We live in Florida during the winter and we could change banks to one down here but with 1st Source that’s not necessary. We just change our mailing address with the bank and everything works great. We can also go to Sarasota for banking in person if need be.
An app that you can count on to do exactly what it’s supposed to do, with the exceptional service of 1st Source Bank behind it! They even answer your phone calls when you have a question. And their transaction security is top notch.
This has been a great app since I started banking with 1st Source. The new update though, is the best! The changes to bill pay make this #1 in my book. So easy to use and all the info is at my fingertips. Thank you so much.
Love how easy this app is to use! I regularly use the app to check balances or transfer funds. And the Popmoney function makes moving funds to friends easy!!
I have been banking with 1st source for over 30 years and this app is going to be the last straw. It will never work for a mobile deposit and then you have to take the endorsed check into a branch. I called customer service and their answer “just keep trying it will eventually work”. Well after 500 tries I’m done and first thing tomorrow I’m looking for a new bank.
The app works really well overall. However, I have both business and personal accounts. I am unable to run both off the same app. So I have to login online for one or the other.
They are kind people to work with, plus you can trust their word when they say that they will fix any problems or questions that may arise. Thanks Joseph Poe
The check deposit technology is horrible- my checks are always bouncing back because the app takes the image in black and white and by doing so, the image looses the majority of detail. Which is the reason my checks won’t be deposited. Very frustrating. Chase and Wells Fargo are a dream in comparison but I prefer to bank small. Please fix this issue!
This new version of the app is not user friendly. The old one would at least subtract your pending transactions, but this new version doesn’t so you have to do the math yourself. Since I don’t use a checkbook, I don’t have a ledger to look at. I want the old version back. Don’t like it at all!!! 😠
It would be nice if this app supported pictures of checks that where deposited. I know several local bank accounts provide this. I also had to uninstall the app and reinstall to get no WiFi to work on this app.
The 1st Source app gives me immediate access anytime I need it, even transferring money standing in the check out line. It’s just what I need for my crazy, busy life!! Thanks 1st Source!
WARNING! For the people who do all there deposits mobile
Do not use first source if you are going to deposit checks through the app. They hold you check for a week and when it finally “processes” they hold it even more time after that. Just a warning. There wait time is crazy..
The photo portion is garbage. Often won’t allow the image. Turns 2020 technology into 1970s photo. Just let the camera do the work or let folks upload the photo they took of the check. Won’t tell you why it won’t accept the picture just a pain.
I enjoy my bank, all the staff are ver professional and friendly. They are always willing to go above and beyond. And the update on the banks is great.
I have multiple debit cards and many credit cards and I have never seen any other company that doesn't give real time transaction info. Nights and weekends included. With First source it's always guess work every night and all weekend.
This is the second time I’ve went to send someone money and Zelle doesn’t work. This is only an issue with 1st Source Bank. No other bank has this issue. Makes me want to close this account.
Only works on the first phone you use it with. App reset on new or other phone doesn’t work making it completely useless. Still useless resets months later. This app is worthless if u switch phones or forget log in.
Please just look at Wells Fargo or chase and you can see how poor this one is. It’s really quite bad. I know you must be trying but to improve look at these two and mirror there’s. That would be awesome.
