I use this app on both my tablet and phone, and every function I’ve used has been smooth and excellent. I honestly feel that the only thing this app is missing is a dark mode, as a majority of my apps have that already, and when staring intently at my ledger or otherwise figuring something out, it would be alot more pleasant to the eyes if that were an option. Thank you!

Needs the bug fixed

Love this app; but the fact I cannot mobile deposit my checks because when I take a picture of the back, the photo gets morphed is getting to be really old and annoying. It just needs updated. And I’ve reported it directly to the bank and they look at me sideways. It’s like when I take the picture, it looks like the photo is spun and it got stuck? Not really sure how to describe it. But maybe if you went to take a picture and moved, like on a digital camera. The picture is not a solid picture.

Bet app for the best banking experience

I’ve been with 7/17 for a while but when I moved away for school, I didn’t have easy access to my account. With the app, I’ve been able to closely monitor my account and I can deposit checks even though the nearest branch is hours away! It’s so convenient and I’m so thankful I could stay with 7/17!

Functional but slow.

The app and design is aesthetically pleasing. I like the flow of it. One comment would be that most items take quite a bit to load. This happens on cellular, or Wi-Fi. I have broadband, and everything else loads rather quickly. Other banking apps also load information almost instantly. For some reason, a lot of times say “Please wait” for a long period of time. Can this be fixed?

Great app

I love the app and I’ve been using it for the last few years to keep track of my loans and accounts. The latest update has an annoying bug though. It constantly has an alert for cash back offers. Hopefully they will fix it on the next update.

Best Credit Union around

SIMPLE Convenient I can’t stress enough how much this app has changed my life. In a high tech world I can’t rave enough how much I appreciate how SIMPLE AND EFFECTIVE THIS APP IS. No fluff not hard to navigate or understand. A must have for better money management.

Convenient

This online banking app is very useful however the deposit time is much slower than other banks I use. It also doesn’t show up in pending like it really should. Still much better than having to run to the bank every time you want to do something.

Check deposit photos are horrible

The app works well but mobile deposit photo program is garbage. You can barely see half the checks and then you have to take multiple pictures just to get one close. Mobile deposit needs changed to an actual photo.

Not happy at all

Bought a car have to pay woth an account I didn’t know I was opening and don’t want. Unable to connect my TEAL checking account. Have to pay with a debit card. This is awful

Application error

This app is terrible. Half the time when I open it, it displays an application error and will not display my information.

This app support fraud

717 has now allowed two separate transactions I did not authorize totaling over $150 and refuses to investigate or refund the money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DISGUSTING THIEVING COMPANY

Hard to see icons too big.

I am farsighted and find the new view much harder to see.... Icons & font way too large. Can no longer see all my accounts in one screen. I miss the old view..... Wish I wouldn't updated. ☹️
