I use Zenni to buy my own glasses and now my daughters. I’ve used Zenni for years and I don’t think I’ll ever buy them anywhere else. The prices are great and you are able to customize each set to your preferences. I add advance blue ray protection on my daughters glasses because she is always using her iPad, now not only can she see better but now I feel better knowing her eyes have some kind of protection. I haven’t used all of the different upgrades yet that Zenni offers. So far I’ve used their anti reflective, scratch resistant, water resistant and blue ray block and they all work well! I am interested in getting the anti fog eventually because I’m tired of my husband making jokes when I go from a warm car to the cold weather. The glasses are good quality for the price I believe, I haven’t had any issues with them breaking and that means something since I accidentally fall asleep wearing them and have woken up on top of them most nights. They have a huge variety of different styles and colors. I’ve ordered the same pair for years, I feel like it completes my look and I don’t think I’ll ever buy a different style. But my daughter has 2 that I have ordered for her. She picked out a blue glow in the dark pair that she is obsessed with and then I ordered a nice black pair for special occasions or just a backup and she likes it obviously not as much as the super cool glowing pair.
My husband recently told me about how much he loved his glasses from Zenni Optical but I was a little skeptical about buying frames without physically trying them on, but I decided to give it a try since I was up for a new prescription. I went online and searched through the frames, virtually tried them on, easily picked out what I liked, popped in my new prescription and was astounded how inexpensive the final price was! I honestly thought they’d be in the $300 range after putting in my very strong progressive prescription, and the total cost with shipping was less than $80 bucks!! Bonus, the glasses I just purchased are probably the nicest looking pair, on, that I’ve bought in the 35 years I’ve been wearing glasses. And, the price is seriously unbelievable. They were less than the very first pair of glasses I ever purchased when I was in high school, in the late 80’s, from America’s Best! My Zennies just arrived yesterday and I could not be happier with them. The prescription is perfect and they look great on. Absolutely love them. I like them so well, I just bought a second pair to have in my purse as a spare, in a different design. The prices are so affordable for my prescription I can buy a few more different styles and still come in under the cost of my 2021 eyeglass purchase from Costco! Omg and the amount of money we would’ve spent with how many glasses they went through just to get their correct prescription. So my review is O2 star because I have been trying the virtual Tryon for over a year. Probably even longer. My face and head are small. Every time I try on a pair of glasses they are so big on my face no matter what I do. I change the size to extra small. I’ve changed the pupillary distance. I’ve had the ophthalmologist change my prescription and put every measurement down that’s needed. I try to iron keep glasses extra small yet still on virtual Try on they are extra large on my face. So then I have to order them and pray that they’re the right size and look OK. So now this time my glasses broke and I’m ordering new ones and it has a sign onto my account It brings me directly to picking glasses and I can’t find a place to go onto my account through the app which is crazy. I can’t tell you how many times I had to start over again this is happened to me many times in the past year that I gave up. It takes me too long to order the glasses then I get onto the payment part and if you mess up there, you have to start all over again it’s very frustrating. If the website was easier to maneuver and I could find the right size, Tryon for glasses and see how they actually look on my face, I wouldn’t get so frustrated. If it didn’t take me two hours to order a pair of glasses I would not get so frustrated. And at this point, I was going to order two pairs but I think I’m just gonna go someplace else near me to order them.
I’ve used Zenni before. App is decent. Lets you do virtual try on that’s better than website. But their service is glacially slow. There must be other services with decent prices that don’t take forever to make and ship glasses. It can take almost a month between them waiting at least a week to even make the glasses and someone walking the glasses cross country with the slowest shipping available. Ordering premium shipping can make it much faster but it no longer because as good a deal. And if your prescription is high power, has astigmatism and or prism the charges keep piling up. $7 glasses turn into $70 glasses then throw in $20 shipping to make it arrive in reasonable time and the $7 glasses turned into $90, add in tax and in some places your now up to almost $100. And that didn’t include the coatings they push in you. Then when you get the glasses you may discover misadjustment. No one to fit them to your face. Bottom line, it may not be the deal it appears to be. Can be better off at a local place. Get your glasses in an hour, not a month. Make sure they fit and can be fixed or remade immediately rather than wait months.
