So nice.

I love this site. It always felt like a treasure hunt. Even better is the people behind it. Their service is immaculate. I had three times in need of customer service, all via email. Every time it was prompt, professional and efficient. I totally recommend them.

Decent app

This app is decent but they need to work out some of the kinks. For example, if you click on your “love list” on the bottom right hand side of the page, you get stuck and have to restart the app for it to function. It’s been this way for months!

Totally recommend

Loved my experience items arrived early !! Will definitely keep purchasing my designer clothes from 24s so far not one of my orders have ever been canceled

Worst shopping experience

Woke up at 5am my time to buy an exclusive item. Shop wouldn't load for an hour. At 6am the page finally loaded, and the item was out of stock. Waste of time. The site's instagram hyped up the release, and assured customers that the site would not go down. During the hour wait the instagram also assured everyone that the items were still in stock. Way to string us along. Don't reward this company.

Bug in Chinese version

The sub-category Boots and Ankle Boots under Men does not work every time I click it. It remains unresponsive after each update. Could you check that? Thank you.

Bad company overall!!

They claim the item shipped out on their site but when you click on the tracking number , it only says the shipper receive the information but not the package!! Be aware of them. I have demanded for the order t be canceled and my money refunded back to me!! Bad everything about them!!

The app is not working properly

Not able to see everything before the filter, it only shows the first page and have no choice to go to the next page. After filtering, everything is gone:) the page seems to be loading but after wait for 5mins , still not showing any

I spent $37000 in this store with 37000 points, you aren’t not allowed to redeem the points ,they will send very cheap coupon of 10% to use, very cheap company, don’t shop here !!!

Be aware of your privacy

There is no notification before the purchase or when purchasing that I need to give out my SSN to get my order. I had ordered a lot of things over $1000 online, none of merchants need my SSN except " 24s.com". They told me" if you cannot send out your SSN, we will return the package back to us. " If you care your privacy like me, please be aware of shopping this website. Again, I don't believe SSN is needed for delivery, especially when the credit card transaction was been successfully made. I really don't think you need to give out your SSN for buying things online!! SO BE AWARE OF IT!!! And by tracking the delivery status, I don't know why my order is sending to a clearance event. No one explains to me. This is ridiculous. I doubt that the products I ordered were used. This shopping experience is AWFUL!!! I will NEVER shop on this website again. I will shop on Saks Fifth Avenue or Bergdorf Goodman or Net-a-Porter instead.
