Interface is very basic, making a additional payment on a loan is kinda confusing as it only shows that your making a payment to my already auto bill payment. Wish I could buy CDs (certificate of deposit) right from the app as well. Overall works well has what you really need but not much more.
The mobile deposit feature does not work. I have tried downloading the app several times and it still does not work. Specifically I get a message saying the feature is disabled and that I should call the credit union. The people at the credit union say I just have to come in and deposit my checks in person. Why can’t this app be fixed? My friends and relatives all have banking apps that work why can’t this one work?
I love this bank and have had no issues with them in person, but this app has a constant issue of locking you out of the account with no way to get back in due to an error which doesn’t recognize the correct password, one star might be harsh but when you have your finances and overdraft fees at stake I can’t let that fly
Almost 25% of the time I go to this app to check my balance, there seems to be an issue with logging on, errors, etc. It’s extremely frustrating to have your bank app have issues when you want to check your balances, which I do so at least once per day. Please work on this or I am going to be forced to take my business elsewhere.
This latest version of the app gives network connectivity error messages at random times. The only option is to log out. Trying to log in again gives the same type of message, and the only thing you can do is keep trying to log in. After numerous attempts I’ll finally get back in. Very frustrating!
I have never spent more time on a banking app waiting for something to load. Thanks for providing access too more stuff and at the same time less. I really feel that I can get so much done through this app now (sarcasm)
I used to be able to log in with touch ID, but for the last month or so attempting to do so causes the app to crash. Logging in by typing the password works fine. Wish it could be fixed.
Logs you out for inactivity even when you’re in the middle of using the app. Fairly representative of the service I’ve gotten from the credit union lately.
I have had the 360 app since it came out. My daughter seems to have a different version. I cannot do mobile banking or take a snapshot of checks for deposit. Have tried numerous times to update without success.
I have been a 360 member for 30 years and you make a brilliant revision so I can not even do any online banking. You are 20 years behind the times and I will do my banking elsewhere