All the basics are there, and you have most of what you need to get good glasses. My issue is in the details. The user experience design needs improvement. For example, I saved multiple images and videos trying on various glasses and my library was cleared without notice. Another issue, when going to checkout for the lenses it’s only organized in the first screen so when you want to go back you have to start over. Also, why isn’t polycarbonate impact resistance offered as an option on all glasses? I’ve chosen multiple frames only to get to checkout and find out they won’t apply the impact resistant lense to the frames I chose. Very frustrating. It’s also frozen and automatically closed out on me. I have to keep logging back in without notice that I was logged out in the first place. I think what’s in there is good, but hopefully they take the time to iron out the kinks in the user experience of the app. (I’m a consumer experience strategist so my eyes are also trained to notice these details). All that being said, I still use the app because it’s convenient and easier than any other option I know of right now.
I live on a farm and one day I had removed my glasses to see something up close and I never saw them again. That evening I looked everywhere. So I got on Zenni I added my prescription details I used to Tryon with my own face, and could easily see what I would look like. I had four or five lenses I had “tried on” but I kept going back to one specific pair. So a week later I decided to give it a try. I ordered my glasses, and they actually arrived. Two days earlier than the tracker said! I was thrilled! They came in a hard case so they could not be damaged. Even in the envelope they were shipped in.. Everything I ordered, including the additional clip and repair kit. Were in my package. I will always and forever you silly and refer my friends and family members to them as well.! They are cost was 1/3 of what I’ve always paid at LensCrafters or Eye world over the years. Thank you,Zenni! I’m yours for life!🌷🌷🌷
I have ordered glasses from here several times and it’s always taken a little while for my eyes to adjust. For me it was worth it because the glasses are so much cheaper. This last time I had a pair that my eyes aren’t adjusting to and when I look closely it’s because one of the lenses doesn’t fit in the frame correctly. I made the mistake of attempting to use this app to contact them through the chat and what a waste of time. It wants you to upload a photo but every time you try to do it it kicked me out of the app (app was fully updated). So I had asked to talk to a live agent. Each time I had to back out to get them information they needed it kicked me out of that chair and I’d have to start all over again. The last time I specifically asked if I would be able to get back in and was told “of course” which was incorrect. Not sure what’s happened because I’ve always had a good response previously but this is a bit ridiculous. my recommendation is if you’re going to use Zenni get just one pair of glasses and see how that works before you spend a bunch of money buying several pairs.
Would be nice if you could search for glasses. Can’t seem to find a search bar to type in the glasses number. When I go to the cart button that’s where I find the stupid search bar for about 2 seconds. When I try to press it, it just turns goes off from the cart thing and just says on a blank page “you have nothing in your cart” which is really killing me. Been a customer for you guys since 2018. Glad you guys have an app now but definitely needs some work. The virtual one needs work too because the glasses look like they are sharpie on your face. The other thing too is I try checking the description of the other glasses I have gotten in the pass to see the width on them to see if I should go bigger or get smaller ones but can’t even do that to those that I have purchased in the past. I have deleted and reinstalled the app clear cache and just keeps doing the same thing making shopping for me really difficult. Hopefully those get fix soon or see better improvement on stuff.
I work in Ophthalmology and when I first heard about Zenni I asked others I work with. They said they were junk, no way progressive bifocal would line up, and not to waste my money. That was about five or six years ago! I ordered a pair, just to try them because they were so cheap. I’ve never ordered glasses anywhere else since! “ONCE” my progressive felt a little high. Our optician adjusted my noses pieces a bit and lowered it enough that it was still comfortable, the bifocal was out of my line of sight and I wore them for a year. Don’t let the cheap prices scare you. One of the technicians I work with bought some after I started and loved them. Now she has one of our old glasses displays at her house and has a color of glasses for every outfit. LoL….. I recommend Zenni to everyone. (My wife is an optometrist, so done tell her! Glasses is where she makes her money.)
