I love the 110 Grill! My husband and I visit often at the bar. We love the food and the staff and even get to meet people on occasion. I always recommend to everyone and bring my friends for lunch. I love the atmosphere inside and outside. They have the best steak and cheese sub (get the sweet potato fries!), awesome firecracker shrimp (and I don’t even eat seafood!), and love the pasta primavera (I twist a little with garlic butter/scampi sauce instead of red sauce). And Nacho Totchos! (I think that’s the name?). A visit is a must! You won’t be disappointed, you’ll want to go back!
110 Grills have a high degree of affinity with their fans (typically those with food allergies in their family). it’s great that people like the restaurants, but it should not translate to such a high score for the app. The app leaves much to be desired, and the only way it’s going to improve is if users give an honest assessment of the apps functionality. Issues I have include: - 110 wants my geo location, but their request doesn’t make clear if it is only while I use the app or all the time. - Making a reservation is laborious. Users must enter first name, last name, phone #, email address with each reservation. Why? I’m logged in. 110 already has all of that info and should use it to automate the reservation process. - When users make a reservation in the 110 app, it does not automatically tie your points club # to your reservation. As a result, users must still remember to give their club # to their waiter. - Points from recent meals were not added to my account.
Love, Love, Love the 110 Grill. They are so awesome for people with allergies! We travel from Maine all over New England to go there because we love it. Can’t wait until they bring one to Portland, Maine. I already know a lot of people that would go!!
They need to fix the credit card bugs on the checkout page. If that wasn’t problematic, I would give the app five stars. Pro - The restaurant chain is one of the most allergy friendly. I generally have confidence in their wait staff. I would be more worried about trying to communicate a bunch of issues for different people in my family over the phone. The app makes it easy to order items to go and have confidence that food will be handled correctly. Con - After multiple incidents of not being able to order and having orders disappear because of errors and glitches when it didn’t like me replacing my credit card on the checkout page, I finally found that the problem could be solved under account - credit card management. (At least I think it is resolved. I didn’t try to check out again tonight because I had already given up and ordered from another restaurant.)
Had lunch in Canton yesterday. Have had this selection before. I love that 110 Grill has so many Gluten Free Choices. Yesterday the Chicken Cordon Blue wasn’t as tasty as previous visits. It was a bit overdone and the tomato wasn’t good. That being said, Prescott the server was great and helpful! My husband had a large lettuce wedge which he enjoyed. I’m so delighted that there are so many Gluten Free choices I definitely will be back. Once more comment the temperature in the restaurant was TOO COLD. We therefore skipped desert and had Ben+Jerry’s.
110 is my comfort place, we usually eat here 2-3 times a month! However, i find that i always have to call to order ahead of time because the app rarely works for me. It will always say there is an error during the payment. It would also be very helpful if we could just add our credits to our order without having to “load” a separate value into the store credit. Again, love this restaurant!! But app could use some work!
We keep coming back and also do take out and it is always the best. Never been disappointed. Staff is always great and make our visits seem special. You guy and gals rock!
Awesome food, especially the Gluten Free options which I need. Service is always exceptional. Marta was our server last night. She went above & beyond. We enjoy eating there!
Food is usually good. I’ve had an issue and the server took the food back to have the dish remade. Manager usually delivers the remade dish. Bar Staff Jess is attentive and nice. All the other staff are good.
We had two great experiences here. I don’t have the time currently to get into detail, but both times we ate here, the service, drinks and food were fabulous.
This app easily shows how many loyalty points and loyalty rewards dollars you have. It also is very easy to order online for takeout from any 110 Grill location.
So many delicious culinary options all made in a GF kitchen. It’s so comforting to know this restaurant and it’s staff all know what they are doing to accommodate dietary needs.
This app throws an error every time I try to submit an order, at the very last step after entering every bit of order and payment information. Super frustrating.
This app continues to disappoint. Features that I continue to expect, but don’t exist: * use gift card(s) that don’t total or exceed the purchase price * add gift cards into app so they can be seen/used/recharged * earn points for in-restaurant purchases by receipt (phone/app not always available) * contact/help section within app * There’s still limited space in the “special-request” type field
