I love the ease of the app I can track my payments track progress. And much more I’m giving 4 stars because I have to enter login information every time I open the app it would be Amazing to be able to use Face ID or remember my device for 30 days so I don’t have to enter this info every time I open the app. Other then that love the app
I don’t have an issue with Aaron’s because I’ve bought three things so far and I’ve always got great customer service and the manager in store is amazing and so cool! But the app would be fine if it would stop logging me out everytime I want to use it! I have to keep logging back in everytime and it’s annoying. Fix that please!
Literally ordered a washer dryer and went through the entire process and signed all documents through Docusign and waited over two weeks and not even a si glue phone call, email, or any communication from the store at all. They Just completely ignore you! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in the history of CS! HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO ANYWHERE Else! Store listed…. EHT store. It’s too bad as i was looking forward to it!
Shouldn’t have to email a separate party to fix something that should already be there
The app is usually. It’s no reason to email another party about fixing the app so that people can pay and make it easy. That’s literally one the first things you put in when doing an app. Especially when you want them to pay thru it. The app is deleted ✌🏽
Hi. My name is Patricia and I have been with Aaron’s for a while now. I was enjoying the ease of making my payments and setting up extensions through the app. Up until a few days ago that’s no longer an option. It doesn’t show the need for an update so what happened?
Arron’s customer service will never answer your calls and if you leave a voice message it will hang up on you before you finish. Really bad service. Never will do business with them again. And they can kiss their merchandise goodbye. I won’t return it.
If you are going to portray you can make payments, make everything easier. Then stick to your word. You can see your “EZ PAY” in the very beginning of opening the app. And some how just disappears off the screen and you can no longer find it. This company looks like more and more you get involved that it’s a joke.
The way I was treated with the online sign up and in-store unacceptable I will never go to Aarons again it looks like a low budget furniture place anyway.
I “RENTED” a Laptop and an Electric Recliner. I needed the recliner because I had a revision hip replacement and was not able to sleep in a bed. After around 2 months I traded the electric recliner in for an oversized regular recliner. I went into my local store in Kingsport, TN, to let the Manager know that my Dr said I no longer needed to sleep in a recliner, so there was no need for it, so I was going to turn it in. When I walked in, the Accounts Mngr greeted me with a smile but as soon as I explained what my intent was, his attitude changed and he said I “MISLEAD” them and that he would take back the recliner but I would not be able to take out a new lease in the future. I guess the Store Mngr heard our conversation and also said that I “MISLEAD “ them and that I signed a contract to pay. Also they told me they were NOT A RENT TO OWN STORE, when in fact, they are. It clearly states when you pull them up. Anyway, I called the Corporate Office and was told I would hear from the DM of the store and I was given a TKT Number and it could take up to 48 hours to hear back from someone. I never heard from anyone, so I called again and was told that the matter of the recliner had been resolved. I told them that was not the reason I called corporate, but that it was to let them know how I was treated in the store, not only by the Account Mngr but the Store Mngr as well. So I was told again that the DM would reach out to me and again I have heard nothing. I ended up returning the Laptop as well and was told I could no longer do business with them in the future. “NOT A PROBLEM”…so with this I say..DONT RENT FROM AARONS. Not only are they rip offs but they are RUDE