I’ve been shopping at Zenni for many years and always been very pleased with the great frame selection and colors. However now it seems like the frame quality is just not the same. Also, frames are all very shiny where before usually there were more mat so I was more comfortable ordering more colors. The big thing this time were the sizes- I was trying to find some basic aviators to replace some that were lost - most of the sizes were Large. I’m a small or narrow medium - which most women are. And there weren’t ANY brown frames - just rose gold and yellow gold. I was able to get a couple of pairs in those but was very disappointed at the lack of choices in both frame choices and sizes. You seem to have a huge selection of lenses and options on those but if I can’t find frames I like - or look decent on me - what is the point?
I’ve been using Zenni for years. I’ve been really satisfied even with their lower end lenses. I mean, $80 for a pair of transitional progressive lenses is unreal. They’re absolutely serviceable and I love them. But you’re not stuck with just budget lenses now. Zenni offers a whole line up of cutting edge options. The app is still pretty intuitive even with the myriad of options now available. It takes some finessing to price out all your options, something I wish the app did automatically, but it’s well worth the minimal learning curve. I do continue to try the others. And there is one competitor that has a noticeably “better” shopping platform but the price differential isn’t worth it in my book. I keep coming back to Zenni. It offers the best balance of shopping experience, customer service, product, and price.
I loved the glasses but they are coming from china and I didn’t know that when I placed my order. So after 14 days I called and that’s when I was informed that the shipping was going to be longer than what they’re website says. And if you have ordered other items from china you should be familiar with the long shipping times and delays. The tracking is impossible to locate anywhere. They don’t use standard shipping they use a Chinese shipping company until the glasses get to the USA. They’re recommended tracking app did not give me the information. So don’t be surprised when your new glasses don’t arrive in the time frame listed on the zenni website. All things considered I absolutely loved my glasses. So after I got them I forgot all about longer than usual shipping process.
It’s difficult to find, even more difficult to change, and doesn’t assist you to ensure your eyes are level. There’s no way to redo the photo, as far as I can determine, while you’re setting it up. The set up gives you no time to pose properly, it just races through. Extremely frustrating, especially as I can see the value in the feature but it’s compromised by how it captures your image. Also, I have a narrow nose so bridge width typically determines which frames work for me. Zenni lists this no where I can find in the app. So it’s nearly pointless for me to order glasses from them when I have no idea if they’ll fit my nose. The app also rejects Hide My Email addresses (I tried three). I doubt they sell user’s email addresses, but at the same time I’ve been surprised discovering other mainstream companies doing it, and not accepting HME addresses is suspicious. Seems they have excellent products. Wish they had an excellent app to complement that.
Zenni’s prices, frame selection, and customer service is the best. Other on line services do not have the selection that Zenni does. I have been using them for years and have never been disappointed. This order I got the tint for migraines for the first time and I love it. I got the least amount of tint. That was in a progressive lense. Because I wasn’t sure how I would like the tint got bifocals, they work better for my close hobbies, I didn’t get the tint. I called Zenni told them I wanted to get bifocals with migraine tint, took glasses back no questions got store credit and just ordered new today. Now how can you go wrong there. Definitely check it out before buying anywhere else I think you will like what you see. I get comments on my glasses all the time
I have bought my glasses from Zenni for the last 13 years, and I swear by them. I’ve been super impressed with every single pair of glasses I’ve bought here and the prices simple can’t be beat. I love that Zenni is always trying to improve and make features that much more accessible and modern and I really haven’t noticed an increase in their prices as they do so, unheard of for a company. I tell everyone about them. This is the first time I’ve seen their app and I’m excited about it but I have a few downers about it. 1: specific styles of glasses aren’t easy to find. You can search by shape, OR color, OR style, but you can’t filter out choices (at least not as far as I can tell) to combine those options and narrow down to what you want like you can on the website. This makes it hard when I’m looking for specific glasses that I want to try on. 2: you can’t upload a new AR try-on photo from the app (again, as far as I can tell). That’s a bummer, because if I have an app for something, I want it to have as many or as least the same key features as the site does, and those two features make it to where I don’t want to use the app. The website is currently the only way I’ll shop on Zenni. But I still WILL shop from Zenni and nowhere else! I recommend you do the same.
