what I had already been told and they informed me that my package was destroyed due to “incorrect address” and that they have “no control” over it and that I would not be getting a refund. An apology is all I got. They could have fixed the “problem” ahead of time if they would have notified me. Nobody plays around with money these days. I am not happy and would give 0 stars if I could. Pathetic!

ZAFUL I have problems with my order

First I need to say that I have received compliments on my outfit every time I’ve worn it. All 3 times. The shirt is good quality perfect for the yoga pants I bought to wear with the top. The-pants are the problem. They are eye catching someone always asks where I got them. After the 2nd time I wore the pants I noticed I was having issues with the elastic waistband. The elastic had started rolling it’s not sewn properly so it’s just loose in the waistline. The 3rd and final time I wore the pants the elastic was all twisted up inside the waistband. The pants are so uncomfortable I won’t be wearing them anymore. It’s such a shame, they are adorable but not wearable. I plan on taking the pants to a seamstress to have them properly repaired. I hope that the cost of repair isn’t to much. I’d rather not pay more for the repair than I did to purchase the pants.

Amazing!

I started shopping at Zaful about 6 months ago and I have to say that I am really impressed by the quality of their clothes. It began when I saw an ad for this really cute dress on Instagram, then it took me to the Zaful website. The fabric of the dress was so thick and fit my body so well. I was sooo happy. Everything there is so affordable. I also bought a cropped turtle neck knit sweater and it’s also a great buy. When I found out about the app I had to download it. The website loads kinda slow on my laptop. When I would shop I would get a little bit impatient then get distracted. But when I use it on my phone, everything is so quick. It’s easy to swipe through what I’m looking for and I can go shopping even faster! But tbh I can spend hours just shopping through. I love it!

Never got my package not full refund

I never got my package. I ordered it two months before I needed it (it was a swimsuit). I constantly checked up and it said it was delivered to the wrong address so they resent it. After that I waited a few weeks until contacting them to ask where it was and they told me to contact the shipping company which I did. They said the package was still waiting to be sent to the next facility and it was NOT delivered yet. I contacted Zaful multiple times more and they kept giving me a ticket that would say they would check and never do anything. I requested a refund multiple times and I finally got it after the due date was surpassed and my package was still undelivered. However, they DID NOT REFUND THE FULL AMOUNT. They said they could not refund the $3.99 for shipping they could only refund the swimsuit part. I am extremely unhappy because I had to buy another swimsuit since I couldn’t count on Zaful. I’ve ended up having to spend more money and lost money due to their unprofessional delivery accountability.

TRY A DIFFERENT SHOP!!!

I downloaded this since it is similar to a couple of other apps I already have, and THEN I read the reviews. 😳 I definitely won’t be buying anything and will be deleting right after I write this. If you’re looking for cute, cheap clothes (that you will actually receive) try a different shop! The prices on ZAFUL are completely ridiculous considering the fact that most of the clothing is super cute, but lower quality. I have shopped from SHEIN multiple times as well as ROMWE and have always been satisfied!! They’re VERY VERY affordable, always have sales, shipping cost is usually either free or very low. I usually always receive my orders about 5 - 7 days early, and have never ordered something then not received it!! Also, ZAFUL’s customer service seems like a complete joke and I would not be surprised at all if this entire store was a complete scam. It should be taken down and deleted off of the App Store, so happy I have never been ripped off by whatever ZAFUL is. ***** DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE. GO DOWNLOAD SHEIN OR ROMWE !!!!!!!!! *****

IM UPSET.

I am so unbelievably upset that I’m in tears. I’m furious. I ordered a sweatshirt it was a nice one. They sent me a completely different order. So I tried calling, to get this figured out. I called. They’re number isn’t a working phone number. Their “live chat” is always “busy”. I mean you can’t contact them unless you sent an email. Which is absurd. I want them to hear how angry I am. I’ve been trying to contact them for a whole month now! All I get are these pre written tickets that ask for your order number. I give them that and everything they need to know. And I get a response back saying. “Looks like we can’t find your order please give us everything else again.” So I tried that. And then I come back a few days later, and now I can’t login to my account. I have to make a new one lose all of my order information. And they still won’t help. I also made a review on there app for the item I got wrong to let people know what they did and are doing. And they took it down and won’t post it. This app is a cheap scam.

A must try for online shopping

This is easily one of the best online stores ever. It’s super easy to navigate through, the checkout process is fast and easy and you can track your shipments on the app as well, not to mention that the quality of the clothes are amazing! The times that I’ve bought there I’ve never had a problem and all my issues have always been resolved the day of or the day after. The reviews let you know if you need to size up or down, but they’re all usually true to size. I’ve never run into a size problem because of it! It may be a little bit pricey than some other stores, but it’s definitely worth it since you will end up wearing them all the time! It’s a must try if you love online shopping, you won’t regret it!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE ZAFUL! They have sooooo much different kinds of clothes. The app itself is designed so well, with gambling for coupons, to your custom profile with faves, you gain points that turns into money, most reviews on clothes are very accurate, every item has a size chart. It is like a fashion magazine on an app and not only do they have women but they have men too! I have bought here 10x every time i spend an average of $10 on each item and never have paid for price! versatile, cheap, easy to use