I started ordering from Zenni after spending $500 on designer Spectacles and I would lose them, accidentally break them, or realize the designer glasses I purchased were very low quality. I have a pair of prescription glasses in my car, my bedroom, my living room, my office, and have even left pairs at various family members because the price per pair and the high quality of Zenni’s products make it affordable and convenient to order several pairs so I never have to worry about not having a pair of spectacles that not only allow me to see better improving my vision tenfold but also make me look sophisticated and intellectually superior or many of my friends and colleagues despite my immaturity. I'm retired now and I've been wearing glasses since I was 11, so I've been through the process of getting them in a brick and mortar store many times in my life. My last pair of progressive lenses cost me $850 in 2013. I've just used Zenni and bought glasses online for the first time in my life and I will never go back to an actual store. I just paid a little over $100 for my new progressive frames and lenses, they arrived yesterday and I am thrilled with them. I am online now buying a second pair for back up and another one for sunglasses.😎 I feel like a kid in a candy shop, so many choices and all affordable. I have never been able to afford a second pair before let alone sunglasses. Thank you Zenni! 😃
Selection and price can’t be beat. I love Zenni but this review is regarding the app. Trying on with the video is not helpful at all. Every pair of glasses look like they are way too large for my face. Some have the try on feature that works like a filter where the glasses magically appear on your face. I have to screen shot it with my camera and then look with my actual glasses (because I can’t see anything close up). But I get a real visual of what the glasses look like on my face. I wish all of the selections had this feature. Also, it would be a huge help if we could save our preferences when using the filtering process (color, shape, size, lens type, etc…). It gets old going through that process each time you log in. I believe it would make the entire process so much easier if these things could be addressed.
I’ve seen ads and a few reviews for this. Seeing as I’ve been wanting to replace my lost glasses for cheap I wanted to try them out. I haven’t gotten a chance to even order though. The virtual try on feature isn’t great. It states to use a card to scale to the glasses, however it doesn’t even use that photo for the try on. Every time I reopen the app, my favorites items are gone. I tried to add a pair of glasses to my bag to check pricing and shipping, and after that point I’ve been met with a loading screen for at least 5 minutes. I restarted my phone and deleted the app and downloaded again and still nothing. When I went to try and add one of the protective cases to my cart, I kept getting a “user not authenticated” error. Seeing as there’s a lot of good reviews for this service I’m not sure why so many issues, but I’m hoping this is fixed soon as I’ve found a pair I really like.
I ordered my first pair of glasses on this app, waited about 2 weeks for them to come in and then when they came in realized they were not my prescription. I chatted with an agent, who was not very helpful by the way but had to call the next day to get instructions on how to return the glasses. The live agent was even worse, he didn’t listen to what I was trying to say and was talking over me. He definitely needed a lesson in customer service. After my store credit was issued and I went to order my second pair that the app entered a prescription that was not the one I entered on my profile ands I didn’t catch it the first time. When I went to change it it would let me select my saved prescription, I had to enter it manually. It was the live agent though, after all I missed it the first he was just flat out rude. Don’t think I’ll ever use this app or recommend it to my family and friends. Sorry so long
I’m a truck driver who normally orders through phone decided to go this route and get new glasses and save money as advertised (but I didn’t really) compared to Dr Tavel first order description through phone didn’t give all necessary details ( my fault for not doing order on a true computer) so I got children size frames I said ok sent back in redid order at home computer second frames sent defective hinge with a screw that isn’t all the way through striped as it won’t go in or come out bad quality control I get that this is a mail service after sending a bunch of pictures (twice) and you can clearly see the issue there still wanting glasses sent back so they can look for themselves as you repackage pay for shipping going and coming And a customer service reading of a teleprompter hearing me but not listening What a mistake should have just payed Dr Tavel got to use insurance less headaches $200 waist of time
The apps general functionality works great. Shopping and checkout is easy. However, the virtual try on feature needs some work. It’s the primary reason you’d need to use the app vs the website, and it’s broken. It says to put a plastic card (credit card) against your forehead for scale. Great, easy enough. The resulting scale is WAY off. Makes the glasses crazy oversized on my face. I’m talking giant clown glasses oversized. I tried it over and over and over again. Different cards. Different locations. Different lighting. Different angles. All with the same result. I used a piece of paper cut smaller than a credit card and bam, I tricked the app into giving me a realistic scale. But I can’t trust it to be an accurate scale. Would be nice if I could hold a ruler up to my forehead instead and let me set my own scale with a digital ruler overlay.
I recently purchased a new pair of glasses , $450 with insurance, $195 out of my pocket. They didn’t fit, couldn’t see properly out of them but was told to try them longer to get used to them. Finally they told me nothing could be done because the grace period was over. My Eye Specialist told me he got his glasses from Zenni and gave me the Zenni Rx ( with the PD ). The first pair I ordered I loved except the frame was small. I was surprised to hear I could get 100% store credit on my reorder ! The second pair came 7 days after I placed the order and they are PERFECT!!! I could not have done a better job if I had physically picked and tried them on. The walk through instructions were very clear and easy to follow. THANK YOU ZENNI !!
I’ve been using Zenni for years now, I love the company because of simplicity of getting glasses from them and the fact they have there own manufacturing facility. Also I must add the prices are unbeatable. The reason I’m writing this review and giving Zenni 5 stars today is because I just found out about there fast frames. I ordered prescription glasses and In 7 days there being shipped out and they will arrive in 2 days, I’ve never received glasses in less than 3 weeks + shipping time. This is amazing because I’ve broken my only pair of glasses before and the feeling of having to deal with blurred vision for almost a month is sickening to me. Zenni thanks so much for running a great business.
For the past three days I’ve been excitedly trying to find a pair of glasses. I was given a gift card. If not for that, I would have gone elsewhere and may have glasses in my hand by now. The app is not user friendly, in searching for glasses or saving Rx info, I’ve entered my Rx at least 7 times, and saved it! Only to be requested once again. The only pair of glasses that will look nice on, is the exact style I purchased 9 years ago. So much for new glasses! I worked as an optician in the past and find this app, disappointing at best. I’m not saying the quality of product and service will be as milk toast as the app. This app needs a complete overhaul! Keep it simple, to have to continue to go back and forth in all aspects of the shopping experience is not worth my valuable time. Charts for lenses and prices would be a much more fair way to go. Not to mention the ease. I think of the number of orders I placed in a day as an optician and find this app is certainly losing the company sales and customers. Best of luck to the brave out there.
First let me say “I am Techtarded”🤓 and I mean that in the sweet middle aged woman way🤣 I was able to order my glasses on line They looked exactly like they looked on my digital try-on (actually even better) They were perfect- fit and style! Even my name that’s engraved in 2 different spots❤️ I’ve had my glasses for at least 6 months and I am not nice to my glasses- sat on and dropped daily! And they are still in really, almost perfect condition The clip on sunglasses 🕶️ are also on point! Fit and function! You do have to be nice to them- they are a little fragile, but still pretty durable (they get dropped right along with the glasses🤦🏼♀️) The reason I wound up leaving this review is because I was reordering the “Nighttime Yellow” clip-ons!!! Which are total game changers! I had to call customer service- an issue that I ultimately figured out while on the call with Mika- it was just me being me But Zenni’s customs service is top-notch! (Like they can get in your phone screen with you and walk you through it all) So to wrap it up Zenni is an awesome choice for your eyewear! Thank you You’ve made it painless Shannon K
I’ve ordered from Zenni for the last 10 years, I still have my glasses from five years ago and they are in great shape. They offer everything you need, and at the most affordable price compared to any other company! There are so many styles to choose from, and Zenni‘s website gives you so much information and answers pretty much any question you could have about glasses, even which face shape goes best with which lense shape. I’ve had a situation where I ordered the wrong thing and the customer service got me the return label quickly and we got the issue fixed very quickly! Will never order from anywhere else.

At these prices you can buy several to wear for different occasions. Thank you Zenni, I tell my friends about you all of the time because they don’t know how I can afford so many pairs for everyday casual, work, business dress, and a night on the town. It’s easy! I have loved all but one pair out of the 9 pair I have purchased. And that’s only because they weren’t as cute on as I had anticipated. However they are a back up pair. I’ve reordered the same couple pairs twice and one just ordered my third of the same. I’m really rough on glasses. I fall asleep with them on, I drop them off my nightstand all the time. My middle child has to help me find them”Jinkies”. I love that I have backups and can switch them out for a different look! I get compliments on them all the time. Specially my favorite blinged out pair🥰 Highly recommend! I tell those that compliment me about this website all the time!
I bought a pair of $7 sunglasses on the streets of LA, and they were exactly the glasses I e always wanted. However non prescription, and not real silver, so though they looked great, and everyone has complimented on how they are me. I could not live with the green marks they left on the hot spots of my face. I searched the internet far and wide for the same color, style, size!!!, and tint, and also available in my prescription. Low and behold right where I always order my vision glasses I found an even better match. Thank you Zenni for making it so easy, and affordable to have the best prescription glasses I have ever owned. I will now order back ups of the glasses I will wear forever.
The site im is ok. The troubles started with payment. I went through all the steps, thinking I had placed my order. Could have sworn I did. When I went back to check on it, it was still in my cart. I checked my bank account and nothing was taken out for Zenni optical. Ok, maybe a misunderstanding on my part. But right now, I tried several times to place an order but was unable, when it came to the payment. The submit payment button was grayed out, no action could be taken. I checked my bank account to make sure I wasn’t charged. I wasn’t. I finally figured it out with the Apple Pay option. It just all seemed unnecessarily tricky. Not sure if anyone else had a similar experience, if so, this definitely needs to be fixed.
I’ve used Zenni for a few years. This app needs upgraded. In the filters you can’t set a custom size like you can on the website making it, for me, useless. You can’t access your full account such as the photos used for the try-on feature in order to change the default or delete them. Finally the biggest problem was when I tried to upload my new prescription it first gave me the option to scan it and upload it. It couldn’t save it then that option just disappeared. I tried to manually enter it and at first it wouldn’t save it because it told me it was an “impossible” prescription. SO I called them and the phone rep told me to enter it on their website because the app is “glitchy” with certain features. That worked. Fix it, Zenni. It’s a good idea but needs a lot of help.
I just purchased my first pair of sun glasses everything went great. It started with registering and setting up my account, I then took a video of my face again a very simple step, next was virtual try on of many styles of frames, next was selecting lens this is when I entered my prescription. After selecting frames, lenses, and lens color I went to checkout filled out appropriate information and hit purchase. I received a thank you for my order. I checked back the next day I was told the glasses were in production and when completed I was told they were going to distribution center then out for delivery. I received my new sun glasses and I am very pleased.
Rosa is a doll! But even more importantly she’s smart & quickly understands online ordering dilemmas that can arise from not being able to talk to a human. By walking me thru the ordering process we accomplished in less than five minutes what I’d tried off and on to do for days! Rosa was there for people like me, at the number clearly available on Zenni’s site. I encourage all to call IF YOU STRUGGLE AT ALL with the site. Ordering glasses can be a little complex with all the features offered for prescription lenses. And gratefully Rosa makes all the choices clear and understandable much more than I was able to accomplish thru the Chat option.
The glasses are so affordable, stylish and so much to choose from. I’ve gotten glasses for $35. that cost me almost $850. elsewhere! Thank you Zenni! I loved my first pair so much that I purchased two more and still haven’t spent $200. on all three pairs combined! I have all the extras, bifocals, no lines, blue light blocking, transitions, anti glare coating and more. I love this app too, it has a feature where you can “try on” the glasses! As I’ve learned to maneuver the app, it’s been easier to find exactly what I need. My only wish, was that they offered a few more selections for adults who need bifocals that ride motorcycles, I’d definitely pay a premium for that!
I was very nervous about ordering glasses online. I had a few friends who had tried Zenni, so I decided to give it a go. I was so thrilled when my glasses came. I’ve probably bought six pairs since then; it’s been about three years. Now that I’m a little more comfortable with what they’re going to look like and the differences in the shapes and frame sizes, I’m sure my ordering will be a little easier. I’m going to try and attach a picture or two of my newest pair. My left eye is extremely worse than my right; you can see that a little bit in these glasses, but nothing like when I was younger! Wonderful experiences!!
I really like Zenni Optical. You have about the best prices around. You deliver prompt service with a great product. Unfortunately you have two major flaws that prevent me from give you all five stars. One you’re not listed as a Medicare Provider so I’m unable to receive reimbursement from my Medicare Advantage Provider. You don’t need to accept Medicare, just be listed as a provider. And number two flaw, the biggest in my opinion is your app is literally worthless. It will not show the complete details on a frame selection. It stops and won’t display any details beyond 4 lines of specifications. Therefore I can’t confirm what I’m looking at to make an informed choice. Unfortunately this flaw is going to force me to shop elsewhere and that’s a shame.
I broke my old glasses unexpectedly, as one does, and thought it was time to give Zenni a try. I’ve heard nothing but good things about these glasses but I’m super picky about my glasses and kind of a brand snob. I ordered 3 pairs fully expecting to return all of them and settle for some over priced ones as usual. When I received my 3 pairs of glasses in a timely manor, I was blown away! I love ALL of them. I kept the pairs that I got and plain to order from here any chance I can get. Next pair is going to be sunglasses. I haven’t gotten a pair in years because it’s so expensive other than ordering from Zenni. I highly recommend giving Zenni a shot. They are amazing!!!
The site or app whichever you use is really easy to navigate my sister found Zenni and recommended had to replace my kids glasses and they are not cheap but Zenni being the best has some affordable ones because I know kids are kids will break or lose eventually got 2 pairs more than half of what I paid for the 1 pair she had. Shipping is fast sturdy and glassss come with case and cleaning wipe. Just ordered myself some love the virtual try on option makes things easier and other customers posting pictures and reviews helps as well. A lot of other satisfied customers thank you zenni
I have been using Zenni for quite a while. I have enjoyed probably 15 pairs of glasses, plus I got my wife and my mom into ordering glasses from them. Several years of glasses and all of a sudden it’s like they have just given up. First off, I just ordered a pair and even though they seem to have tripled their prices, I was ok spending that. My prescription has not changed and I had signed in with my account, just like I have for the last several pairs, but the glasses showed up with no prescription so totally unusable by me. They will end up as a toy for my kids I’m sure. The second issue is the app. It’s just blur. I understand it’s a glasses app, but do you need some kind of special glasses to use it? I have deleted it several times hoping that a new download would fix it, but no good yet.
I love shopping online. I also love being able to see things. Now, I’ve got the best of both worlds when shopping online for glasses. Zenni has some of the cutest frames I’ve seen in a while, and the absolute best part is that they are just as great as name brand frames without the name brand price! Vision insurance is great when it comes to the exam, but it’s usually not so great when it comes to frames that you love. Zenni changes that without using a big chunk of your bank account. I have used and loved ZENNI for a couple of years now. They have been absolutely amazing and all of the eyewear from ZENNI (at least 8-10 pairs) still rank up there as my favorites. TODAY I went to browse through Zenni frames, found exactly what I was searching for....only to discover that they had ERASED MY PRESCRIPTION. My Prescription was old and it was still EXACTLY what I wanted to use. Apparently, Zenni controls my business and my prescription. Not! I was SHOCKED...SHOCKED that on my private account, without my PERMISSION, ZENNI ERASED MY PRESCRIPTION. They have made it a very easy decision for me. Zenni deleted and PAYNE EYEWEAR NOW #1 for online EYEWEAR and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. PAYNE EYEWEAR. A cut above ZENNI.
So the app does the whole pd thing checks your pupil distance also lets you try glasses on Can’t beat the prices and they even have promo codes for even more money off I love it around $100 and I get 4-5 pairs of glasses I remember paying hundreds for 1 pair I think the cheap places were 2 for $100 plus tax and they always added on a bunch of money for some reason anyways 5 stars I think they are great !!! Like Tony the Tiger ! Save money seems to have a huge selection they save my prescription so if I get in a bind I can order more I work construction and go through glasses
Unable to filter by gender. Unable to search a specific style, or search anything at all for that matter. Can only filter size based of tame width, nothing else (lens width or height, arm length, etc). Have to have an account to try on virtually, and if you forget your password, the password resent email is sent so slowly that you have to wait almost a day to actually get in and finally be able to “try them on”. Also disappointed in the options available. Frames are only offered in one size, so the ones I want are too small. Everything “my size” aren’t the style I want. Something as simple as having multiple sizes for one frame makes sense and would fix this problem. Only using zenni because they don’t do money back on returns, only account credit.
I am Jerry Johnson. This is the first time for me to order my prescription glasses out the Internet and a friend of mine recommended this app because that’s where she can have prescription glasses from and I really love the experience. They had nice prices and they came on the day. They say it was going to be ordered to her glasses and I’m highly satisfied with them and I’m going to order another pair and a couple of weeks have already recommend this app to my family and friends, it’s a surprise me how nice it was to sit in my living room and glasses they fit my face perfectly. It’s five stars for me.
I purchased 2 pairs of glasses. I received one, which broke right in the center, quite literally while sitting on a table, not in use. I tried cancelling my second order, not feeling the quality was worth investing more in until rectified - but no. You have 24 hours to cancel an order, even though it’s still weeks out. Support your local optician, these are low quality plastic and apparently don’t even last 3 weeks. The ‘developer’ response is that my glasses broke as if it’s my fault. The pair that broke was not being worn, was a backup pair for an existing pair that I’d had for several years. The Zenni frames broke in the center while sitting still on a dresser. Since then, they have continued to present cracks all around the lenses also. Your product is trash and so is your support!
i've been using Zenni since 2020, and never stopped! I recently got some prescription sunglasses for $30 (which is a great price) and I LOVE THEM!! I love their cheap frames and sometimes you can get coupons/ deals. Have always been satisfied with Zenni for years- i go through glasses very easily (whether their expensive or cheap) especially growing up and when i discovered zenni in high school it was a game changer! Every pair comes with a really cute & sturdy case and a glasses cleaner wipe! I always get compliments on my glasses and i always recommend zenni to anyone who wears glasses! Thank you zenni!
I want to start stating that regarding the products, prices and delivery I’m beyond satisfied. Beautiful, good quality frames; great prices, order accuracy and fast delivery (for that I would rate ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️). Now, my experience with the app has not been great. I login to my account and whenever I try to navigate to Order Management/Account Settings it takes me back to login. Sometimes it takes me more than 5 attempts to get to view the information; sometimes I cannot. I’ve tried uninstalling and installing the app to no success. Don’t know if anyone else is experiencing the same. If you could resolve this issue, that’s my only request.
